I messaged Pam yesterday and asked what time the store was open until, I wanted to stop and get some roses to put on my mom's grave on the anniversary of her death. Pam told me what time they closed and I said I would try to get there by then. Pam then said, come when you can we will wait! I arrived and she made me a stunning spray of yellow roses ( my mom's favourite)she even asked me if my mom would like blue tissue with the flowers. She then proceeded to give me a beautiful small bouquet for ME! She sent me on my way with a hug and a wave. This is a business that deserves your business and Pembroke is fortunate to have it and Pam in our community.

My Mom was retiring after 44 years of Nursing. I wanted to send flowers but I had left it too late and couldn’t get through to anyone . Pamela’s store was closing at 5 and I had called at 4:55. She was so kind, gave me all the time in the world to talk about what flowers I wanted to send to which floor. Never once made me feel rushed. She assured me she would get them to my mom for her evening shift. The customer service I reciceved I will never forget. Service like this and customer care like Pamela’s is hard to find these days. She made my day, will make my moms last shift as a nurse extra special and I cannot thank her enough. Buyer beware! After calling specifically to ensure the request was clear, and after being assured everything would be as requested, my Mother’s Day “bouquet” was nothing close to what was requested - and looked like a hot, cheap mess. $85 for something that would have cost $15 and looked nicer from the local grocery store. I could not recommend Chahna Fai and Church Street Florist enough. I got married in June and my bridal bouquet was breathtaking. I only gave Pam and Hazel a weeks notices as I had been let down by my original florist. I was worried it was too short notice but I was so wrong. The bouquet was everything I wanted and it was stunning. I can’t thank them enough for the professionalism and care they took in creating my amazing bouquet. Highly recommend!

I live in Western Canada with family in Pembroke so being able to rely on Church Street Flowers to commemorate the various events in our lives has been a blessing. I order online and receive quick confirmation. Every effort is made to accommodate orders and if any change or alteration is made, I am contacted first- no liberties are taken. The arrangements are beautifully prepared and the flowers fresh and vibrant. Deliveries are on time and as requested with quick email confirmation after delivery is made. And most importantly- the recipients are always impressed with their flowers. They last so long! I had the opportunity to visit this year and stop in- what a great little shop! They have many unique and beautiful gifts on site. And Hazel was as warm and pleasant in person as she is on the phone! I highly recommend Chahna Fai and Church Street Flowers!!

My wife and I had contacted multiple flowers stores in the area to make arrangements for our wedding in August 2021. After receiving replies it was an obvious choice that Chana Fai was the ones for us. From the first conversation over the phone to the picking up of the flowers our experience was top notch. Chana Fai had a wide selection of flower types, colours and greenery which paired amazingly. We started off with a few photo examples of what we were looking for and when it came to pick up day - we were not disappointed! Every piece from the bouquets, table pieces, our boutonnières and corsages they all matches perfectly and were very very well done. Alongside the beautiful flowers I have to complement the employees at Chana Fai. These ladies were so much fun to work with and took every request into consideration, we couldn’t have asked for better service! If you are looking for any type of flower arrangement big or small Chana Fai has it all. Amazing job.

I called to store to have the delivery changed to a pick up as there was a surprise birthday dinner happening at the same time as the flowers were to be delivered. Not only were they very accommodating to my last minute change but they also asked me to come as late as possible so they could guarantee the freshest and best flowers, which were slated to arrive later that afternoon. I then received a call back letting me know the flowers had arrived but they were not up to their standard so they were going to upgrade the bouquet as long as the colours chosen originally weren't a necessity. After all was said and done, we received a beautiful bouquet for my wife's birthday, ordered by her Mom and arranged by Chahna Fai staff. They could have gave me the original design with the (apparently) less than quality flowers but they hold themselves to a higher standard than "adequate". I will recommend and support them in the future! Thank you!

I had my wedding flowers done here. I wasn't entirely sure what I wanted but Hazel took my thoughts and created bouquets that were even better than I could have imagined ! They truly were incredible. They were colourful and fun and looked amazing in pictures. It was a great experience and the staff is incredibly talented and good at what they do.

Church Street Flowers was fantastic! I live in ottawa but wanted to send flowers to my Gram in Pembroke so I ordered online. Easy website to use. Staff called personally to verify and ask permission to change one of the flowers because they had none in the right color. No problem. She was so nice. Customer service is outstanding!! Got a picture of the flowers from my Gram and they were gorgeous! Perfection! I will definitely use them again!

I have been sending flowers 3-4 times a year to my mom in Pembroke for over 10 years. I usually use Melton Flowers & Things but they could not deliver on the day I wanted so I tried Church Street Flowers. I placed my order on Tuesday for a Friday delivery. I ordered the Florist's Choice Daily Deal for $50. The Flowers were delivered on time Friday morning. When I received the pictures my mom sent me, I was very disappointed with the arrangement. Very small compared to the many arrangements I have ordered in the past. Shame on my for not using the florist I usually use.

I have been a long time client of this florist whenever I need to send arrangements to family & friends in the Pembroke area. And, the feedback I have received has been always tremendously positive! They also provided a beautiful silk arrangement for my late husband's headstone who is buried at St. Joseph's Cemetery on the Quebec side. The staff are efficient, personable & a pleasure to deal with. I live in Toronto & have yet to deal with florists here who have the same outstanding standards as this florist. I highly recommend!!

So disappointing!!!!!! Please don't waste your money here. I ordered a $60 MOTHER's DAY bouquet, which after tax and delivery was $80. so small and unimpressive that Id have been much further ahead with a ten dollar arrangement from Walmart. Fully and completely let down here. Buyer beware I guess, this shop has ripped me off.
