Three times I ordered from them, three times I received an email the next day or two days later telling me that the delivery could not be honored. And I don't get a refund until a week after !!! Mail sent to customer service without response. No contact. He collects the money and after that you manage !!!! A shame, my mother whom I have not seen for over a year was happy to receive flowers, the service was not honored. This has happened 3 times. Go see the competition, it's a tip if you don't want to be disappointed (Original) Pas du tout professionnel, ne vérifie pas leurs fleuristes affiliés. A trois reprises j'ai commandé chez eux, a trois fois j'ai reçu un mail le lendemain ou surlendemain me disant que la livraison n'avait pu être honorée. Et je n'obtiens un remboursement que une semaine après !!! Mail envoyé au service client sans réponse. Aucun contact. Il encaisse l'argent et après c'est débrouillez-vous !!!! Une honte, ma mère que je n,ai pas vu depuis plus d'Un an se faisait une joie de recevoir des fleurs , le service n'a pas été honoré. Cela fait 3 fois que ça se produit. Allez voir la concurrence, c'est un conseil si vous ne voulez pas être déçu

Every florist I’ve ever used knows that flowers are more than a commodity: they express emotions on behalf of their customers. Really disappointing experience after ordering/going to this florist for the last 15 years - never order online from them on a busy holiday. Traditionally myself and my other family members go to Flora to grab a bouquet for special occasions but due to Covid, I was forced to order a bouquet online with them this year. TL;DR - they charged me $85, and told me if necessary on the day of delivery, substitutions for the bouquet ordered might be made. Key word = bouquet. On Mother's day, my gift was not delivered until 8:15PM - when I called to ask what the status was at 3PM, I was given a ton of attitude. It's a stressful day, I get it. 8:30PM, my gift recipient sends me a pic of their flowers... and well? It's a green plant that you can pick-up any day at Canadian Tire. I called Flora, and no luck in getting anyone to help me out here. Was never looking for a full refund, but $85 for a potted green plant? :( .... Flora just lost a customer. Neveeeer order online from them!

Very disappointed, I paid over $200.00 plus tax and the flowers that were sent were definitely not worth $200.00, will never order from here again. The website shows beautiful bouquets but when you receive your order, they look nothing like what is shown on their site.

The prices were high for what I wanted. A boutonner was 22$ compared to 13$ at Camille. The wristlet was even more. It was crazy. I asked why it was so much and she told me that they were the only ones who add a water thing to the flowers. I paid $70 for 2 roses. That was all the flowers she used. It was crazy. I was desperate to get the flowers so didn't ask many questions. I was completely ripped off. The product was average at best. Completely disappointed will NEVER go again. BUYER BEWARE....

AVOID IT ! I ordered online a bouquet of 23 red roses to deliver. The person to whom it was destined received 12 roses. After contacting this florist, they agreed to send the 11 missing roses, no apologize, no explanation about the mistake. I felt they just tried to rip the customer off, that's it. Then, they sent white roses, not red roses as I asked to complete the first bouquet. In summary, a total mess and a surprise completely missed. I recommend avoiding this florist, no professionalism at all.

Ordered their best seller bouquet of flowers and upgraded to deluxe with an additional cost, very deceiving and and unacceptable and overpriced. On the picture on their website they show it comes with a ribbon around the vase and it arrives with no ribbon,what a let down. I will never order from these people again. When I called and spoke to the owner, he wanted to make excuse after excuse. So disappointing, and they charge $15 for delivery where other businesses don’t charge.

I've been looking non stop for flowers this weekend and every single place I called they where rude, I called interflora and they where really friendly and they served me really fast, I bought one of their new balloons with the realistic rose inside and a dozen of fuccia roses. Extremely disappointed customer today. I had to cover the flower by myself today and tie and make it look like a gift!! There was a little girl who was trying to take care of my order but absolutely not capable of answering any of my questions or get me the flowers I wanted. I ordered the "Fly Away Birthday Bouquet - Deluxe" at $84.95 + $12 delivery + tax for a total of $111.47. What was actually delivered looked embarrassingly small and nowhere near as full and colourful as what is shown on the website. The online vendor photo shows hardly any gaps between the flowers. This was not at all the case on the bouquet that was delivered. Extremely disappointed customer. I will never buy from this vendor again.

One word: rip-off. I paid $97 for what you see here. You be the judge. Ordered the $70 bouquet of the day deal online with a delivery fee of $15. Drove to pick it up to save on the crazy delivery fee and the owner says he added more flowers to compensate for $15 delivery fee I was saving by coming to pick it up. Slimy tactic if you ask me. I wouldn't even have paid $60 for this whole bouquet. Don't go here.

Ordered flowers for my mother for Valentine's Day. The delivery arrived at my mother's place at 10PM (yes 10 PM) and it wasn't flowers but a plant that she received. Very disappointing. Tried to reach them on phone or social media and no response. I realize they were busy but many businesses chose not to over-order to avoid screw-ups and late deliveries. Was waiting to see if they would reach back to me, but no, hence the 1 star. Will most definitely not be ordering from here again. I would suggest to avoid this business entirely.

In what way is this really a work of a florist? The reality was VERY much different from the advertised picture. Terribly disappointed. They put only 5 sunflowers, no decorations, cheaply-made vase, and charged me $91+tax for this. Do NOT buy from this scammy florist shop.
