I spent $140 on stellar pink Dogwood tree and it never did well. It showed signs that it may not be dead so I waited until spring when it obviously had no hope. I call them and explain the situation and right away the guy gets aggressive about why I waited so long. Which just pisses me off. He offered to sell me another one for half price but with customer service like that, they can go F#@K themselves. I believe he thought I was all about the money. For me it's all about the principle and being honest. I will never spend another dime there again.
