I still miss the atmosphere of the old location, but Kelly's is a gem of Summerside! I have bought numerous bouquets over the years, and have never been disappointed. I will say, I have always had noticeably better bouquets when ordering/picking up in person - the few times I have placed an order while out of town for delivery, the bouquets were not *quite* as impressive. Splitting hairs really, but noticeable. All in all, a great local business worth supporting!

A huge thank you to Kelly's Flower Shoppe for fulfilling my order so quickly! I am an out of province customer who ordered a floral spray for my grandmother's funeral. I ordered online the day before and called the next morning to verify everything would be okay to get my order delivered in time. It was 10 mins to open and they answered the phone and let me know they had already started my order and had contacted the funeral home to make arrangements. Truly amazing service and dedication to the importance of the order. My family shared that the floral arrangement was absolutely beautiful and I was so grateful that although I couldn't be there in person I was able to show my condolences and respect to my Grandmother and family. Thank you so very much!!

I ordered birthday flowers for my wife. I'm in Argentina and wanted it to be a surprise but they CALLED MY WIFE TO TELL HER THEY WOULD BE DELIVERING THE FLOWERS SOON. Thanks alot. I was told it is standard practice because my wife house was 15mins away from the shop . Thats why I paid more money for delivery on so you don't have to make a free call first. Unprofessional.

If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. Kelly's Flower Shoppe has RUINED our Mother's Day. My partner ordered hand-tied flowers for his Mother. When his Mother shared a photo, we were outraged. A tiny bouquet with cheap flowers- mostly daisies, a few tulips, some cheap greenery and 2 roses cost us $75.00. We are from Alberta, and they have definitely ripped us off - up charging us, including a vase when we asked for hand-tied. When we called to inquired Cindy CALLED my partners Mother. This is extremely unprofessional, immature and I will certainly never order flowers from Kelly's again as they tried to rip us off.

Kelly's Flower Shoppe was great, I placed an online order for an arrangement of flowers for my Fiance for her birthday, Kelly's didn't have the exact flowers i had originally ordered, but notified me right away and went above and beyond to make sure that they put together a bouquet of beautiful flowers some of which resembled the flowers i had ordered. My fiance loves the bouquet and I could not be happier with the service I was shown. Thanks for everything.

Thank you to Mary for helping me send flowers in a hurry to a dear friend in PEI from across Canada. She was extremely friendly and helpful in creating a custom arrangement and the end result was just beautiful, bigger and better than I could have imagined! And a bonus, she received it within a few hours of me placing order. Amazing service!

Brutal. I ordered a 75$ bouquet for my mother for Mother’s Day from across the country as I am lucky to see her once a year. My mother received a small bouquet with flowers I specifically asked not to be included. They filled them with cheap flowers and a “high end” ceramic vase marked up to 30$. I called to inquire and was put on hold for a few minutes, a woman named Cindy answered the phone and immediately took a defensive stance about the bouquet. We talked back and forth and I expressed I did not ask for a vase to be included in the order, to which she replied I don’t have time for this buddy, it’s covid and I have better things to do. After arguing with me for a few minutes she offered me a half refund. I hung up the phone and assumed the situation was over. She then proceeded to call my mother and ask her if she liked the bouquet, which she had absolutely no right to do as I was the paying customer. This was followed up by another phone call to myself where she said well you’re mother was over the moon I don’t see the problem. Seriously? This is the most unprofessional business Behaviour I’ve ever seen in my life. I think next time I’ll ship flowers from across the country.
