Horrible/rude customer service. Flowers were worse! Ordered an arrangement for Mother’s Day. Flowers were not delivered the day they were ordered for. No call or email to let me know. When I asked about it, I was given 3 different excuses on the phone (COVID, got put in the wrong box, printer issues) and a 4th (didn’t have the flowers that were ordered) when they were delivered. Which excuse is it? My mom finally received them at 3:45 on Friday and many were wilted, and the roses turning brown by 10am the next morning. I emailed them with pictures and they still have not responded. Biggest waste of $120.00. Don’t waste your money! I will not. First and last time using McKellars.
