Lacking in customer service. No acknowledgement when you’re in there. More interested in their personal conversation than in a customer that wanted to buy. Seemed snooty. Regardless of how someone may look everyone should be treated the same. You lose good customers this way especially when they tell others

Is this a $50.00 bouquet? Needless to say I was not impressed with their delivery of an "arrangement" (which I requested, not a bouquet) to a bride on her Spa day. I emailed them asking for a discount of some sort, and no response. I've purchased nicer flowers from a grocery store for less!

Checked website to see hours and it states that they are open 10- 530pm. Drove half hour to find out that they are closed, most likely due to Covid reasons however, the website needs to be updated. Instructions on the door say to call, no answer. Very disappointed.

It's a business lacking customer service skills and quality in their arrangements. Ordered an arrangement over the phone as I live out of town and tried to support the locals of Ridgetown. Arrangement was awful. All cheap green fillers with very very few almost dead flowers. The arrangement was to have 3 couples names on the card which they omitted one of the couples after repeating the names to the person at the store 3 times. Went into the business to complain, the "designer" as she called herself justification for the awful arrangement was it's mother's day week the wholesalers charge us more so that is what you get. Both the owner's daughter and the "designer" said nothing could be done or was it they don't care to do anything. They got their money but what about pride in your work and customer satisfaction?

I do not live around Ridgetown anymore but I still continue to come there for my hair appointments. I had stopped at your store Tuesday December 11 after my hair appointment to order a flower arrangement as I did last year for a family who had thier mother/wife pass away. Your hours for closing are suppose to be 5:30. It was 5:20 when i attempted to enter your store to which you already had your doors locked up and the girl behind the counter was already counting off her till. So much for supporting a small town business when you cannot even stick to your posted hours. Guess i will have to support a Chatham business this time. Very dissappointed ????
