Was crossing Henderson at Carmen at a passenger corridor with lights when their delivery driver peeled out from a nearby restaurant and almost hit myself, my dog, and our 8 year old daughter who were already halfway across the crosswalk with other cars stopped. We stopped at the boulevard to see if the kiddo was okay, and I hit the next button to see this same driver pull a u-turn and blow throw the crosswalk again while we were on it.

First purchase with this business. Both the owner and her son were a joy to deal with. I was looking for a specific custom arrangement for my mom. She prefers certain flowers and none of their website arrangements would have been good. I called in and the gentleman I spoke to said that he'd check to see which of the flowers I wanted in the arrangement were available. WIthin a few minutes he texted back to give me the good news and asked what my budget was. I told him and again within a couple minutes there was a custom arrangement available for purchase on the website under my name. I made the purchase online and picked up the next day. There was a small misunderstanding with regards to the vase being included. The owner made it right without any hassle and my mom absolutely LOVED the arrangement that they made. I love supporting local small business whenever I can and although I personally don't buy flowers often I would recommend Edelweiss to ANYONE looking for beautiful arrangements at a very acceptable price. Thank you so much to the owner and her son for making my mom's birthday a special one! I sadly didn't get the best photo of the arrangement but trust me it's gorgeous!

Sending flowers with an unknown florist is a gamble. Sometimes you’re disappointed and THEN sometimes you are IMPRESSED and SO PLEASED with the service you receive and the high quality flowers & chocolates that you purchase! So impressed! You all came through BIG for my sisters 40th birthday! I wanted to make her feel special since we could not celebrate with her by getting her some amazing beautiful flowers & incredible chocolates! When my mother-in-law moved into College Park 2 (senior residence) we wanted to find a nearby florist, as we live in Alberta and can’t always be there for special occasions. We were extremely fortunate to select Edelweiss Florist! They are very accommodating, and create gorgeous arrangements. And our special requests to make the arrangements meaningful are always done with thoughtfulness and unique creativity. They go out of their way to make each order and delivery special. And they truly value our business, and have expressed it to us, even though we have never been in their shop or met in person. We will continue to contact Edelweiss Florist in Regina for all our floral needs. A++

I always order with Edelweiss florist on special occasions. The website is easy to use, pictures are accurate and the flowers are even more lovely in person. The arrangements have jumbo flowers and are freshly put together that day. Flower crowns, valentines, graduation flowers, mother's day, a beautiful wedding setup are all available. A local family business that I feel good supporting and recommend to friends and coworkers. Delivers on time and with care

I ordered flowers for my uncle who lives in assisted living. The flowers were delivered that day but due to Covid they had to be left at the front desk. For some unknown reason the flowers were never given to my uncle. I called the florist and was immediately told that they would redo the order and deliver them that same day. My uncle was thrilled and said they were absolutely gorgeous! Thank you Edelweiss for being so friendly and accommodating ????

Called in from out of town to arrange a flower delivery for a great great Aunt. I was amazed at the service and quality. Being right before Christmas, I wasn't sure if they would be able to deliver - but they did, the same day!! Unreal. Plus, it the Gatsby arrangement was gorgeous. Thank you for everything! Cheers

My mother just celebrated her 80th. COVID means that we weren’t able to be with her on her special day, so we ordered an arrangement online that looked modern and spectacular. What arrived was not as advertised. I understand that florists often need to make substitutions, but what they delivered had a fraction of the blooms, half the height and was in a red vase that looked like a Christmas leftover. We spent over $100 on an arrangement that looked like it came from a supermarket. Luckily Mom appreciated the sentiment, but I was sad and disappointed.

Texted the day before Mother’s day to order flowers, and they said yes. I was waiting the next day (Mother’s Day) for them to text what my address is for delivery, but it was already 11pm, so I decided to text them anyways. But, they cancelled and said they ran out of flowers. To cancel VERY last minute, especially on mother’s day is just so unprofessional. It’s not even about the inconvenience, but I couldn’t even give my mom a decent bouquet of flower on mother’s day. I went to EVERY store that was open and ALL were out of flowers.
