I personally have purchased wedding decor crafts from here for my DIY wedding, as well as a few other random items. Horrible experience. I find the store chaotic, there was little to no staff and when you did find some one "working" there....they were not helpful at all! The first one tried to direct me to yarn section with poor directions in her store, once in the yarn section another staff member pointed to 2 aisles over. Ultimately had to find it myself. Omgoodness I'm finally going to checkout im super happy to finally get out of the store with over $200 purchase and the line up was 7 people deep, when I asked to open another checkout the girl was nasty, but finally call for some help. I was exhausted and believe me over heated by the time I was rescued by the great outdoors.

Wanted to get a frame made. It was a little off-standard, but I've had similar ones made up at a different store. The person struggled with the software so much that after half an hour I left, with the promise that once he'd figured out how to do it, I'd get a call. Never got a call. Probably just as well because they wanted almost $300 to frame a Christmas card.

Kind of difficult to find things if you don't know the store well, but if you go often it gets easier. Staff are very friendly and willing to help you find what you need. I personally asked a staff to assist me in finding three separate items, and to my surprise she did not seem annoyed. The store is great for finding your DIY needs that you either can't find at Walmart or the dollar store, or if you just simply prefer higher quality products. My only complaint about Micheals are the prices, but that's just the prices you pay for higher quality. ????????‍♀️

Disappointed in not finding the childrens books of stickers for Halloween or anything at at that were just a couple bucks. Store looked hal empty. Did find a few new stickers back in adult section but seemed more expensive than before.
