I ordered flowers on Saturday. Prior to ordering I asked the chat person LEO, if they would be delivered the same day. It was 8:00AM and he said it would be delivered because the deadline was 1:00pm with a premium delivery cost of 20.00 . The sympathy flowers never arrived. I called Sunday they said it could not be delivered, it was Windsor/Belle River. Remote location and could not be delivered. I called Monday and promised it would be delivered Tuesday, no delivery. It is Wednesday and still no delivery. They want to give me a box of chocolates to compensate. I was updated by Dicom a delivery service that it has been on their delivery truck basically for 3 days now. Can you imagine what these would look like? Their online chat is not knowledgeable. They will not give me a refund. REALLY, bad service. Updated Thursday April 8th 2021. My order STILL HAS NOT BEEN DELIVERED. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE LYING CROOKS EVER.

Have used Bloomex several times in the past always a great experience. Ordered a Congratulations balloon bouquet for a graduation. The order was changed without my knowledge to a valentine Love Yah and I love you balloon bouquet. I had provided a phone number to be reached at, a courtesy call for input on a substitution would have been appreciated. This was an embarrassment and completely inappropriate for the relationship between sender and recipient. I contacted bloomex and was offered $10 credit towards next purchase. there will not be a next purchase. Everything good when goes as ordered no customer service when there is an issue.

Do not order from this company, you will be throughly disappointed. I ordered flowers from my wife, paid the additional fee to upsize the arrangement, and what we received was nothing like the photo, I ordered a multi coloured arrangement of different flower types, and what my wife received was this small pathetic display. I reached out to the company and was advised what I received was "in accordance with our policy", which if true is complete BS! This company is obviously alright with misrepresenting their products, and having disappointed customers.

Ordered what was supposed to be a deluxe bouquet of flowers for my best friends birthday and she received her flowers from purolator courier sent out 2 days earlier!! The box and flowers were seriously damaged and wilted after spending 2 plus days in 40+ temperatures on a truck and being tossed around various sorting facilities. I reached out to customer service about the mess they delivered, who promised to send her a gift basket of equal value and it’s now 5 days later and she’s still not received a replacement. Don’t waste your hard earned money on a disappointing gift of dead damaged flowers. I will NEVER order from this company again!

What a joke of a company. Have used them for multiple work occasions, normally with no issues. Our latest order came with many issues. Paid extra to have the arrangement super sized and what came was a measly arrangement that could have been purchased for $10 at a discount grocery store. Flowers were not fresh and were damaged. Balloon with the arrangement was deflated upon arrival. Contacted customer care and was given a general response of "upon investigation we have found the arrangement compliant with our policy. Flowers may not be the type as shown". No acknowledgement of the actual issues I was raising. Sent a follow up and literally recieved the same response. Don't waste your money with this company. Very disappointed with their customer care.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SERVICE. If I could give negative stars I would. I ordered flowers for mother's day and not only were they delivered a day early which in itself is not that bad, but they were the wrong flowers. I tried the online chat for help and after a painfully slow conversation they simply told me to email them to complain. I sent two emails that they took over a day to reply to and was told that substitutions can be made according to their policy. So apparently THERE IS NO GUARANTEE YOU WILL RECEIVE WHAT YOU ORDERED AND PAID FOR OR THAT YOU WILL RECEIVE IT ON THE DAY YOU REQUESTED. I ordered long stem lavender roses and instead received regular red roses. Red roses aren't really a Mother's day flower. I have attached the pictures as well as the email reply from bloomex. Will never be ordering from them again.

Amazing experience with Bloomex the first time I used them! I send flowers often and wouldn’t hesitate to use this company again. From the time I ordered, until my sister received the bouquet, it was only 45 minutes!! I was blown away! On top of that, the flowers were gorgeous! Service issue resolved and corrected! After I posted the PSOT below, my complaint was elevated to another level of customer service. They were prompt, responsive, with options on how to resolve the disappoionted experiance. Thank you to the Bloomex Team. TERRIBLE SERVICE!! Bloomex does not stand behind it's product that they subcontract to Florisit. I ordered a dozen roses Monday, delviered Tuesday later afternoon as per schedule. Wednesday evening, some roses were looking droopy, Thursday I contact Bloomex by Chat window. I did not hear back from them. I contacted them by email Friday morning. Here is their response. "Thank you for your e-mail. We are sorry to hear that the order did not meet your expectations. According to our policy, due to the perishable nature of our products, we only accept complaints regarding quality/composition within 24 hours following the delivery date. We apologize for the inconvenience. Kind Regards, Bloomex Team"

Not sure if this is the store that delivered the two orders I paid for but this company is horrible. I bought a basket planter and a centerpiece for family and friends. They were extremely disappointing and when I tried to get the orders rectified, I was told the arrangements were substituted according to their policy. Now, my emails are going unanswered as im not satisfied with the response I have gotten. Don't waste your money on this company, it's disgraceful that they misrepresent themselves this way.

I wish I could give zero stars. I ordered flowers last week for my mothers birthday and not only did they send the completely wrong order but the flowers they did send were brown and old. As soon as my mother took them out of the package majority of the petals fell off. I've been trying to get a hold of customer service for a week now. When I called them they told me to email, so I did (3 times). On the phone they were so rude, this type of stuff must happen ALL the time seeing as they didn't care whatsoever. I got a hold of someone finally and they said "there is nothing I can do, email the managers". Which I had already done 3 times and no response. This is such a terrible business, all people ask for is good customer service. If they had truly apologized or even cared it wouldn't be as bad but their dismissive, unconcerned attitude is what makes this that much worse. I've seen the reviews on here (looks like a lot of people have the same issues) and they send out fake apologies that are prewritten and meaningless. Cannot stress this enough, AVOID this company, go literally anywhere else. Will be letting everyone and anyone I know how terrible it is here.

I used Bloomex Flowers and Gift Baskets in Burnaby, B.C. for the first time today. I was very impressed with them for a number of reasons. They offer same day delivery across Canada. Their floral arrangements are lovely and much better priced than most florists I have dealt with in the past (and have quite substantial discounts on many items). My husband and I are retired and living on pensions so we very seldom have the ability to send gifts of this sort. Now that we've discovered Bloomex, we will be able to do this much more often!

Editing my review. Ordered a dozen roses. They arrived an hour late (7pm!!!!!!) on Valentine's Day. 1 rose was dead on arrival. 2 more roses have since already died 2 days later. No flower food was provided in the box. Overpriced, bad service, sub-par flowers. Steer clear!

I wish I could go less than 1 star. I thought I had my share of terrible companies, but seriously this company trumps that. There customer service is helpless from hanging up to not offering proper solutions to not following up. I helped my dad purchase flowers for my parents anniversary. We ordered paying more for morning delivery, so that it would make it before 12 pm. Flowers NEVER arrived. I call at 12:40 pm and I got the difference of delivery fee refunded and was promised the flowers would make it soon. I called another time asking for the status, and then asking to talk to a manager and the agent just hung up. Next time I call the next agent told me he would call the delivery driver and get back to me within the hour. Nothing happened. 1.5 h pass I call again, no help, no valid solutions. My parents were stuck all day waiting for flowers that didn’t make it and the next best date the company gave me was 5 days later and no refund. My parents had to cancel plans because they were waiting for flowers that the company said would make it and their anniversary was destroyed. This company is garbage!!!!!!!!! I’m still going to be contacting them to talk to a manager. Absolutely terrible! If I could I would copy and repeat this review 100 times. Such terrible service! Very unreliable!!!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!

I ordered a flower arrangement to surprise my friend for her birthday and luckily I got it ordered to my place first because it was the ugliest flower arrangement I have seen. It would have been embarrassing to gift that to someone. The pictures I included were from right after the flowers were delivered. DO NOT BUY FLOWERS HERE. Any good comments you may see are likely fake as I found out the company gives additional $5 off to their customers if they write a google review for Bloomex!!! They say they care about quality but they clearly don’t considering they sent me squished, dying, old and wilted flowers with an ugly vase (please see the ordered vs what I got pictures). I ended up making my own flower arrangement last minute from Zehrs flowers and that was a million times better than anything from Bloomex. I contacted Bloomex and their customer service is horrible and won’t take accountability for their actions and refund the awful product they send. They even said that if they were to resend it could take up to five days because they need to wait tor fresh flowers?? That’s hard to believe considering the dying flowers I received (and that I’m not the first to have this happen). Also who gives a birthday flower arrangement 5 days after someone’s birthday?? They won’t refund and offered me a gift basket or credit to their store which is really inconsiderate since this is solely a faulty product they sent out. I also do not ever want to order from them again. I would advice NOT to purchase anything from here unless you’re wanting disappointment like I got.

Ordered flowers for my mother. I paid extra for them to be delivered that day. They advertise 9am-6pm delivery which I agreed to because my mother is a nurse and works shifts so she would be in bed shortly after 6pm. The flowers didn’t arrive. The costumer service then tells me they deliver until 8pm which is not advertised. Meaning my mother would have to wake up to get her flowers. My mother’s flowers sat on a truck for delivery for 7 hours with no water. They offered zero refund for the delayed shipping. First and last time customer. Do yourselves a favour and go to your local florist.

Terrible. Flowers were delivered at 7:15pm on the hottest day of the year. The flowers were most likely in the delivery vehicle for hours as they were wilted. Not 4 hours later the roses started dropping their peddles. This is not what I expected when I placed my order. Completely unacceptable.

My husband ordered morning delivery Valentine's Flowers - stayed home all day to receive them - was told they would arrive by noon, then 3, then 6 ... It is now 9:05 PM - no flowers. Cancelled our Valentine's Day family plans to wait for flowers that never arrived. Was not able to talk to anyone by phone - only emails or online help. Currently trying to work with the credit card company to get our money back. Update: it gets WORSE. They finally delivered the flowers, 27 hours late (and they clearly hadn't been in water that whole time) and left them on our porch in -6 degree weather. They were not what was ordered, but a cheaper, half-dead version of it. And say that they are delivered "in accordance with their policy." Offered a store credit. Ugh. Update: They delivered replacement flowers for the Feb. 14th flowers, at 8:15 PM on Feb. 23rd. We did receive the arrangement that had been ordered and it is fine in quality, stuck in a piece of wet floral foam. Not anything to rave about (although it was a $100 purchase) but fine. Won't risk ordering from them again. We've asked for the shipping fee ($25) to be reimbursed, but no response as of yet.

They looked okay yesterday but today they are all wilted and dying these were obviously NOT fresh flowers. I ordered a Supersized Fruit basket. Only 1 photo was available on the website of the Regular sized fruit basket. What was delivered looked very much like a regular-sized basket. They need to post photos of all the basket sizes on their website. The mylar balloon was deflated, for which they gave me a store credit. This won't help me as I won't be ordering again based on this negative experience. Customer care was excellent and responsive otherwise. Post note: I have been refunded for the deflated balloon. Do not order flowers from Bloomex! The quality and service will disappoint. I ordered a $55 arrangement, then added a $10 upgrade fee and paid extra for a morning delivery. The flowers did not arrive on the scheduled day, so I had to contact Bloomex. I received an "order stats changed" email with no information. The flowers did finally arrive the next day (pretty useless the day after my anniversary) well after the 12pm deadline, and they looked terrible. Each of the blooms were brown and wilted with holes in 2 of them. I suspect they were sitting in a truck for 2 says. I tried to get a refund on the delivery fees. My emails to the support address received no response. The online live agents abandoned our chats 3 times. When I called their support number, they simply said there was nothing they could do. Do yourself a favour and get flowers elsewhere, especially if they are for an important occasion.

I paid extra for a deluxe bouquet. The flowers look very pretty but definitely not as full as I had hoped for. It seems to only have one type of flower whereas the photo shows a couple types, and definitely more full. They had run out of mason jars which the flowers were to be delivered in and the customer service was great to call me and let me know that they would refund me for the price of the mason jar, but unfortunately the flowers were then delivered without a vase at all. The wrapping was very pretty however. I'm giving a 2 star rating because they do look nice, but I definitely feel a little disappointed as far as quality and amount of flowers.

The flowers arrived on May 3 and as of May 28, some of the flowers are still alive. The bouquets included some succulents that my mother is going to plant in her garden. My mother was so pleased- she has told me repeatedly how much she liked the flowers. I could not have had a better experience.

So incredibly disappointed with the service and the flowers. These were flowers for my nanas funeral that I had ordered. I have posted the picture shown online and what I received. I stated the funeral started at 2pm and they showed up at 1:57pm and were rushed down after the casket. I was on the phone with their customer service at 1:45pm asking where they were and they said they had been delivered 20 minutes ago. Obviously not true as I watched them get rushed handed over by the delivery driver to the funeral director. They also looked so sparse and sad next to all the flowers that were equal value from other flourists. I contacted the company and was told this is normal and that they have lilies that have not bloomed to help them last longer. However this is for a funeral, one day flowers that I bought from their funeral section, that does not make sense to me. It is also 2 weeks later and the lilies have just opened up and the carnations are starting to die. In another email from the company when I requested some compensation they stated no and gave me instructions on how to care for the flowers that were technically no longer needed. The service I received as well as the flowers were extremely disappointing especially for the fact that it was a funeral a horrible time and I had to deal with their rude customer service on the phone. The funeral director said he had never seen such treatment in his career.

The only good thing I can say about this company was that they did deliver on the correct day. The flowers arrived from Purolator, in a HOT box, more than half dead, and looked nothing like the sample photo on the site. I emailed customer service but three days later still hadn’t heard from anyone. I then contacted the company through their chat portal. They take forever for every response. They told me that I needed to email customer service and someone will get back to me in 24hrs. So I emailed again…. Still no response. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! Edit: if you see their responses to the justifiable bad reviews, they just copy and past the identical response to everyone. EDIT: they have responded to me with the same canned response they give to every poor review, asking me to do the exact thing that I have already done, twice.

Product was not the best quality. Bought two separate bouquets, they were both squished into a single bouquet box. I was also missing part of my order. I called every hour for 5 days , pressed #2 for “issue with existing order” no answer. On hold then sent to voicemail. I left 5 voicemail. No one got back to me. But guess what, I pressed 1 for new order, and miraculously someone answered within 2 minutes. This was after I tried calling 6 times in a row pressing #2. How convenient. Told them what was missing from my order, they said they would “pass it to a manager and he would send out the missing item” . Still not sure if that means it’s on it’s way or not....??? Most likely won’t order again. UPDATE: Bloomex said contact us. Guess what, it’s been 10 days, item has not showed up, and customer service keeps going to voicemail, and they don’t call you back. They respond to reviews, just to make it seem like they are fixing stuff. They aren’t. I can’t even get ahold of a manager. Garbage! Never ever Again. If there is an item missing or something wrong with your order, you won’t get it, they won’t make it right. They do not care as long as they already got your money. Called the BBB today to resolve

Avoid at all costs!!! I ordered flowers to a friend and the "what I ordered vs. what I got" photos speak for themselves! Adding insult to injury is the fact that I paid an extra $10 for a premium version of the product. Product page indicates that ordered arrangement includes "cream roses, white lilies and alstroemeria as well as yellow and white chrysanthemums, eucalyptus, and more"... what arrived is white mums and a few red roses slapped together. The worst part of all of this is that the business is only willing to give me a store credit of less than 1/3 the cost of the flowers and says that "we are able to substitute with another similar flower or plant of a different color." Take a look at the laughably "professional" results in the photos.

I ordered an arrangement of Calla lilies for a birthday present. The description was for 8 lilies, and I also added a glass vase. The flowers arrived on time as expected next day. There were also 3 white roses included which was nice. However, the quality of the lilies was not great. At least 3 of the 8 lilies were browning on the edges, and the roses were opened, and didn't appear to be the freshest. The glass vase was not as depicted on the site, and barely fit the flowers. By the next day all the flowers were wilted and dead looking. I’m not even sure they were real calla lilies. For the price paid this was terrible. UPDATE: After leaving the review I was contacted by Bloomex who offered to send a replacement arrangement. The replacement arrangement was 10 beautiful, high quality calla lilies. I do appreciate that Bloomex stepped up and offered to make the situation right. So I upped the score to three stars. Even though the replacement arrangement was beautiful, it does not change the fact that I received a pretty terrible arrangement on my husband's birthday. A beautiful replacement 2 weeks later is nice, but it's not the same as getting the order right the first time. If I had received the replacement arrangement the first time, it would be a 5 star review.

I ordered Gerbera daisies and see what I got. It was supposed to be delivered by 6pm. They came at 8:40pm. When I called their support centre, the agent told me that I should be happy with that delivery, that they have until midnight to deliver. 8 emails later, they finally offered me a $20 store credit. I will no longer use Bloomex as my last delivery was the third time I have been very disappointed. I ordered a Super Size which they show to include more stems and to be a larger arrangement. However, the arrangement they sent had less stems than the standard arrangement. My other two deliveries were either the wrong arrangement or delivered at a much later date. This is FALSE advertising. They try to appease you by giving you a store credit or a discount on your next order. The service and quality of arrangements is of very low standards. Avoid this company! Ordered flowers for my best friend's birthday. Her birthday was a Monday and their delivery calendar said it was available. I get a phone call the Sunday right before telling me they do not deliver to our area on Mondays, but they can be delivered on Tuesday. I was not happy with this but didn't really have another option. Finding another florist open on a Sunday that could do delivery next day wasn't going to happen. They offered to add a box of chocolates for the inconvenience at least, so at least they did that. Tuesday I check the order and find they shipped it with Purolator around 940am. They don't even deliver themselves. The flowers did not arrive on Tuesday. They arrived Wednesday afternoon. My friend says they looked pretty sad, but she loved the gesture. The chocolates were completely melted. I wish I'd read reviews before ordering. If you are, find another florist. Bloomex is a joke.

You quite literally have one job. Just deliver the flowers on the day requested. That's it. Instead, they didn't come at all, and then once I complained an automatically generated email was sent out saying "oops, looks like we're running late." The office was closed by then, there was no point in the delivery, the special day was missed and yet the response was "you can't get a refund once the delivery goes out." We'll see about that, but just absurd that I have to argue over this. Delivery to businesses by 5pm, period. If you don't get it there in time just apologize profusely and refund. My goodness. Just an awful experience.

If I could give this place 0/5 stars I would!! Never order with this company, you will get ripped off. My husband ordered roses & wine to be delivered on Valentines day. He paid $24 extra to have them delivered between 9am-12 and they were very late. Couldn't reach this company by phone and the online chat people weren't helpful at all and just kept saying they will be there asap, this was at 2 pm. The delivery person didn't show up until 4:20 pm, when I had just left the house to do a pickup, so it was really bad timing as I HAD to be there for 430. I told him to wait 5 minutes, and got back home as quick as I could. My husband was only refunded $4 for late delivery. The quality of the roses were sub-par and looked nothing like the photo online. For $90 for a 3 rose bouquet, a teddy bear, bottle of wine & small box of chocolates it really wasn't worth it, when you can get way nicer flowers at a grocery store for a fraction of the price. Unfortunately he didn't read the reviews before ordering and felt really bad, but at least I got my order unlike some other reviews I have read on Twitter. We will be sticking with local small businesses for ordering flowers from now on.

DO NOT ORDER!! Please please please support a local florist who would go above and beyond to make sure your order is correct and your requests are met. I have been battling bloomex customer service at for 5 days. I have talked to four different customer service reps, who were all pushy, and rude not understanding my complaint. I do not trust them. I was hung up on twice while trying to be connected to management. I placed my order October 16th for same day delivery. After receiving an email saying it would be delivered on the 22nd, I phoned to cancel my order. I placed my order at 11:41 AM on October 16th and phoned at 11:56AM, the call lasted 6 minutes. After being assured I would receive a cancellation email and my order would be cancelled, I went ahead and ordered from a local florist. At the end of the day, I got an email saying the flowers were DELIVERED. I phoned numerous times to fix this issue, as I cancelled my order they should not have went ahead and prepared them. I keep being told I only could cancel within an hour, which I did hahah I cancelled within 15 MINUTES and have my calls and email times recorded. I am told it was a misunderstanding and I didn't want it cancelled? I am not sure how the woman misunderstood me asking for the order to be cancelled... but okay. Now I have to pay for her mistake and have two bouquets. I appreciate the manager Jennifer who spoke to me, I was offered store credit and she listened to what had happened. Although I will not be ordering from this company again and therefore will not need the 25$ store credit on a 70$ bouquet. After reading many reviews I see a lot of people are dealing with the same problems. Dead flowers, wrong orders, etc. Please know that if anything is wrong with your order, you will NOT qualify for a refund because it was prepared and delivered. I urge you to encourage people to order from other companies. Sending flowers to loved ones for a birthday is supposed to be a wonderful experience that makes you feel good!! This was none the less a frustrating, upsetting, and angering one. I will be encouraging my friends and family on social media to not support this company.

Horrible product, horrible customer services. Ordered on a Thursday for a Saturday delivery, to my dear friend who lost her father. Got emailed the Saturday stating they didn’t have a florist in the area and an upgraded plant would be delivered Tuesday, wasn’t happy about it but what can you do. Wednesday rolls around and it says it’s still in transit what condition is this plant going to be in travelling for days! Ask for My money back so I can just order new flowers no they couldn’t do that they would send new ones and don’t forget upgraded again. My friend calls to thank me and I explain the situation and ask her to send pictures. I have never been so embarrassed and glad I didn’t send them to a funeral home! Call and emailing is horrible, staff are not helpful and rude! They finally email me back saying they will Give Me a 15.00 credit…really!!!

When I called to find out where they where they said they had the wrong unit number and brought them back to the warehouse Never heard if a phone?? I am VERY disappointed with the package that Bloomex replaced what was supposed to be delivered for my Aunt's birthday! I ordered a planter for her on Dec 16th to be delivered for 70th birthday onthe 18th. I was notified late in the day that delivery was unable to be completed. After calling Bloomex, the best they could do was deliver on Tuesday and said they would upgrade it. The "gourmet" gift basket did not look even close to the amount I spent for the "deluxe planter". I have never been so disappointed with a company and it seems Bloomex thinks a generic sorry is enough. I will never use Bloomex again.

Absolutly aweful service. Find literally any other company for your flower deliveries. Customer service agents are rude, dismissive and hard to reach. My delivery was 2 days late, I was given another persons tracking number and personal information, I was told repeatedly "not to worry" although my delivery was already 36 hours late after many promises that it will be "fine". The product itself was about %50 of what the item photo claims. Poor communication, misleading product advertising, spam emails minutes after my order to buy more and rude staff. Would give 0 if possible.

I wish I could give zero stars. This company is horrible and I would not recommend ordering from here. They don’t deliver on time, they have zero customer support and they do not send what is paid for— it is false advertising. I understand delays happen but at no time does anyone ever reach out to communicate these delays. The customer has to chase the company for info. The first day the delivery was late, I sat on their live chat for 56 minutes waiting for an answer. Then their support rep ended the chat with no explanation or resolution after I waited that long. The next day it was 40+ minutes on chat with no update. The third day, I sat on the chat for 2 HOURS. The rep told me it was delivered but she would check and then no one ever came back to the chat. I had to follow up with the recipient, ruining the surprise, and it was in fact, not delivered. They finally emailed back after multiple attempts and said there was a technical glitch and would send my recipient a “huge” upgrade for my troubles. The box ended up arriving 7 days late. 1. The regular box said it included 8 chocolates. 2. I then paid an extra $15 for the upgraded “more impressive” box. 3. The box arrived with a total of 5 non-impressive grocery store chocolates. This did not even include what was suppose to be in the regular box let alone the $15 extra I paid for a “more impressive box” nor did it include the “huge upgrade” as promised for my trouble. I sent a picture of this box and they said their records indicate everything was shipped and wouldn’t provide a refund for the extra $15. Ridiculous. This is shameful way to treat customers, especially in this line of business. Thank you for turning a joyous occasion into a horrific amount of stress and for wasting hours and hours of my time trying to track down this delivery.

Added 2 stars for excellent customer service.Flowers arrived on time and are as described, but the quality is inferior for an $80+ bouquet. Two days after delivery, and many of the flowers are already drooping...I expect most of the flowers will be dead in a few days. I didn't expect it to look like the picture, but the Bloomex marketing way overpromised in terms of freshness. I would likely have spent less and been more satisfied going to a local florist. I will not buy from them again.

My flowers arrived exactly when I expected them to and were absolutely gorgeous. They lasted a long time, and I loved getting to learn more about the farm from which they came. The colors were quite a bit different from what I expected from the photos, but were still beautiful and unique. To my dismay the flowers were received however only 11 long stem roses were received, not the 12 that were ordered. I am disappointed. I called to complain and they offered a $15 web site credit. The point is that I wanted quality roses, and the correct number, pretty simple thing to ask for. $15 doesn’t make up for the embarrassment. Rest assured I will never be ordering from BLOOMEX again and I have taken the time to post this review to warn customers of the quality of their work. I should have checked the reviews before I ordered; out of 579 reviews they only have 3.5 stars....that should have been a warning to me. Your customer support emailed me this morning "Thank you for your feedback. Upon having reviewed the pictures sent to us we were able to determine that the arrangement you received was in accordance with our policy and item description and no damaged flower is shown" I suppose if your policy to have the customer pay for 12 and ship 11 then you fulfilled your policy....

Incredibly disappointed with Bloomex. Ordered an arrangement for a friend that lives in BC. Chose Bloomex as I’m from Ontario and didn’t know which florists would be local to the recipient. While the order did arrive on the scheduled day, the arrangement was very different than the photo on the website. While the colour scheme remained the same, there were MANY substitutions. They essentially kept the roses and replaced everything else with carnations and cheap filler. I contacted customer service and all they offered was a $20 store credit. I don’t plan on using this service again so the credit won’t be used. Wish I would have read more reviews - would have seen that this is very common.

I bought flowers on Oct. 29th for one of my teachers and I didn't come despite the fact that I had ordered before 12. It was a same day delivery order. They didn't come and when I called to follow up they claimed it was because they couldn't deliver to schools so I contacted my teacher and gave them her house address. They put it in the system and said the courier would be on it right away. Apparently the order status changed too. It's Dec. 16 and the flowers still haven't come and I have not gotten a refund despite my efforts to contact them. I would give it 0 stars but that's not possible so I give it a one.

Absolutely horrible experience dealing with this company. I would definitely not recommend ordering from them. We ordered a sympathy bouquet of flowers to be delivered to a close friend who lost a parent. The Bloomex website does not indicate that the delivery address must be one that receives Canada Post mail directly (I found this out after our order was cancelled and I called Bloomex). On the delivery date, we received several messages from Bloomex asking for further clarification for directions. My friend lives at a home that is less than a minute off of a main highway and can be easily found on Google maps. We sent these directions to Bloomex immediately. We were eventually told that the bouquet could not be delivered to their home. After several phone calls, I was told that Bloomex cannot provide me with a refund but only store credit (this doesn't make any sense to me). When the store credit was applied the next day, it included the cost of the bouquet, but not the tax or delivery fee. When I called back to clarify, the person who answered the phone hung up on me! It all felt like quite a scam. After several emails and phone calls to Bloomex over three days, I have now gone to a local florist who has delivered a beautiful bouquet to our friend without any hassle. Find another florist if you want a stress-free experience!

If I could give a negative 5 star for customer service I would Flowers were delivered in a box left upside down outside the front door by the courier. When I contacted them they asked for pictures - the recipient only took one to send to me - this wasn't good enough for them they required several pictures ( apparently company policy !) - who takes several pictures of a bunch of flowers that were delivered upside down and damaged ? I had a very embarrassed recipient. Totally unhelpful in trying to resolve the issue before I wrote a review.

This is my first time ordering on Bloomex as I was looking for a gift basket (there are none to be found locally in stores which is extremely frustrating when looking for a simple but classic gift. Gift baskets never go out of style) to send to a company as a thank you gift for their hospitality towards me and my mom for a service they provided. What I loved about Bloomex was even though I couldn't find a physical location to go in and place my order, their online process was very smooth. I was looking for a standard fruit basket, but outside of Edible Arrangements there doesn't seem to be any companies that provide uncut fruit baskets for delivery. I also really like that deliveries can be made the same day you order. Will use again.

They delivered a completely different set of flowers claiming their florist ran out, but they didn't even call to let me know if I was ok with the onces they chose because they didn't want me to cancel the order. They didn't deliver the nice card they advertised but printed piece of white paper. They delivered a cheap purple balloon instead of the fancy one and completely different cheaper chocolates than the chocolate truffles advertised. You see the pattern here. They will show fancy stuff online and deliver something that looks like its worth $20. Worse, the customer service refused to correct the situation, kept hanging up on me for lack of response to the false advertisement, and only offered me a $20 credit, which their shipping cost $20. It's a huge scam artist company.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! Ordered flowers on Monday paid for express shipping, nothing but issues and flowers never got delivered. Spent a week trying to get a response (email, chat and phone calls) Nothing. Can't reach anyone on the phone. I ordered 2 arrangements for my grand daughter's funeral. I clearly stated that the delivery should be in the morning of March 31 2021. The flowers arrived at the funeral home 20 minutes after the service ended and were not anything close to what I ordered. I would have done better to buy a bunch at Zehrs. The company rep who spoke to the funeral home said would get a refund because they were not delivered on time. Not only are they refusing a refund on that score they are claiming that the flowers were as ordered. I sent pictures of what they sent so they could see the vast difference from what I ordered and they still say I received what I ordered. I am completely dissatisfied. I would like anyone who has similar issues to respond. They don't deserve any stars.

I even opted to going for a deluxe thinking it would have much more inside enough for 12 people to share (it describes quantity inside would be more) I ended up receiving the package and it was nothing like described truly disappointing even for 3-4 people to share. I hyped this place up to my management team as I have purchased flowers from here occasionally. It was a true let down I didn’t even open the cellophane or basket or anything I just opened the delivery box to look inside and immediately called to request to send back and for a refund. They just messaged me back and said I’m not eligible for a refund or return even after I sent pictures of the basket in perfect condition. Now I’m out -$160!!!! 160 for what I got is ridiculous. Just lost my business.. as well as many people in my corporate company. The least you could have done is let me return and refund.

The flowers were all wilted one rose was broken the balloon said it’s a girl instead of happy birthday. She asked for a refund and they said no . Instead yesterday they sent me another bouquet that was wilted . The Gerber daisies all looked terrible. The sponge that was suppose to hold the water was a broken into pieces so no wonder the flowers were all wilted. Buyers beware I had an experience myself with this company months ago when I sent flowers to a family member. Her flowers were all wilted and died within a day of receiving. I also paid the extra for deluxe . It’s a waste of money and terrible customer service . I did email them as well as my aunt with no response. They will reply back to this review- please contact us. I docked the score by one star because of the delivery timing (and perhaps this isn’t Bloomex`s fault). The flowers were a birthday gift. My husband ordered my favourite white roses several days in advance, to be delivered on my birthday. What arrived were a dozen RED roses, which my husband knows I’m not really a fan of. He had the delivery man take them back. A short while later, the delivery man gave us a courtesy call to tell us, he was informed by Bloomex that they did not have any white roses in stock. No one had bothered to contact my husband before sending out a substitution. Not by phone, text or email. So my husband called Bloomex directly, and was told there was nothing they could do. They said the earliest they could send out white roses was three days later. They also refused to refund him his money! They also told him it was impossible to speak with a supervisor on the phone. My husband phoned a local florist next. As it was too late for delivery, he arranged to pick up a gorgeous bouquet of Mondial creamy white roses for half the price of Bloomex. He still hasn’t received a refund from Bloomex, so please think twice before ordering from them!

FRAUDS!!! If I could give negative stars I would. This company is deplorable. My heart is broken and I am disgusted. I placed an order 7 days in advance to send flowers to my friends mothers funeral. I am in Ontario, the service is in BC. I received an email less than 2 hours before the funeral stating the requested delivery cannot be made due to the distance between their facility and the funeral home. They had 7 days to notify me but waited until the last minute. I called, sounds like a call center in another country, my request to speak to a manager was denied. All they said they can do is apologize and refund me...Oh wait.. They offered to send chocolates!!!! I said I want them to contact a more local florist and have them send flowers asap, the refused stating the other florist would cost too much money. I am disgusted, this is the worst customer service ever. Don't trust this company to come through especially if your order is of any importance.

I placed an ordered and was promised a same delivery I even called to make sure it will arrive at this address on this day. 2 days passed and still it didn't arrive when I called they said the address was wrong i doubled check online the address is correct and they refused to give me a refund and kept saying they will send out a new one, then they went ahead said no one was home and it was the recipient fault when i am 100% sure they were home. Bloomex it looked like they threw the box on the porch and never let us know in any way that flowers were delivered in the afternoon . The next day about 2:00 in the afternoon my husband went out to shovel off the porch because it had snowed and saw this box laying on the porch about 4 feet from the door on its side ,then brought them in and opened the box to find the arrangement which looked like it might have been nice at one time but some of the flowers were out , the one candle broken out and the other bent , the ribbon just sitting there and the flowers were frozen so the next day even after trying to repair and water especially the white roses were all brown and when we tried to get some satisfaction from the company they said we don’t know how to take care of them

This company is a SCAM. I ordered a blue and white bouquet and they sent me flowers that are mostly pink and were crammed into a tiny box. They arrive wilted and brown. When I complained they acknowledged the flowers were garbage, but offered me no way to get my money back. I ended up giving the horrible flowers as a gift because my friend was getting married that day, but I was very embarrassed. Terrible experience. I was supposed to get the type of bouquet in the first picture on top of which I paid EXTRA for TRIPLE SIZE. Instead I got the bouquet in the second picture which was less and not even comparable to the original size. NOTHING in comparison. Not satisfied and I demand a refund. Terrible service, so disorganized and unprofessional. During a pandemic we rely on these types of businesses to be able to connect with loved ones however this company is not the one to choose. Flowers for a funeral were scheduled to be delivered almost a week late even when you pay for next day delivery. Had to check in two separate times with their unprofessional customer service representatives and was told the driver didn’t have enough room on his truck to deliver them .... almost a week ago. Paid extra for shipping and was still last on their priority list. Expect wilted flowers to be delivered since they sit for a week before being sent out. The flowers are still not received. Never ordering from or recommending this company again.

I received “roses” on Tuesday (17th) from a good friend. She kept asking if I had received a package. When I got home on Tuesday the box from Bloomex was at my front door. As I opened it, I realized it was upside down, when I opened petals fell out, on further inspection I saw some of the roses were dead and others were withered. I cut off the ends and put in water in the hopes of reviving the remaining ones. I was most disappointed, so I put a post out on my Facebook to see if anyone knew of this company, Bloomex, imagine my surprise when numerous people responded with horror stories about the quality of their orders and the service received. I will be letting my friend know, but I don’t want to upset her, but she needs to know not to ever order flowers from Bloomex. Attached photos taken today, 2 days after delivery. This is absolutely disgraceful service and very deceptive based on what they advertise and what they deliver.

I came across Bloomex in a Google search for flower delivery. The online shopping experience was quite engaging. There are so many beautiful arrangements, unlike some other flower delivery companies. Not impressed with this place at all. Wish I had read all the bad reviews before ordering flowers for my cousin whose 14 year old son just died. They sent them to a Purolator place for pick up and I wasn't notified that they were there. When I called them they wanted to to go online and find out the info as the where this place was. When my cousin had to go pick them up and it was out of her way the vase was broken and the flowers were not what I ordered. Very few flowers in the arrangement for 64.00 dollars I spent on them. Not impressed

NO REFUNDS, EVEN IF THEY DELIVER YOU THE WRONG PRODUCT. I wish I had seen the reviews before I blew $90 on flowers. I purchased 1 dozen long stem roses, supersized them for an extra $15 and paid $4.99 for a deluxe box. When the flowers arrived, they were not long stem nor supersized, and the box was a branded shipping box - hardly a "deluxe gift box". I reached out and they do not resolve any orders over the phone - photos via e-mail only. Customer service acknowledged that they sent the wrong product and offered a mere $15 store credit. Moral of the story - customer gets penalized for the company's mistake. I ended up ordering long stem roses for $3 a piece from our local Sobey's. Cheaper and way better quality.

Having now read previous reviews it would seem there are issues with this business model. My partner ordered a bouquet in a vase for $70 for our anniversary. What arrived at 9pm that day was a carnation bouquet with 6 roses that would be $19.99 at Costco and no vase. The flowers were crushed from being in a box and all fully bloomed vs. buds as described on the box. Not worth the money. Support a local florist directly instead.
