I rarely ever give 1 star ratings but I could not give them anything more than a 1 star. I had asked for an arrangement of peonies and specifically asked them to make up a nice bouquet with pink and white peonies and to add in any other flowers they felt would go well in the arrangement. I was told it wouldn't be a problem at all but they would need 4-5 days to get the peonies in. I was OK with that. I called on the agreed pick up date and said I would be in after work but before 5 pm and they said no problem at all. I arrived at 4:30 pm to pick up the flowers and saw her walk to the back, pull 8 peonies from a bucket and wrap them in floral paper...that was her idea of "making a nice arrangement". No other flowers or greens were added to make it beautiful. Not only was zero effort put into this, half the peonies were already completely open and bloomed and the other half were so closed the never ended up blooming. I haven't never paid so much money for a bouquet to have it look so terrible. When I got home I was embarrassed to give my wife the flowers the way they were so I picked up another bouquet from the supermarket and made my own arrangement. I would not recommend this place, even your supermarket flowers are better than this garbage. I would love to add photos to this post so you can actually see the garbage I was given but it doesn't appear I am able to.

Ordered a birthday bouquet (deluxe) for my friend's birthday. You can put anything on the personalized note and there is a decent amount of room, as you can see! I scheduled the flowers to be delivered tomorrow, but they were delivered today instead - which is not the greatest but not the worst either. Looks like a beautiful arrangement and my friend was very very happy! Overall it was a smooth, easy process, and the flowers are gorgeous.

Cabbage Rose Lane is by far the most fantastic flower shop that I've ever visited. As an event planner and frequent flower buyer for my own enjoyment- I can honestly say that I've never been more impressed with both the service and the product. Cabbage Rose has done flowers for a high end and beautiful roof top patio event of mine downtown Toronto. My guests had nothing but lovely things to say about how exquisite the arrangements were. Cabbage Rose is great for those types of large scale events- but also great if you just want to walk in and grab some Hydrangea for your counter at home. I have since moved away from the KW/Cambridge area but still call Cabbage Rose Lane for ALL of my floral needs. They're so courteous and prompt- but better than that, they have great taste. I feel very comfortable giving them complete creative freedom. I just grew so tired of those box-stores with impersonal and mechanic looking flowers. Cabbage Rose puts heart into their work. That's what matters most to me. I will forever continue to be their loyal customer and flower lover!

They have the address in a different location at a friend's house it seems. Everytime I got to my parents house google says I went to this place, yet there is nothing around as I know everyone in the houses in that neighborhood. What r they hiding if they are not willing to display the business address. Seems shady to me as real businesses like to display their full real address so people can find them. I would recommend a place with a real address to prove their trustworthy, not someone using a friends house address.

I ordered a birthday bouquet for my wife to be delivered to her office. The lady I spoke to was friendly and helpful. But on the day of my wife's birthday and with only a couple hours before she finished work, the flowers were not delivered. I called Cabbage Rose and they said they would be delivered before my wife went home. I've sent birthday flowers many times over the years and have seen them delivered in my office and they always show up in the morning. Cabbage Rose thought that was a special request. Who wants to get flowers at the end of the day just to put them in the car for the drive home? A birthday bouquet is a gift that should kick off your day, not end it. Anyway, this was my only issue with the purchase, everything else was great. The flowers were beautiful and my wife loved them.
