This family owned flower shop has been a staple in chatham for almost three decades - They always have a wide selection of fresh flowers to bring home, a pre-made vase arrangement in the fridge ready to go, or a unique gift item that I can pick up on my way to visit relatives or friends. Chantelle goes above and beyond with her customer service to ensure that each customer is taken care of. I've specialized ordered numerous luxury florals from Pizazz which may not be a regular cooler staple, but with enough time, Chantelle is always about to get the items for me! Last weekend, I ordered a beautiful hydrangea and organic greens bouquet for a sympathy order and they were able to hand-deliver the order to a location downtown chatham for me within a few hours!

Unfortunate that they are willing to throw away $60+ dollars worth of business as they won’t blow up 1 foil balloon purchase elsewhere (they didn’t have the balloon in stock that we needed for our party, I purchased 1 elsewhere.. and they said no)even though we were going to get multiple other balloons filled by them and purchased at their store but they turned us away. This policy is not listed anywhere

**i have a photo of what I ordered vs what I got but is not showing up** I would like to start off by saying I did call to complaint about the flowers I got vs what I ordered and was given some store credit back which I definitely appreciate. Even so, I’m still unhappy with what came. The ribbon is missing around the vase, the flowers were supposed to be red and pink/pale pink and the arrangement of the flowers was clearly poorly done. This was poorly done and honestly looks like I did myself. I am not sure I would recommend getting any flowers arrangements from here, at least not around any busy holidays.

I've used Pizzaz to send flower arrangements on multiple occasions and haven't been disappointed one bit. Spoke with the owner over the phone and she was very friendly and helpful, even though I was a bit panicked about getting a same day delivery. They helped take care of everything an lived up to the assurance that they would handle it all and deliver something special to someone I love. I won't even bother looking for a different florist when I need to send flowers in Chatham.

What was to be a surprise today turned into a stressful event. Clear instructions were given for this to be a surprise and specific delivery times but this did not happen and the surprise was ruined. Instead, the driver blamed us for inaccurate instructions and my wife was called prior to arranged times to be home for delivery. Upon calling company to notify of inconveniences, the response was they will take into account for next year's order we place, which will not happen. Not a customer focused company and they do not accomodate to customer needs.

They pulled through for me with a rush order (an hour or less to get to a funeral) and did up two very beautiful and thoughtful arrangements. This is my one stop shop for flowers and gifts. I always end up finding something neat that I usually wouldn't see anywhere else. They always have a vast array of different flowers in stock no matter if it's Christmas or mother's day. I usually wait last minute to get my flowers and they always have what I want. When I had a last minute request for a flower delivery, Pizzaz went above and beyond for me. My mom was diagnosed with cancer and I couldn’t be there with her to help her cope because I live a few hours away. The owner of Pizzaz promised me that she would make the arrangement for my mom extra special and hand deliver it that day. She came through on her promise and I must say it was the most beautiful arrangement of white hydrangeas and pink peonies I have ever seen. It put the smile on my mom’s face that I was hoping for and provided a bit of comfort until I could get home to be there with her. This is only one of the many great experiences I have had with Pizzaz and will always rely on them for filling in those special moments when I can’t be there. Thank you!

AMAZING Customer Service!! I currently live in Toronto and I had friends that got engaged in Chatham. I called up Pizazz and I was over the moon impressed by the customer service I received. I had inquired if there was anyway I could add a bottle of wine to the flower arrangements and they went above and beyond and there was no hesitation in the request. They asked me what kind of wine and brand, and had no issues whatsoever going out of their way to pick up the wine. My friends had sent me a picture of the flower and bottle of wine and they were GORGEOUS!!! The service was incredible, the people were amazing and the flower... BEAUTIFUL. I would HIGHLY recommend Pizazz flower.

Back in 2009 my mother and grandfather passed within a day of each other. The flowers for visitation and funeral were all done by pizazz. We literally bought them out to celebrate our loved ones. Pizazz did the job so beautifully and did everything they could in getting more flowers and meeting the demand. I’ll never forget how wonderful they are/were at our time of need. One your workers are pushy, rude and have no consideration of customers and their feelings. Two over priced.. Three Sobeys sells just as nice bouquets for the same if not cheaper. THERE IS A HOUSING CRISIS IN ONTARIO our house that 3 of us rent at 157 grand ave west all tenants are on odsp two perfectly good homes are being destroyed and demolished by the owner of pizzaz flower shop at 177 grand ave west the owner get this wants to build a parking lot for the flower shop that dont need it so 163 grand ave west was already demolished a perfect house that had two units for families thats gone he demolished it now he wants to demolish our house that we rent during a pandemic we got evictions for simple reason they want to demolish the house for a parking lot were all great tenants live here for 3 years other tenants 6 years its unjust and uncalled for coming from a business that has statement of caring about people lol cha right EVIL PEOPLE this story needs attention were in a pandemic families here are being kicked out and where do we go. Well I do just want to share and correct my earlier statement!! After getting in touch with one of the wonderful ladies at Pizazz Nd talking to her. She was VERY kind, nice enough to correct the situation immediately, was VERY apologetic and seemed like she genuinely felt bad.
