Stopped in to purchase cut flowers for a friend's birthday on Dec 23. Spent $67 to combine two smaller mixed flowers into a single bundle. No flower food included and not wrapped. When they were opened, it appeared that they were well past their prime. Astros were drooping. Other flowers had brown tips as if they had been frozen at some point. Very disappointed. We are new to Chatham and I came here because of the really good reviews. Won't be back and will try the many other florists around town. Follow-up: The owner contacted me regarding my experience and the issue has been addressed to my satisfaction. Any business can have a bad day, and Christmas is a busy time of year. I will return at another point in time (post Covid lockdown) and will post another review after that purchase.

I have ordered from Syd Kemsley Florist for deliveries to my Mom a couple of times. The first time I called and spoke with someone who was so helpful and nice. The arrangement my Mom received was lovely. I looked through the selections and chose it. The second time I ordered was just Friday evening online for a Mother’s Day delivery the next day. All I had to do was click designer arrangement. The process was quick and easy and my Mom was just thrilled with the gorgeous flowers and cut glass vase she received the next day. The colours were exactly what I would have selected on my own. I highly recommend Syd Kemsley for a great customer experience!

I used Syd Kemsley Florist to send our mom a Mother's Day plant. I picked the premium plant and they definitely delivered (literally and figuratively!) The plant looked awesome and beautiful and they delivered it on the correct day with no problems at all. My mom also mentioned that made sure she received the plant as opposed to just leaving it at the door. The order was placed last minute from London UK, and was delivered that day. An honest service as well as beautiful flowers and prompt delivery. When stating my budget I was told that it wasn't necessary to spend that much, due to the exchange rate, I could slash the budget considerably and have a really nice bouquet - how often does that happen?! I felt really confident, despite being on the other side of the world that everything was taken care of. I received a photo of the bouquet and was emailed an invoice for my records. An honest and considerate service, I can't are highly enough.
