I sent flowers to a friend in the hospital. She loved them and they were delivered the same day. However the flowers that were delivered look like a lot less than they looked online. Also on the website they clearly advertise $8.99 delivery fee to 04401, but when I went to checkout the delivery fee was $11.99.

It was my my and I’s 16th wedding anniversary and I ordered the deal of the day-letting the florist create something. It needed to e delivered to my wife’s workplace and everything went off without a hitch. The arrangement was stunning and floored her. It quite literally was a work of art. I will never pick a predetermined arrangement again-let the florist creativity flow and end up with one of the most breathtaking arrangements I have seen. My wife said her coworkers and others were also complimenting how amazing it was. Thank you for making my wife feel incredibly special on our special day.

I have to say I’m rather disappointed with this shop. My now husband and I had met with somebody to discuss flowers for our wedding. We went through all the details with them, and it was a rather large order. I had 10 bouquets, over 10 boutonnieres for the boys, corsages, flowers for the flower girl, and added flowers for our centerpieces. They told me that we would get a quote by a certain date and then never followed up. I reached out through a phone call and got the response that they “completely forgot but the quote was in their car and they would get it to me by the next day”. I never got it by the next day, and I even followed up via email after that date asking when we could expect a quote. I never got a response to that email either.

Absolutely amazing! I ordered a dozen Rose's to be delivered to my girlfriends work at 8 or 9 am and they were delivered at 930am. I'm definitely gonna go through chapel hill the next I get flowers! Awesome job guys! I really appreciate it and the flowers were beautiful!

I found out about the memorial service for my friend's grandma at 2:45, two hours before it started, and they were so accommodating, kind, and helpful. She described the flowers and vase she planned to use, and I could tell she had an artist's touch the way she described her plans.

I highly recommend Chapel Hill Floral for weddings. We ordered bouquets, corsages, boutonnieres, and flowers to make our own bouquets. They were all exquisite! Rachel worked right within our budget and took the time to really understand what my husband and I wanted. There was a slight mix up with the boutonnieres, but the day of pickup they made adjustments for us in no time. One small negative is that Chapel Hill was hard to reach at times; I had to call or email multiple times to check in on things. However, whenever I connected with them, they were attentive to my concerns/questions. They are the nicest!

Disappointed with the service. Dropped by to get a quote / order a small and simple hand held bouquet for a wedding ceremony. I showed a picture of a single rose and some greenery as an inspiration. The 1st words spoken to me were “I can’t get this rose”. Not oh that’s pretty, I could make it this way, or congratulations or anything positive at all. Sadly I think the store is adorable, but the service made we just want to leave. Perhaps she was having a bad day or doesn’t like inspirational photos.

I'm typically a pretty easy going customer. However, I paid a lot of money for a floral arrangement that I choose from CH website only to be told via email that they didnt have the exact vase. I responded by saying they could use the next appropriate vase available and asked if they could email me a picture of the arrangement with vase they planned on using. They responded with a NO. So I had stated in my order for it to be delivered on the 31st of Dec..and paid 18.99 delivery charge...for it to be delivered on the 2nd..a couple days late. The flowers were nice...but looked more like an arrangement for a teenager and not a adult and was very tacky. I will not be using this business in the future.

Wanted to use Chapel Hill Floral for my wedding, however could not get Rachel to email me back consistently and in a timely manner. Followed up several times by phone and email. Once FINALLY getting a quote, I again was on my own and could not get any additional information. Chose to take my business to their competition, Bangor Floral, and had all the answersI needed in less than a couple hours. I gave two stars because their work IS beautiful, however severely lacking on the customer service.

My son paid $69 for a Valentine's arrangement that was supposed to look like the second picture. The first picture is what I actually received. There were not any roses and its not even close to what he thought he was buying. I've seen a lot of your work over the years so I know how good it can be but I'm very disappointed. I''m sure yesterday was a very busy day but that's no excuse for such low quality.

Chapel Hill was wonderful to work with. Rachel was very easy going and knew how to bring my vision to life. She even showed me the flowers out back to get a feel for what I liked. My bouquet was gorgeous and the boutonnières were beautiful as well. They added flowers to our wedding cake and it looked absolutely perfect. The only thing I could say that they could improve on was that the boutonnières weren’t labeled, and they may have overbooked themselves. They were a little late in delivery, but they missed their son’s graduation to make sure our flowers were delivered. The family was incredible to work with and I would definitely recommend that anyone choose Chapel Hill for any of their floral needs!

Christmas eve last minute and these girls helped me out SO much and saved me. I had a different shop mess up an order I had placed a week before for Christmas and I was horrified when I went to pick it up and they didn't have any left. So on my travels I Googled flower shops in Bangor and this shop popped up with "Best flower shop in Bangor". They did not disappoint. Thank you so much for accommodating my last minute request and making an absolutely beautiful bouquet! Absolutely gorgeous place and the friendliest people. This place will not let you down. Horrible and rude customer service. I browsed the website and chose a get well arrangement. They had 3 different sizes and prices listed. I chose the smallest size and price. I added in the address that my purchase would be sent to. All was approved. I paid $34.99 for the arrangement. I paid an $8 wire fee and a $12 delivery fee. I was ok with all of that. So my total came to $58.01. A little high for some basic flowers. No roses or anything crazy but I was ok with it. I received a call an hour later from a rude woman. Immediately telling me very harshly that that their was no way they would be going to my delivery address because it was too far away. The same delivery address that was approved. She also told me that they didn't have the vase I chose which specifically says, get well....the reason I chose that arrangement. She said multiple times that their is no way her florist would travel that far and no other florist would travel that far. Ok, well again, the address was approved before my purchase. None of the issues that arose were my fault. My order should of been fulfilled. Even if you decided after it was all approved that it was too far away or the price was too cheap online, you should of held up your end of the deal because that is what was advertised and that is what a decent business does. That is what you do as a business. You own your mistakes. I own a business in Bangor and would of loved to have a go to florist but I now know THAT Chapel Hill is NOT going to be that florist.
