Customer service ridiculous, girl was rushy because it was 330 pm and didn't like that we had just found out about a death and were calling close to 4:00 pm to get some information from them about their shop.She didn't want anything to do with our phone call, took our business to another floral shop who enjoys their customers new or current.

For the amount of money I just spent, I'm in total disbelief that a bouquet could look that small and ugly. My husband just bought me a few small bouquets from the grocery store, last minute, lol, but I did a better job myself at arranging them. I think I could actually set up shop and pit this place out of business. Hahahaha. Pick flowers from the roadside and you would have a nicer bouquet! Very rude customer service too! Like I'm the one giving them money and they treat me like I'm a nuisance! Well, I wont be ordering again and bugging them. I will also be telling everyone I know about this experience. Just terrible! I dont know how they live with their conscious. Never again!

This place is so incredibly unprofessional. I was sent flowers from an ex and an employee had the audacity to tell my boyfriend about it. Considering you SHOULD be able to call and in confidence provide your credit card information over the phone with companies like this I would NEVER recommend them. If the staff can’t even keep whose sending them to themselves I really wouldn’t put it past them to keep your card information.The owner of the store wouldn’t even tell me who sent the flowers so the fact the staff can’t be trusted with the same confidentiality is absolutely disgusting. I’m in no means condoning affairs however men if your looking to send your side chicks flowers from here I wouldn’t in such a small town Tammy will just tell your wife…

Honestly... for the money spent - I am truly shocked. I could have easily gone to Costco and picked up a $20 bouquet myself, added $5 bucks worth of sunflowers and some greens. Instead of 150 bucks. I have gotten arrangements twice the size in Toronto, with some roses thrown in not carnations for literally the exact same money. I literally see the exact same floral arrangement at Costco on a weekly basis. Shocked and disappointed.
