This is my go to place to order and deliver flowers. Unlike most online flower delivery services, she charges Canadian directly from her website. She’s very helpful especially with special requests! She has a punctual delivery team and I am very impressed with the flowers that she has delivered before. For the previous reviews claiming that their flowers did not look like it did on the website, just remember that those pictures where provided by Teleflora - a company she is partnered with. I’m positive that Francesca and her team try their best to match the bouquets but Florists won’t always have all of the plants/flowers on hand. If anything they replace what is missing with another beautiful flower :) great job girl! Will definitely recommend and come back to you!

Blown away at the quality, presentation and delivery commitment from Francesca's! Gorgeous bouquet ordered for my mom's birthday and I cannot thank them enough for these as she loves them. The flowers look exactly like the picture so even though I was asked about substitutes, none were seemingly made. Came well packaged and housed in a very nice glass vase. Flowers are just opening up at day 5 and smell lovely. I expect I will be coming by for all my flower arrangement and gifting needs as it is so conveniently located and prices are very reasonable.

I am very disappointed with Francesca's Flowers & Gifts. I ordered a mothers day bouquet for my grandmother off their website, it came to about $80. The bouquet she received looked NOTHING like the image I ordered. It also didn't have any of the same flowers. I used to be a florist so I know this was only $30 valued bouquet. It was also not delivered when I requested it to be. If I could give 0 stars I would. You can't tell me those two bouquets look anything alike. Please do not order from here unless you want to be ripped off!

Ordering was simple and the service was very friendly. The arrangement looked stunning and it was delivered on time without any complications. We ordered "Teleflora's Possibly Pink" bouquet and the flowers lasted more than a week! It was beautiful to watch some of the lilies bloom throughout the week too! :) I would definitely buy from them again!

Bouquet received on Apr 16 - already had to remove 2 of the 3 Daisy’s from the arrangement by Apr 18. Usually there’s a 7 day expectation on these things but flowers are clearly not making it that long which is very unfortunate given the cost for an arrangement and delivery.

FIVE-STAR FRANCESCA! I began working with Francesca 1.5 months before my pandemic wedding but you would never know because she handled my order with such ease! She was so flexible and accommodating when I shared that my order may increase depending on gov't restrictions (additional bridesmaids etc) - which I especially appreciated because these were stresfful times for her and her business as well. Francesca is great at her craft, she took one look at my inspiration photos and shaed what was in season that could give my desired look but also satisfy my budget. I was so pleased that Francesca went out of her way to suggest a a different product from her supplier that was the same price but she felt would look better with my colour scheme. I would recommend Francesca to anyone in the GTA! Her business has been a pillar in the Meadowvale community and I was honoured to be able to support her. I purchased an arrangement for a friends birthday and it was just nice. Didn't look much like what I ordered and the roses were browning at the base. Most of the flowers had bloomed already so the arrangement won't last very long. It would have been nice if the flowers were more fresh.
