I’ve been purchasing flowers from Euro Flowers for about two years. Since the beginning of the pandemic. I found them through Google maps as I live far from their business and they are close to where my family reside. They had a high review score. I’ve ordered both online and by phone. When I’ve called and gotten a voicemail, they have been very prompt in returning my call. Their website is easy to navigate, has plenty of pictures of arrangements, etc. at various price points. Once you settle on a selection, they offer upgrades. Payment is a breeze. I have not seen the orders myself, but the people who have been receiving them have given their work glowing reviews. Their high score is justified.

So when they were unable to reach the recipient they called me to let me know that they left the flowers at the door. It turns out that the flowers are actually left at the garage... So I'm glad that they had called me so I could let the recipient know where they were. They were great though! If I need flowers in Mississauga I'll be going through them again.

Mom used to do flower arranging herself as a hobby in her earlier years so she has a well developed sense of what a nice arrangement should look like and is quite picky. You don't get many flower shop like that, I have worked as flower designer and I can tell you they do a great a job! Considering I ordered this from my place in USA, they do deserve a 5 Star rating for prompt delivery, great quality and beautiful arrangements. I picked them to do me the honor and make Mother's Day special for my Mother and 2 sisters and all were very touched, surprised and very happy including me with how they looked!! I sent large Premium vase of lilies about $115 to mom since they are her favorite, and 2 of the standard Hawaiian orchid and rose basket to my 2 sisters!! SO blessed with their honesty and beautiful art of work!!

The website was very user-friendly. I was a little bit disappointed with the flowers because they didn’t look as full as the picture. I chose standard as the option because I couldn’t find an explanation of what the difference was. It’s totally my fault though because I should’ve called and asked. Mom was still happy and the flowers still looked really pretty. I’ll order again in the future but next time I’ll call if I have any questions.

I told her my budget and she told me what colours I want and she picked some and asked what I think. And it was ready in less than ten minutes. When I was putting the flowers in the car. I told the lady in the store there was no need to wrap them, as I was going to pull it apart anyways. However, she insisted as she wanted to make it perfect! The arrangement delivered was not as portrayed their website picture...the flowers were the same but they looked shoved in a vase - no arrangement. When this was emailed to Euro Flowers in Port Credit - this was their response. "sorry that you are disappointed. The amature picture never reveals the real arrangement and we sometimes have to substitute the greenery, depends on what our suppliers have. The arrangement was full of white dendrobium and beautiful, I'm sure that your friend enjoys the flowers." My friend actually commented that the greenery was really lacking. Here are the two pics - first the website pic and the second the actual delivered flowers. Buyer beware -"amature picture never reveals the real arrangement",,,,really - then why post it?

DISSAPOINTING EXPERIENCE! After hearing such good things about Euro Flowers, I decided to try them out for Mother's Day. I was a little hesitant as I have used the same flower shop for many years but due to COVID, they had recently closed their doors. The Premium flower bouquet that I ordered several weeks ago, looks cheap, and the flowers look damaged. It looks like something that I ordered at a supermarket, not at one of Mississauga's top flower shop. I am embarrassed to present this arrangement to my mother tomorrow, as I'm sure the flowers will not last overnight. I recognise that this is a busy time, however it doesn't excuse the lack of quality that was shown in this arrangement. This was my first time and probably my last time using Euro flowers. Horrible quality of flowers! My arrangement for my mother lasted 3 days before the wilting started! I paid $150!!!! The size of the arrangement was so small for the price I paid. I have bought from many florists over the years but this is the first time I am disappointed! Garbage! I contacted the shop and the best they can say is they will replace it! WOW! Replace them for another arrangement that will also wilt in a few days? And the vase that came was terrible! All scratched up and dented...an ugly silver colour, like a mirrored effect. Interesting how the owner only replies to the positive reviews on here.
