Lady on the phone was a proper b**ch to say the least!!! She was very short and EXTREMELY rude! I told her that I wasn't pleased on how the call was going and she told me flat out "if you're not happy, call another shop". So that's exactly what I plan on doing!!! $200 worth of roses for my fiancee will be purchased from somewhere else! If you want respectful/friendly service, I STRONGLY suggest going elsewhere!
