Amazing service! Went in to order a prom corsage for a friend and had no idea where to start. Showed her the dress and colour scheme and she said, “awesome! I have just the arrangement in mind”. Highly recommend based on customer service. I pick up the corsage next week, but I have no doubt that it will be incredible as she was so kind, helpful, and knowledgeable.

I was very impressed with the service. I ordered flowers for my friend but she did not get home until 8pm. The flower shop closes at 4pm on Saturdays. Told them to just leave them on the porch. The lady at the flower shop took home the flowers and then delivered them at 8pm when my friend got home. That is incredible service and way beyond expectation. Kelly Greens will be my "go to" florist from now on.

Great customer service. They put together a beautiful vibrant arrangement for my sisters birthday on short notice. They finished it in 15min. They have gifts you can add on to your bouquet. I was able to add on body wash and lotion gift pack. They packaged everything up with in a box together with ???? as a final touch. They also have beautiful plant boxes if thats what your looking for. I recommend Kelly Greens for any occasion that flowers are what your looking for.

I haven't lived in Cambridge for over 20 years now but whenever I need flowers for my family, they are the first place I go to. I remember walking by their shop on Main Street when I was a little girl and just thinking it was the prettiest shop ever. Today for no reason at all I sent my mum a Christmas arrangement. It made her day. We can't see each other because of the pandemic but this little gem of a shop just made a great moment for my mum. Thank you. And your email marketing worked :)

Fantastic service. After a trip cancellation I had to act quickly and ordered a bouquet of flowers for my Mums birthday on a Saturday afternoon. All I asked for was something bright and cheerful, and a card. Well the person (Lisa?) called back and even offered to deliver on a Sunday (they are closed Sundays) after not being able to connect with my parents by phone, but after a a few calls did connect, and deliver. I received a call from my Mum later that evening and she was absolutely floored by the bouquet - it had everything, and was fresh and enormous and colourful and varied. Better than expected! Just writing about the flowers I had delivered last Saturday. I had an assortment as well as a poinsettia delivered. The poinsettia is doing fine but the other arrangement has been dying all week. I had the same arrangement delivered about a month or so ago and the same thing happened. I contacted you and you did respond and offered to replace them, but we have been away for a few weeks, I never really had the opportunity to follow up. I am attaching a picture of the recent arrangement to show you. We have cut the ends, changed the water and used the food as we always have with flowers, but for some reason these last two arrangements have been dying on us fairly quickly, a lot of the lilies are dying before they’ve even opened. I sent an email directly to the store a few days with no response to date.
