Laurie was so helpful when designing my wedding flower arrangement! I knew I wanted sunflowers, white and purple and that was about it. My bouquet, bridesmaid's bouquet and centerpieces were even more beautiful than imagined! The photographer even noted how exquisite they were and she's been to many weddings! I definitely recommend this charming Preston flower shop with superior customer service.

The customer service was awful! My husband had flowers and chocolate delivered for our 1 year anniversary. The flowers were beautiful, however, the chocolate was expired. When I went in to exchange them, the lady went on and on about how they were still ok to eat. (That wasnt the point! The point is that its bad business selling people expired goods!) Then she asked if me or my children got sick. When I said no, her response was "of course not". she then handed me a smaller box of chocolate then what I brought in to exchange. She had a very condescending attitude and I won't be using them again! Response to owner... I appreciate all that you did for my husband, maybe he will write you a good review. But I was writing about my experience which wasn't as nice unfortunately.

I would NEVER recommend this florist to anyone! It's unfortunate really, because I heard such great things. My best friend passed away 8 days ago. She was young - only 31 years old. She loved flowers. Especially hydrangeas. Yesterday - April 29 at 1 pm, I went into the shop and purchased 3 stems of blue hydrangeas. I brought my own vase, as I already had one that I loved, that I knew she would have loved, as well. I went in, on a budget. So, I figured I'd purchase the flowers, put them in the vase and then pay for delivery. Boy was I wrong. So, because I was purchasing flowers, and brought my own vase, they don't do delivery. Okay fine, I could bring them with me when I showed up for the private family viewing - as I was apart of it. I asked how specifically to care for them and she said warm water. So, I walked home (15 mins) and then immediately cut the stems and put them into the vase with warm water. Around 11 pm, I noticed that 2 out of 3 stems had wilted completely. So, this is 10 hours later. Well, not much I can do at 11 pm, so I figure I'll call in the morning. So then I wake up at 8 am, and now all 3 stems are dead. So at 10:15 am, I call the flower shop. The boss/florist isn't in, but the lady who answered the phone took my information. She asked basic questions - to see what happened. I did everything right and she said "that's not supposed to happen". So she says the boss will call me when she gets in. It's now 12:49 pm and I have to leave for the funeral in less than 2 hours. I call back. I explain that at this point, as a busser/walker, I now have no time for this to be rectified. Right then and there she basically states the ole "too bad so sad" type line. She stated how busy they were and all the deliveries they have to do etc. She says the boss will call me within the hour. So at 1:15 pm - yes now we are at 24 hours since purchase - the boss calls me back, finally. She tells me all about how busy she is and that she just came from Toronto. Well, for starters, thank you for making me feel like an inconvenience. She asked me all sorts of questions to see if I did anything wrong. I did everything right.. She then told me her hydrangeas in the shop are still good, so it's something I did. Then she tells me it's because of the walk home and how they need to constantly be in water (I quote hydra means water, she said). Okay, so, unless I'm living next door, or have a teleportation device, let's just assume they would be out of water... Why weren't they wrapped or placed in a dropper? If they need constant water, then they should have been given to me in such a way to keep until I could get them home, no? She then said to me that she doesn't do arrangements or delivery for less than $56.50 and because I came in on a budget, that this is basically the risk you take. So after 5 minutes of listening to her talk, and me just saying ok, ok, ok.. I realized they were going to do nothing for me. So I'm out flowers for a funeral AND money?! Wait... What?! Why not explain all the risks then? Why wait for me to get home and have them die first? Unacceptable. This wasn't just a bouquet that I purchased to sit around my home. It was for a funeral that was taking place in less than 2 hours. So I said "okay, thanks for returning my call." She then tells me to have a nice day! I get being nice but really?! You're not willing to rectify the situation and I'm going to a funeral empty handed now.. Probably not going to have a nice day. This moreso irked me than anything. But it's part of the story, so I added it. I'm so shocked and disappointed in this flower shop, and if I can help it, no one I know will ever step foot through the door again. This is unacceptable in my eyes. Thank you for making the hardest day of my life, even worse. Response to owner: no, the only tip you gave me at purchase was to stick them in warm water, and I had to ask. ALL other tips were too little too late.. They were already dead. It's your responsibility as the florist. Replacing the flowers would have cost you less than what this review does.

Did not receive the flowers requested and agreed on. Didn't dispute it when I picked up the flowers as I was mourning my father's death. Contacted Lori Henry at my flower shop and continuously lied about what was agreed on. The call was on speaker and my friend originally made the call, so he was witnessed to all this nonsense and then to also lie in the emails shows how disrespectful and unprofessional they are. This doesn't even get a one star but there are no options to not select any stars. Shameful.

Before Covid, I called ahead of time to order a flower arrangement for my wife-- on our anniversary. I spoke to the owner via telephone and picked up the flowers an hour later. I explained the type of flowers I wanted-- the owner made a few recommendations and was very friendly over the phone. We talked for about ten minutes and I really felt understood and catered to. On arrival, the owner looked at me as though she saw a ghost. (I was professionally dressed that day having given a presentation at work earlier in the day). The only way to describe her facial expression was 'you sound and look completely different'. Or I looked like someone who wronged her in some way. (First time ordering here) In person, she was abrupt and looked like she was concerned about something. She made no comments and it was obviously 'weird' being there--for us both. We were the only ones in the store at the time. The flowers were beautiful she did a great job preparing the arrangement. Took off a star for making me feel unwelcomed and very uncomfortable in person for not 'looking like what she expected'.

My wife and I used My Flower Shop to create and prepare all the flowers for our wedding. The owner was absolutely amazing with us. Absolutely no stress. She went above and beyond. She met with us 3 hours away (Cambridge to Windsor) to go over our wants and needs. We had a dream of candelabras with flowers. She even drove to Toronto to obtain these for us! On our wedding, when we arrived, everything was perfect. She had the bouquets and boutonnieres delivered offsite to us on time (again driving from Cambridge to Windsor) to set everything up. . The hall was perfect. Not a single thing out of place. She was very knowledgable about the wedding process and rules of the hall (cant have real candles in some, and she obtained acceptable candles when we didnt know about this rule). The prices were exceptionally fair, and had absolutely no issues with quality. So thank you for what is usually a very stressful day into something that was easy and one less thing off our plate.

I live in the States and I wanted to send my Daughter In Law some flowers for the passing of her Mother, They were really great in helping me with want I wanted to for her which was a live arrangement, so they would have something to take care of in remembrance of her mom, I could only convey to the lady want I had received from my own mothers passing and I gave them the wheel, and she recommend her tropical arrangement. We all were very pleased with the outcome and the price was very reasonable as well. My son and his wife went to pick up the flowers since they live less than 2 miles away and said to me how very nice they were there and sent me a picture, we really loved the bird and bird house you displayed in such a lovely arrangement, I would recommend this shop and will be using them in the future. Had some flowers delivered as a gift from my husband. Not overly impressed with the quality of what I received. Half the bouquet was decrepid upon delivery, the dead looking parts were kaputz by day 2, the parts of the bouquet that were still blooming had alot of damage to the flowers and the ends are browned on alot of the blooms. Perhaps this is just my personal taste but the colour assortment of their "custom of the day" option was drab at best. Dark colours are not exactly cheery feeling. It's spring, and I feel this bouquet would have been more appropriate for an autumn funeral?

My Flower Shop is an excellent little flower shop. They are always accommodating to whatever kind of flowers you want. The flowers are always beautiful and the service is fantastic. The only reason it got a 4 as it is not handicapped accessible. I have never been in the store because of this but have ordered over the phone and my husband has picked up flowers there for me. I would recommend this little neighbor shop for your next flower purchase. Better accessibility would be great.

I don't know what happened to this place. I have been going here for at least the last 5 years. Today, I wanted a simple rose. One single rose for Valentine's Day. I have gotten single roses from this place before without any problems. Today, however, I was told they would not do this for me unless I pre-ordered for curbside pickup. What? It's a single rose. I told the lady I was already here and just wanted a single rose. It takes literally 2 minutes. She denied me. I told her how disappointing it was that I had been coming here for years and was now being turned away. She didn't seem to care and she actually told me I could "get something like that at the grocery store". Are you kidding me? I'll make sure to never go back here. Horrible customer service and bad business practices.
