Ordered flowers for my Mom for Mother's day. Ordered on line earlier in the week. Got a call late afternoon of Mothers Day saying they were OUT OF FLOWERS!??? Asked me if she would like a plant instead. I said "I guess" since I'm 2 hours away. Anyway they did not deliver the plant or Flowers on Mother's Day they sent flowers the next day. Can't really recommend this place at all.

So far this experience has been perhaps the worst retail nightmare of my life! They are hardly incomprehensible over the phone and very argumentative. In addition they lied to me and doubled the price that I wished to purchase without my consent. No one is phoning me back to discuss this issue.

All our orders are over the phone and she is always pleasant when she answers. They don't charge for delivery and they are always on time when they say it will be delivered. I ordered a Valentine's Day arrangement online for delivery and paid extra for the "deluxe" package. It was delivered successfully however the "basic" package was delivered. My credit card was charged for the deluxe. I emailed the florist for resolve but the did not reply.

I ordered the Love's Twilight Sympathy arrangement for my father-in-law's service. I was disappointed both in the size and in the flowers included in the arrangement. The size was listed as approximately 40" x 40". While the width was fine (38"), the height was just over 31". I had wanted a very large statement arrangement, and ordered this one because it was supposed to be larger. A difference of 8" in height is not acceptable to me. Additionally, the arrangement was to include peonies, one of my favourite flowers, and there was not a single peony in the arrangement. Also the photo that was depicted, and the description given, stated that the arrangement would include white and pink flowers. There was not a single white bloom in the arrangement, which was very disappointing. I had really wanted some white included, as had been advertised. I had liked the contrast in colours that was pictured, and the arrangement that we received was very monochromatic. I understand that sometimes substitutions need to be made, but would have liked to have been consulted when that situation arose. And I find it hard to believe that they had absolutely no white flowers to put into the arrangement. The arrangement was pretty, but it was not what I had ordered, and not worth what I paid for it. Had I been shown in advance the actual arrangement, that I would receive, so very different from the one on the website, I would never would have ordered it. Anyone thinking of ordering Love's Twilight Sympathy from Floresta in Cambridge, ON, please be aware that the arrangement might not be as large as you are led to believe it will be, and that you may end up with a very different looking arrangement that does not even include the flowers or colours you want. Had I known this, I would have ordered something else, from somewhere else. As a result, I do not recommend Floresta Flowers and Giftware in Cambridge, Ontario, and will not be using them again.

AMAZING SERVICE! Ordered online, realized the recipient wasn't going to be home when I originally thought, called in and the sweetest lady helped make sure they were delivered once the recipient was available. Bouquet was BEAUTIFUL. Will definitely be a repeat customer.

What was sent today was not as full and beautiful as the photo on their website. There was more green than purple and pink. Disappointing. Embarrassing for a get well gift. Looks like it's from a grocery store. As a follow up, thank you to the owner for creating a new arrangement and delivering it to the recipient. I appreciate that you followed through with my concerns.

Don't order here if you expect to receive what you paid for. I sent flowers to my sister, which she received but in a mason jar, not the vase specified. I called and was told "ok so what do you want?". They agreed to bring her the correct vase the next day. Today, they gave her a new arrangement instead of just trading vases. The new arrangement is half the quality and size, made up of half dead daisies without any greenery. When I called, I was given an argument (no apology) and they said she would go pick up the arrangement and issue a refund. Embarrassingly bad customer service.

Please DO NOT ORDER from this florist ....So mad ???? ..So I phoned from Ireland to order flowers for my Aunties birthday they were very expensive, when I saw the bunch I was horrified they were tiny then to make matters worse about two hours after they arrived they wilted so bad they looked almost dead , absolute disgrace people do yourselves a favour and do NOT order from them ???????????????? Worst place to order from ever. The lady wasnt even at the shop when i ordered and didnt even know what she was doing. I had to describe what i wanted off her website and give her the prices as she wasnt aware. I made my order at 11am and she promised it would be there by later afternoon as it was a birthday gift. Instead her deliverly driver was over 3 hours late and left her stuff on her door step as she went out for dinner. So i just spejt 183 dollars for her gift and flowers might be stolen . So stupid . Honestly not impressed

I will never again use this company. Ordered flowers and chocolates for 95$. They called with a delivery time where no one would be home. We told them we would not be home and they said we can go and get it ourselves then as they could not deliver in the span of 8 hours they were given. They were argumentative and rude on the phone. Once told we would not come and get something that had same day delivery they eventually delivered a very small ratty looking arrangement of flowers ( NOT worth 95$) and no chocolates.

Christmas red and white low bouquet . Contained Holy with berries, Pine cones and golden Christmas tree ornaments. Roses, Chrysanthemums and Carnations. It was beautiful. Photos from last years Christmas bouquet which was as equally stunning. I would recommend Floresta flowers every time.

Twice I have received flowers from people far away (California, England) and Floresta Flowers comes up first when you google florists for cambridge. Both times I have received a very poorly arranged arrangement. Two days ago a Christmas arrangement came in no floral foam and anything to hold it upright, placed in water and tipping over. I called to complain and was told they followed the recipe??? What for poor taste? Five of the flowers I just threw out as they were drooping today, and it is only Wednesday. I suggest to never use this florist.

Ordered flowers from their online service. While the person was very nice ,( I forgot to give number for address) and the flowers were delivered promptly, I was not happy. Looked nothing like picture . ok I know it's a pic online , but still. Website says artistic , beautiful etc. It was 3 carnations stuck between 2 sunflowers . I could have done that myself for way less than almost 60$ . How about some filler , some bows , something ! I will go to a shop from now on . See what I'm paying for first .

My Fiance has been getting me flowers from Floresta for years. This past weekend he showed up at my bridal shower in Orangeville with an arrangement. The arrangement is very tacky. When I got home that night I asked how much it was and I couldn't believe she charged him over a hundred dollars for it! There are barely any flowers in it. All giant leaves. I called right away and tried to return them. Total waste of money and she refused to take them back.I even offered to just return the vase it came in for some type of partial refund.I watered it when I got home that night and when I woke up sunday they were all dying. 2 days later I have to throw them out. What a waste. I don't recommend Floresta to anyone. They obviously do not believe in customer service.

Placed an online order for Valentine’s Day flower bouquet to be delivered on Valentine’s Day. They were unable to guarantee delivery on that day and asked if they could deliver the flowers the same day as I submitted. It was they day before Valentine’s, so expected, and I agreed no problem. I knew my wife wouldn’t care, so she was very happy and surprised by her beautiful arrangement delivered a day earlier and a few hours after I submitted the order. And she also loved the cherry chocolates as well! Thank you Floresta! Will use and recommend in the future!

Happy Valentine's Day! I got flowers delivered today. When I opened the door...the first words from the driver were "i'm so sorry, but i had to brake fast and spilled the water. the flowers are fine". i accepted him on his word. when i unwrapped the flowers, two stems were broken...the card wet, ripped, and smudged. but i knew who they came from. will not order from them again.
