My friend lost her husband a couple of months ago. As this was her first Valentine’s without him, it was especially emotional. We wanted to do something for her so sending flowers seemed like a nice thing to do. I ordered an arrangement on line through this store. I chose a lovely arrangement and selected the “premium” one for extra fullness. I wanted the “wow” factor. I asked my friend to send a picture of what she got and I was immediately enraged. This was not a “premium” arrangement for which I paid top dollar. It was loaded with what I consider filler flowers like carnations, etc. So disappointed. Do not order from this store. You won’t get what you pay for.

Called them and asked for a simple arrangement to be made he asked how much I was looking to spend and he said "no not for that amount not worth my time" since when is 40 bucks not enough for flowers? Terrible service and terrible experience
