I phoned Kara's Rose Garden and spoke with Amy. I wanted to send my mother something for Mother's Day. Amy took the time, on what was presumably an extremely busy day, to text me pictures of their planters. A picture says 1,000 words! Wonderful customer service. :-)

Ordered flowers to be delivered to my mom for her birthday and everything was perfect! There was a slight issue with the payment (I live in the States and they couldn't accept my Canadian debit) but they called me right away and worked with me to find a solution (E-transfer). They were very friendly and helpful! The flowers are beautiful and look just as advertised.

I can't say enough good about my recent experience with Kara's Rose Garden. I live in Ottawa and wanted to send something special to a friend in Tilbury for his birthday. With little notice, Amy went above and beyond to make sure his day didn't go by without delivering a balloon bouquet on Sunday (his birthday). She even went to pick up some bakery treats for him. He was gobsmacked and so was I. Thanks, Amy. Exceptional customer service to say the least.

My sister-in law broke her leg and is forced to stay home for a bit. No matter how big the room, four walls seem to close in when one is there too long. So, I wanted her to focus on something that would remind her, every time she looked at them that she is loved. A dozen yellow roses with baby's breath did the trick. She called to tell me she’d never received anything so beautiful. She texted me a picture of it. I appreciate the quality, effort and artistry. It's lovely. She’s having the experience I’d hoped for, which is to say drinking in beauty. Thank you.

I was able to order the most perfect sympathy arrangement online. There were many options to choose from but I decided to do a custom arrangement. I described my friend's interests and put in her address. The next day the flowers were delivered (with chocolates) and my friend took a picture of them. They couldn't have been more perfect for her. They know their stuff!
