I never received my flowers I paid extra as well for a morning delivery. Three ladies never received their flowers, teddy, card and basket of candy. It was a very disappointing Valentine's day. I tried to contact someone all afternoon and the phone was busy the chat was automated and no one replied on email. I wouldn't recommend Bloomex or any affiliation with Bloomex. Now I am waitting for my refund. I feel I was scammed. Do not buy from here.

Was able to speak to customer service offshore of course and they started an "investigation". My parents NEVER got the flowers, cost me $200. I received an automated email with a FAKE signature as "proof of delivery", which looked nothing like what my parents would ever sign. Tried to email their customer support email address they supply and it's fake, it bounced as failed email. After I placed the order I called and asked them to set up a delivery notification so I could know that the flowers made it to the funeral home. They set this up for me and delivered the flowers the same day I placed the order. They did substitute some flower types but they still looked beautiful so I didn't mind.
