I have used them for several different types of events from private events, weddings, corporate gatherings, conferences, etc. The quality always exceeds my expectations. Everything is ready in a timely manner (even when I call last minute!). After reading good reviews and visiting their Facebook page, I decided to use The Purple Pansy to send an arrangement of fresh cut flowers to my aunt who was recovering from surgery. I requested an array of different flowers in pinks and whites (something feminine) My aunt sent me a picture of the arrangement that quite frankly looked cheap. Something you would pick up at the grocery store. vibrant blue and pink died daises with a lot of greenery. I called and complained that this was not what I asked for, the owner gave me her apologies and was very polite. She offered to send an apology bouquet to my aunt. My aunt received them and sent me a picture of the flowers after I requested her to. They were HIDEOUS. The flowers did not go together at all, and they were carnations! Terrible experience at this florist. Won't ever be using them again. False advertising? lack of experience?? new intern?? I don't what the case may be but don't purchase your flowers here.

Tricia did our florals for our wedding in January of 2020 in Chatham. As someone who has no experience or knowledge of flowers whatsoever, I gave her my wedding colours, and left it up to her to decide what she wanted to do for the arrangements! The day of the wedding when the flowers were delivered at the venue, my jaw nearly hit the floor. I didn’t think I had a vision or preference for what I wanted, as I didn’t even express those thoughts, and yet somehow, she gave me exactly what I was looking for, and then some! Our flowers were absolutely stunning and she did a terrific job (especially working with a bride who basically gave her no direction!) Not only was Tricia extremely professional, easy to work with, straightforward and creative, she magically knows how to give you exactly what you want, even if you don’t articulate that! Would HIGHLY recommend Trish for any of your floral needs. She is so talented!!! Thank you Trish!

Trish, it's been weeks since the wedding, and I cannot stop thinking about how gorgeous our flowers were. My wife and I recently visited the Purple Pansy in need of flowers for my mother's funeral. We were seeking something truly unique and creative to make the room feel like a flower garden, in honor of my mother's passion for gardening. Tricia patiently helped us develop concepts for a set of arrangements. The arrangements she delivered were truly outstanding and surpassed our expectations. The quality of the blooms and greenery, the designs of the arrangements, and the manner in which they were put together... all were exceptional. Although it's hard to be creative and contemporary with funeral arrangements, the Purple Pansy truly rose to the challenge. We hope to order again for more happy occasions!

Tricia and all the staff at The Purple Pansy were beyond excellent! We used them as the florist for our wedding and our experience could not have been better. I went in with an idea and a few pictures of the flowers I wanted for my bouquet and knew exactly what I didn’t want. We weren’t sure if the flowers were going to be available, as it would be the end of their season, so Tricia helped me find some that had the same look and colour (white) if the first choice weren’t available. All of bouquets were GORGEOUS (I was able to have the first choice flower), and a beautiful mix of first and second choice flowers for my bridesmaids. I wasn’t exactly sure what I wanted for centrepieces but with Tricia’s help we came up with something that fit our wedding, taste, and budget perfectly! The centrepieces were stunning and I couldn’t have been more pleased! The staff had the flowers to us at the exact time they thought they’d said they would. I never had a worry about the flowers while working with Tricia and The Purple Pansy. They worked with us, understood what we envisioned, and made our vision even more beautiful than we could ever have imagined. I’d recommend to anyone and everyone The Purple Pansy. I can’t say enough good things and thank you’d to Tricia and all the staff.
