I purchased a potted plant arrangement for my bro and sister-in-law who recently moved into their new home in St. Thomas, as I cannot visit from the GTA (due to COVID etiquette/restrictions). I’m incredibly happy with the service and the beautiful arrangement. I’m also happy to share that my brother and his wife were also very happy with the beautiful arrangement. Will definitely order from Fellows Fernlea Flowers I the future :)

Very disappointed in the arrangement I ordered for a funeral. $90 gets a very small sad arrangement. When I called to see how disappointing it was I was told my expectations were too high. I wasn’t going to post a negative review but the lack of sympathy and the justification of the poor quality was more than I could handle.

I ordered a flower arrangement based on the Graceful Embrace that I saw on line. The bouquet shows at least 10 roses just on one side. The arrangement that was sent to my cousin had a total of SIX ROSES. I was charged $90 total even though I had mentioned to the owner that I wished to spend at least $100. To add insult to injury, the pot they used was made of gray cement. It looked awful with the hydrangeas and roses. It was more suited to a funeral. I had ordered the bouquet to thank my cousin for my 8-day visit at her home. I made sure that the flowers were delivered while I was still there. I had been cheated before by another florist, and ever since then, I make sure I see the flowers in person before leaving. I will be staying with my cousin again next year, and I sure as hell won't be ordering any flowers from this dishonest store.

After reading the various warnings on the website saying that specific flowers may be unavailable for different specific arrangements I just went with the florists special as suggested and was not disappointed. The flowers were delivered as requested but the colour of the main flowers were supposed to be a deep purple. They are no where near the colour that was shown on the website. They are a washed out pink. I am very, very disapointed after paying $66.00.

Disappointed. I understand mothers day weekend is a busy time however I was told my flowers would be delivered today (Friday May 11th) My parents stayed home all day waiting. They received a call at 610pm that they would be there in 20 mins. An hour later they still hadn't arrived. I called the shop to see what happened. I calmly explained that I was disappointed with their service. She shot back at me that they have 100s of orders. She was very rude. I completely understand it's a busy weekend but why take so many orders if you can't handle it? Paid $66 and I was trying to be nice about the situation. The flowers were beautiful though.

I used to be from St. thomas, so finding out the local shop had an online shop and had free delivery within the city was a godsend. Especially when I knew I wasn't gonna be there for a special weekend. I'd say 90% of the time the flowers are delivered and are exactly what I want and the recipetiant is incredibly happy with them. However, on occasion the website's image doesn't look like the delivered product, but that's to be expected considering flowers are seasonal and aren't always available. I saw some negative reviews, but it made me wonder if those folks had left this to the last minute to order and basically got what was left over. The only have so much stock. On weekends like Mother's or Valentines day, I'd always recommend ordering well ahead of time and opting for an earlier delivery to avoid disappointment.

I ordered a premium florist choice for a funeral, and was expecting a good selection of flowers nicely arranged. For $90 (since I ordered the top selection - premium), what was delivered was a dozen red roses with baby's breath in a plain glass vase! I could have done that myself, and for a lot less money! This was for a funeral, not Valentine's Day! For the premium selection, I certainly expected a better arrangement than something anyone could throw together made of flowers that cost no more than $40! The only good point I can make is that they delivered it on time. I would not recommend this florist!

My husband ordered flowers for our anniversary, to be delivered on the 29th or 30th. They ended up delivering the arrangement a full week early. So now I have a lovely vase of mostly wilted flowers for the day of our anniversary ????‍♀️ The arrangement was gorgeous, however.

Ordered on 2/12/15 I just ordered the Starry-Eyed Love for Valentines Day 2015. The ordering process was very shaky. I am not at all confident that this will turn out like I want it to. When I told Lynn what I wanted to order she said, “We will do our best to make it look like the picture on our web site.” She did not sound confident at all. Besides, since I ordered the Deluxe, it should look better than the one pictured on the web site, which was the Standard version. She then asked me for the address of which she only took down half of it. I asked her did she want the rest and she said no. I guess things work differently up in Canada. I also asked her to not call or deliver the gift until the afternoon. We will see how that turns out. I am very nervous and I feel I may be kicking myself when this is all said and done for not paying attention to the obvious signs that this is going to be a disaster. Look for my complete review on Feb. 15th. Reviewed Continued on 2/14/15: Well the flowers arrived as expected. Very happy about that. Unfortunately that is where it stops! I called the person I sent the flowers to and asked them to send me a picture if them. What they sent looked nothing like what was on the web site! When I called the owner Trina to ask what happen I was on hold with her for 13 minutes before she came back on the phone and said she could not find my order. I hung up with her as she said she would call me back after she looks into the issue. Seventeen minutes later she called me back to basically say what I got was a good enough representation of what was shown on the site. I told her I was looking at the picture on her web site and a picture of what was sent and they look NOTHING alike. Trina talked over me, constantly interrupted me, and completely ignored the fact that I was a dissatisfied customer. After about 10 minutes of arguing with this woman and not being able to get my point across, Trina asked me if I would like a credit. I was trying to tell her that I was willing to call the lady I sent the flowers to and ask her if she was okay with the flowers or what did she want to do. If she was okay with the flowers then I was just going to let it go, after all the flowers were sent to please her, not me. Before I could get half way through with what I wanted to say Trina interrupted me again!! At that point I just yelled, "Yes just give me the credit." She then yelled back, "No, I'm not giving you your money back!" I said, I didn't ask for my money back, I asked to receive the credit you just offered me. Let me put it to you like this. I am okay with what happen because I ignored ALL the clues that indicated doing business with these people was a bad idea. I deserved what I got. However, if you choose to ignore this post and you get screwed by these people...you are a DAMN FOOL...just like me. There are far too many places to get flowers to put up with the rudeness of this place and Trina!!!!!!!!!

We are not from St.Thomas and needed a floral shop that did great work. This was actually, amazing work! Better than what we expected; arrangement looked better than the photo! Super happy as I am usually very particular with my arrangement orders. I expect them to be almost perfect and these pretty much were! Mother's Day 2020. Plans to visit my mom today at the Elmdale Cemetery in St Thomas Ont. I could not find any flowers in London Ont (all bare at Metro and No frills) I still drove to cemetery. I stopped at the flower shop beside cemetary, Fellows Flowers and yes closed, yet a young man saw me at the door, came out and said they were only doing deliveries however he could sell me 1 beautiful pink rose and babies breath for my mother. Have never been more disappointed. Ordered flowers on Monday for delivery Wednesday. They were not delivered Wednesday. When I emailed to determine where the flowers were, I never received a response. I finally called the store on Friday and was told that they were busy and that they figured it could wait an extra day because it was a sympathy arrangement. !?!! I chose the delivery date knowing there would be someone home that day to receive the delivery. The funeral was out of town so they were leaving Thursday. I got no phone call saying they weren't able to deliver as requested, no contact whatsoever. When I contacted the store they said they tried to deliver them Thursday but no one was home so they left them outside somewhere protected. I told them the people would not be home until Sunday and I was told they would go and pick them up and send a fresh arrangement Monday. 10 minutes after I hung up the phone I received a call back saying she made a mistake and they hadn't been delivered but they would call Monday to deliver them. The recipient finally received the arrangement Tuesday night. Almost a full week late. Extremely disappointed in the service I received and will not be using their service again. The arrangement was nice but not as pictured on the website either.

My Mother loved her birthday flower arrangement. The delivery person placed the flowers on the porch, rang the doorbell and stood well back to maintain the social distancing but still ensure that someone was able to receive the flowers.
