Same day order ( on Sat) . Last minute birthday arrangement for 81st birthday. I requested lots of purple. Beautiful arrangement . I highly recommend!!! Well done ????????!

Do not buy from this florist. The very expensive Mother's Day bouquet that I ordered was never delivered and I can not get in touch with anyone. They do not answer their phones. Terrible!
I ordered Garden Paradise DELUXE and what was delivered wasn't even comparable.....never ever again!...fire the florist and close the store....

I ordered flowers for my Aunt's funeral this past weekend. Unfortunately the flowers were never delivered to her service. It would have been wonderful to get a email or call that they couldn't fulfill the order. I have called the shop and emailed the shop with no response. I'm very disappointed because this was my way of saying goodbye, since we couldn't be there because of covid19.
I love this place. The employees are older but the flowers are beautiful. Some times a little pricey but quality is what you pay for. My flowers are post all over facebook. I take pictures of the roses once they fully bloom. I have plants that have grown for over 10 years and I give them away. Just totally pleased. If you had a bad experience, you just came on a bad day. Every business has them.
My mother received flowers from this establishment they were purchased by a friend from an online flower website. The flowers she received were not what the buyer purchased so of course she requested a refund. The next morning Clinton Floral is calling my mother and tells her they need to come pick up her flowers because the order was cancelled. This is triflin, tacky, and petty. It is not my mother’s fault that the flowers she received were not what the buyer spent good money on. That is a problem between the contract they have with the online website not the customer. If anything they should have provided her with another arrangement similar to what the buyer purchased. Not come pick up her flowers. What if these were sympathy flowers? Imagine what reaction my mother could’ve given them.

Ladies need to learn how to communicate with customers. And you atand up when speaking to a potential buyer. You NEVER say derogatory things about a client who just walked out in front of a potential customer. I wouldn't go back.
I ordered a PREMIUM "Lavender Laughter" bouquet from Teleflora for my mother's 84th birthday. Clinton Floral filled this order. The bouquet was supposed to be HUGE with dozens of purple and white flowers. I also paid extra to have it delivered early. The bouquet was delivered to my Mom late and is BEYOND PATHETIC. Instead of dozens of white and purple flowers, it has 4 PINK roses, 4 or 5 tiny white flowers, and a bunch of leaves. It looks like one of those bunches that people sell on the side of the road for 5 dollars. The vase and ribbon are the wrong color and the vase is the wrong shape. I can only assume that, since I mentioned my Mom's age on the card, this Florist thought that they could get away with delivering "Street Flowers" to my elderly Mom while getting paid by Teleflora for a Premium bouquet! Clinton Floral - YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED!!!!
I want to share the excellent service I received from Jordyn. She took quality time with me when I expressed to her the flowers was for a special friendship of over 30 Years. Later that day of delivery my friend called with tears of JOY!!! stating how beautiful the arrangement was.... Jordyn you ROCK!!! So Grateful...

I ordered a beautiful premium Teleflora's Victorian Teacup Bouquet for my Aunt’s Birthday and she was delivered something completely different. I paid extra to upgrade her bouquet and what she received definitely doesn’t reflect that.
Clinton Floral does not deserve one star - My mother personally went in to the shop and placed an order for a funeral T224-1A Rose Tribute flower color Yellow Roses only (see receipt) with added baby's breath and a $10 plaque, spent $192.90. Had a long conversation with the manager regarding what the yellow roses meant to her, my family and the recipient's family a long time tradition - in celebrating the deceased years of birthday's, sickness, anytime -- She only sent her yellow roses, that was her signature. Arriving at the funeral and to view the flowers, the family said to her "you changed your color?", she was devastated. After the burial she returned to the shop to discuss her devastation and asked for her money to be refunded. The clerk called the manager at her request, and said she would not refund the entire purchase only $82; asked the technician who did the arrangement if he did it, he answered yes, and responded "I did not read the ticket"; the owner mentioned several times to do a refund while apologizing; the manager was addiment to only refund $82 and proceeded to instruct the clerk to do so. The manager also stated that "it was just flowers"! She can not express her anger and even after a few days she is still angry. CUSTOMERS -- DO NOT SUPPORT THIS BUSINESS, CUSTOMER CARE AND THE PRODUCTS DO NOT REPRESENT WHAT SHOULD EPITOMIZE EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THE CARE AND CONCERN OF THE CLIENT, truly taking the clients for granted. SIGNED FOREVER ANGRY AND DISSATISFIED!

I just wanted to extend my sincere appreciation for the flowers that were delivered to my house yesterday. My wife was very pleased because the flowers were on the porch when she got home from work. I will continue to order flowers from you in the future and again I want to say "Thanks!."

I purchased a sympathy plant on Friday afternoon it was received early Saturday morning. This was my first time ordering from Clinton Florist, service was excellent and the plant is beautiful. Before ordering, as I usually do I read some of the reviews and was almost ready not to use their services. I’m glad I gave it a try. This will definitely be my new florists! Thanks Clinton Florist!
On 12-8-18, a delivery attempt was made to my home without success. On 12-10-18, I returned the company's missed call. The young lady answered, never identified business name, proceeded to dialogue with someone else, cursed, and after I asked, "Is this a business?" She responded, "Yes." At that point, I did not want to do business with them. Unfortunately, I may have to, as baby girl already paid for the order. Sad and unacceptable...
Rude not helpful
For all the customers who truly enjoy a beautiful bouquet of flowers to represent our celebrations, achievements, sorrows, etc. This is not the place to choose, the customer service is ............... and the bouquet was not nearly valued at the price paid. If you have to drive the extra 20 min to get your expressions of love done with great pride, I would do that versus choosing this establishment. Mainly, in this day and time you are trying to support local businesses but this one is a 1/10 in executing excellence. Go the extra mile so you can give the extra mile to your love ones!
I have tried to call about the flowers that my husband and I sent my my friend for Christmas. First they didn't have the right address so when I saw this in my email I called them right back. Then they didn't even send on the day it was to be there.. I sent them a email because they were closed. My friend gets them. Christmas night. She sent me a picture it's definitely not what we ordered. I talked to my friend and tell her what happened. And the flowers were in a Plastic container... who does this. I live out of town, and had no idea this would happen. Now there phone does not work. ???? very sad situation.
this is a very good floral shop and they do a beautiful job all the staff is very nice and helpful. i order my families funeral arrangment and it was beautiful i loved it! i recomend this place to everyone!!!
Beyond disgusted in the flowers that were delivered by Clinton Floral through Teleflora online delivery. I wanted to let my mother know I was thinking of her on what would have been my parent's 60th wedding anniversary but when I asked my mother to send a picture of that she received I was in total shock. Instead of five pastel pink roses there were two red roses, a couple lilies instead of five, daises instead of chrysanthemums and the vase wasn't even correct! This was by far not a deluxe version of the flowers shown on the Teleflora website. I will never recommend or order from Clinton Florist again and will make sure when I order online that the flowers don't come from this shop.
Jordan answered directed me to website. Obviously I wanted to talk to someone but she didn’t get it. So I explained. She then said...were at lunch can u hold on? I said to wait till u finish lunch? She said YES!!! Can u believe that!!! Wait 5 minutes til I finish my lunch” what the heck kinda customer service is that?!! I’m soooo sorry the Sharpers went out of business.
