Honestly, the best experience I could have ever asked for working with Kind Florals. We went through so many changes in our plans due to the pandemic and Kind Florals did not skip a beat. They were right there with us, accommodating our new needs and making great suggestions along the way. They worked with our budget and were realistic on what was possible and not possible and where the budget could best be put to use. The day of was so beautiful. I gave Lauren our seating plan and a brief idea of what style we were looking for and they took it from there. Walking into the venue that day I was taken back by the beauty of it all. The arbour was out of this world impressive along with all of our bouquets, guest tables, etc. At the floral meeting they were so open to my ideas and we came up with a beautiful floral plan. They truly brought my floral dreams and vision to life after what felt like the most crazy, chaotic and stressful year, planning our wedding during a global pandemic! Hiring Lauren & Nicole for our florals was the best decision we ever made. From the first one on one visit we had together, I knew Kind Florals was a perfect fit. The quality, caliber and artistry of their work exceeded ALL of my expectations. We designed my dream bouquets as well as a perfect plan to decorate the ceremony and reception space at the Cambridge Mill. They have done a ton of work at this venue so I knew I was in great hands. Due to the restrictions, we decided we were also going to be hosting a second private reception at our friends place in the country. Kind Florals immediately came up with the most beautiful and creative archway and podium floral design as well as beautiful floral pedestals to make a country shop look like a stunning romantic wedding venue. They went out of their way to set up two venues on the day of our wedding and they did not disappoint! Lauren & Nicole are professional, kind, organized, charismatic and extremely talented; they made this process feel effortless; I trusted them completely. I would especially like to emphasize how flexible and calming they both were, considering our plans, venue locations and schedule kept changing right up until the day of our wedding as covid restrictions were lifted. Kind florals- thank you for being the biggest gems and for making our wedding day floral dreams come true! I dealt with Lauren throughout my wedding planning process and she is exactly who you want to create your vision for the big day. Leading up to the big day, Lauren met with me to make sure that she had everything I wanted and she definitely followed through. Lauren delivered and set up my flowers at The Arlington Hotel in Paris. I would highly recommend this service as I could never have created that masterpiece myself. I really wish I could give Kind Florals a better review. But unfortunately after my experience with the company and their customer service that is not the case. I do want to let it known know that this is strictly a review on their customer service, not their actual work as florists. Kind Florals company came very highly recommend it to me by an old friend, and because of that I was very much looking forward to speaking with them and hopefully working with them. I have tried to get in contact with this company for just about two weeks now. After initially sending in my request on their website it took several days for me to receive a response. They responded several days later, and asked me to answer some questions so they could better understand what my Fiancé and myself were looking for. I filled out all of the questions and sent it back the same day. That was November 30th. It has now been over a week and I have yet to hear anything back from anyone. I have even reached out via email once more, as well as filled out another form on their website to try and get some answers. I even mentioned if what I was looking for wasn't their cup of tea, to please just let me know so I could move on and find another company to work with. Again, I would have loved to have been able to leave a better review, but I want people to be aware of the possible customer service they may risk receiving. Wedding planning is stressful enough without having to worry about unreliability of contact with a vendor.

I’m not quite sure how I ended up getting so lucky to select Kind Florals to do the flowers for our garden wedding. Having recently moved to Cambridge I really just had to trust and hope. From the moment Nicole came to our home to do a site inspection through to the wedding day delivery and installation of all arrangements these ladies have been absolutely incredible. Nicole completely interpreted my vision of simple and elegant design and Lindsay was a beautiful personality to bring the vision the reality in the day of. I could go on for days about how amazing our experience was with Kindflorals! From our consultation to each communication after, Lauren and Nicole never skip a beat. They are highly communicative, responsive, creative and fun! Nicole and I had a phone call one moth out from our wedding date and she literally changed my life. My (fiance..at the time!) and I had been through so many emotions trying to coordinate and plan our wedding day, that we both begain to get lost in the negativity of the pandemic restrictions and possible outcomes. I am so greatful for her and that phone call. Nicole and her team re-ignighting the excitiment of our planning, and literally made my day. The passion, excitement and joy that went into the palanning, design and execution of our bouquets, and garland was incredible. You can really tell they love what they do at this studio, and their createtive experssion is absolutely breathtaking! Thank you Kind Florals for the most memorable moments of 2020.
