I ordered an arrangement online for same day delivery and the customer service is amazing! Katie called me soon after placing my order to let me know the arrangement I chose wasn’t available. They were able to offer me another arrangement at no extra cost. She even emailed me a picture of the arrangement for my approval before it was sent out for delivery. The process was super easy and the floral arrangement was beautiful!

I would 10 out of 10 NOT recommend this florist. Very inconsiderate staff taking orders and speaking poorly about people from a place of business which has been using this shop for a few years. Refused to deliver due to it being a far delivery (located within Chatham-Kent) and we have ordered for this address previously 2 months prior. The response was “too bad, it’s too far”. Then proceeds to wish good luck in finding another florist. Absolutely disgusted about how this person acted when we are sending arrangements for a very difficult loss. Very inconsiderate and no respect towards people.

Have been ordering flowers here for a couple of years now. Usually around Mother’s Day or for my moms birthday. Always deliver beautiful flowers. Always happy. One time they accidentally delivered on the wrong date and when I called they made an additional arrangement to deliver on the correct date with no charge. Wonderful people, very nice. Good prices.

I had the pleasure of working with the staff at Stand Flowers for my June wedding. I live out of province and had to do all my correspondence via email. I worked directly with Katie and she made the process so super easy. They made the most beautiful arrangements for my bridesmaids bouqets and one of the most beautiful headpieces for myself that I have ever seen. Katie knew exactly what I was asking for and delivered products that were better then I could have ever asked for. She also let me pic the details like what the bouqets were wrapped in and what type of wristlet the coursages were on. The price point was fantastic for the beautiful work they did. My experience at Stans was 10/10. From the moment I walked into the store everyone was so helpful and patient with me when trying to pick out the arrangement that I wanted. They were so great in adding a ribbon that I had brought it to to be added to an angel statue. They did a beautiful job, they kindly sent me photos after as well. They are all so wonderful!
