The bouquet was beautiful but I was so disappointed by the size Although it's difficult to gauge the size of a bouquet with the online pictures, the bouquet was the size of a very small houseplant. This is by far my favorite florist in town, to be honest, it’s the only one I ever go to and I don’t even live remotely close to it! I just love to come here, have a personalized experience and be helped by people who love flowers as much as I do. I usually come in with a budget and Katrina (or any of the other sales person) will work with it and make me recommendations based on the overall feel I want to create. If you are reading this, I really do think you should give it a try. Flowers are not just for other people, it can also be for you! The perfect mood booster ????

Westmount location is top notch. They take care of their plants and their staff is very friendly. West Island location is not quite the same. I paid top dollar for a plant that ended up being infested with gnats, I noticed them flying around the pot and in the soil the very next day. I repotted it twice. I opted to pay more (this plant is available at ikea for half the price) I figured a high end florist would do their best to take care of their plants and avoid this issue. Just a word of caution to customers - If you choose to buy a plant there, be sure to move the soil around, make sure it’s not infested - better yet, go to their Westmount store. Especially since you are paying so much! While I understand these things happen, They won’t refund me.

My second experience with Westmount Fleuriste/Florist, and I really enjoy the attention to detail with service. They didn't have the flowers I wanted in stock, but it only delayed the delivery by a couple of days, and they were very pro-active and responsive, with emails and phone calls, to make sure I was good. A great gem of a flower shop. More expensive than buying flowers in a grocery store of course, but well worth it in my opinion. Keep up the great service! Highly recommend.

The flower arrangement that Westmount put together for my parents’ recent memorial was exactly what I described to Brent over the phone. I had not seen anything on their website that fit what I was looking for but when I called and explained what I wanted, Brent seemed to get it and his floral designer hit the mark perfectly. I've ordered flowers from Westmount Florist for quite some time. Whether it's sending arrangements to my sister on the East Coast or just sending myself a "feel good" bouquet, they have always come through. But what separates good service from great service is how the provider manages a problem. I had recently ordered a bouquet for our wedding anniversary, and although I like to choose the flowers, I went with the "let us surprise you" option. When they arrived, the bouquet was colourful but I wasn't very happy especially when I noticed a day or two later that some flowers were losing their perkiness. When five days passed and I called about the issue, not so much as a complaint but to inform the store they might want to rethink the kinds of flowers they combine, David was extremely helpful. He asked for a photo which I sent. In short, he called back with tips and sent me a beautiful bouquet of tulips. I highly recommend Westmount Florist. They know their stuff and care about their clients.

They are thoroughly professional, they remember you and your tastes when you order more than once, and they will bend over backward to accommodate your wishes. At the end of his life my father really appreciate flowers, and Westmount Florist was extraordinary in providing him with bouquets and potted narcissus flowers, which were the last Spring flowers he saw before dying on a cold January day. Purchased a $45 bouquet of Birds of Paradise and roses and they were finished after three days. One of the florists were actually at first trying to sell me the opened roses until I said I wanted closed ones, go figure. They were selling me old flowers while this was for my parents 46th Wedding Anniversary. I might as well go to Provigo and make my own bouquet of flowers where they guarantee at least a week of freshness or your money back.

I am in Europe now and I had to tell my mother that I had sent her a bouquet since at noon, still nothing! My mother had to leave at 2:00 pm for an outdoor brunch. My sister had to wait in my mother's apartment for this delivery of flowers for almost 3 hours! I called the florist who said he was overwhelmed and yet had 12 delivery trucks .... I called Montreal several times to find out when one of these trucks was finally coming! My mother went home at 6:00 pm and finally got her bouquet. Do you find that normal? Not me. Not being in Quebec, it was a special attention for this great opportunity. It's missed, I'm upset and very disappointed. I will never order at this florist I trusted so far ... Je suis en Europe présentement et j'ai dû dire à ma mère que je lui avais envoyé un bouquet puisqu'à midi, toujours rien ! Ma mère devait quitter à 14H00 pour un brunch à l'extérieur. Ma soeur a dû attendre dans l'appartement de ma mère cette livraison de fleurs, pendant presque 3 heures ! J'ai appelé chez le fleuriste qui a dit être débordé et avoir pourtant 12 camions de livraison... . J'ai appelé à Montréal plusieurs fois aussi pour savoir quand un de ces camions allait enfin arriver ! Ma mère est rentrée chez elle à 18H00 et a pu enfin avoir son bouquet. Trouvez-vous cela normal ? Moi pas. N'étant pas au Québec, c'était une attention spéciale pour cette belle occasion. C'est raté, je suis contrariée et très déçue. Je ne commanderai plus jamais chez ce fleuriste à qui je faisais confiance jusqu'ici...

This week on the Westmount Florist site, I placed 2 arrangements of flowers in vases as a thank you to two different people. I didn't realize but one of the delivery destinations, an office, was closed on Fridays which was my requested delivery day. No problem! They notified me that the delivery was not made and that they would deliver an arrangement the following Monday which they did. The recipients were very pleased with the very pretty flowers. Then yesterday I went in to the store in Pointe Claire to buy just flowers; one as a birthday gift and the other as a thank you. The salesperson was very helpful and for a reasonable price, put together two stunning bunches of flowers to suit each person. I gave them to my friends and they were very surprised and absolutely loved the flowers. Today I went to a large grocery store where I noticed bunches of flowers being sold that were common/ordinary, daisy type flowers that were faded and ill matched that cost just a bit less than the stunning bouquets of flowers from Westmount Florist. One bunch from Westmount Florist was made up of sunflowers, red berries with a few sprays of soft purple flowers, and embellished with a variety of stalks of interestingly shaped round leaves. I won't buy my flowers anywhere else but from Westmount Florist.
