I put an order in to deliver flowers to my girlfriend on valentines day and they were to be delivered before 5. The charge showed up on my credit card right away but the flowers never showed up. I tired calling them for 2 hours with no answer. I had to get my girlfriend to go into the store (I was out of province) and the sign said closed and it was 5 when on their website it says open till 5:30. there were people lined up at the desk so she went in, everyone in front of her complained about their orders not showing up. The girl at the desk was very rude and didnt apologize. the money was refunded but the flowers i order for her they didnt have, so all of that trouble was for nothing.

The website does not have a pick up in store option so I called to see if I could get them picked up instead. The flowers look nothing like the photo on the website and some of them are already wilting.

I do not work in the floral industry. I called to order a set for delivery and when told her what I was looking for she literally laughed in my face. HORRIBLE customer service and they make you feel like an idiot. I would not recommend this place to ANYONE.

Lifesavers!! I called at 3:55pm (5 minutes before closing) because an order from another place was cancelled at the very last minute. The service was AMAZING. So helpful, friendly and accommodating. Flowers arrived by 4:30. Saved the day (and my dad's anniversary ????) !
