I'm not from the area and was in a pinch, today. I pulled up and called. Fearing the worst being the day before Valentine's Day, I was blown away. Not only did they have exactly what I was looking for but made it for me while I waited. They were swamped and could put me to the back of the line, but didn't. They are awesome!! Don't deal with anyone else!!????????????????

The only thing more disappointing than the flowers was the customer service. The flowers I purchased online looked nothing like the ones that were sent to my friend. I gave this originally a two star. That was until I called and was faced with a hostile, unprofessional and rude attitude. This individual was more upset I left an honest review than the fact I was out almost 100 dollars for flowers I was completely disappointed with.

We had the Floral Factory do the flowers for our wedding and were so thrilled with the product. Each boutonniere and corsage and bouquet was beautifully crafted with attention to detail. My bouquet was exquisite and the centerpieces also lovely. The service was excellent from Karrie-Ann and her staff. I would highly recommend for anyone planning a wedding. Her prices were excellent as well as our wedding was on a budget. I definitely plan to use her services again.

I spoke with Lily at 2:30 hoping to have an arrangement delivered the same day. She advised with Covid changes they closed at 3 and the deliveries for the day had just left! I explained my situation, completely my fault that it was last minute, Lily was so pleasant and had wonderful input. She took the order and guaranteed that it would be delivered that day. My mother, who was receiving the arrangement, could not say enough nice things about the lady who delivered them. The arrangement was so beautiful and I discovered that Lily had delivered it herself!! Some of the flowers in the arrangement lasted 3 weeks !! Thank you so so very much for making my mother smile ... for weeks !!! and saving my day!

I had my wife's arrangement done for her funeral. This place knows what they're doing and took the words right out of my mouth before I began to tell them what I needed. The flowers were delivered to the funeral home and I Never even had to pay a visit to the flower store itself. I sure hope on using them again just praying that the occasion is a better one.

We hired Floral Factory for our August 2020 wedding. We were originally supposed to have a larger wedding in Cambridge, but due to COVID, had to change our location and drastically reduce our numbers. Karrie-Ann was flexible and open to changing the plan based on our evolving needs. We met with Karrie-Ann several times prior to the wedding, and she was somehow able to pick-up on my vision without me being able to describe it. The bouquets, boutonnieres, and flower arrangements turned out better than I ever could have expected. The flowers were absolutely beautiful, and a perfect addition to our backyard wedding. See the photos I uploaded to see shockingly bad flowers and customer service. I had flowers delivered to my friend for her birthday as a surprise. The roses were old and opened and were browning on the edges. One tulip was soft and dead and dangling. Even the filler leaves were drooping, hydrangeas drooping. Everything was terrible. When I called for a refund, they were super hostile and FINALLY said they’d go pick them up and give me a refund. When I said SURE, go get them, they were like “wow you’re really gonna make us pick them up?” LOL like???? These people are unhinged. Also the woman on the phone told me she wouldn’t call my friend ahead of time and tell her about it, and then did exactly that. Ruined the surprise and didn’t even tell me. The woman on the phone also admitted to me that they use better flowers for weddings than they do for the flower deliveries they do every day. I normally go to charmed and regret not doing that this time. They have impeccable standards, style, and customer service. Not like this literal discount factory.

We walked into the funeral home and saw the vases of flowers and they were beautiful. Colorful and perfect. The best flower arrangements with care that my husband and I have seen in a very long time.
