Most horrible experience ever. The owner named marge is the most rude and disrespectful person I have ever met. She was very rude from the start. I was simply calling to make an order of flowers on Mother’s Day. She honestly said I was wasting her time about 30 times AT LEAST. Any questions that I had she would say I’m wasting her time, every single time. Horrible customer service, marge is basically asking to get closed down. The 2 order of flowers I bought were poor choice in colour. Half dead. And they were both the same flowers, get some variety much? I called and said I was very upset how marge was very rude during my whole placement of this order, AND these flowers weren’t even good!! Ended up getting SEVERAL voicemails from marge rudely saying to bring the flowers back if I was unhappy. Spent too much money on this place for what it’s worth. Horrible flowers, horrible owner. Good to know to never come here at all! Hope having no customers is better so we don’t waste your time hey?

Sad day today! ordered my girlfriend flowers((7th year Anniversary together)) to be delivered to her work ..today!! same day delivery means ..end of day just so you all know..the owner said if I ordered at 7:30am same day ..they would be delivered rite after lunch..sad ..nope her office closes at 4pm and no Flowers yet it's 3:10pm ...so if she gets them today..she will enjoy her Flowers for 50 whole minutes ..Sad..Won't be ordering from here ever again!

I ordered flowers for my Aunt’s 75th Birthday! The lady that took my call when I called in the order was pleasant even though I had forgotten to get the address to send it too. I was able to call back and give it when I got my hands on it. My Aunt could not say enough about the gorgeous arrangement that was delivered to her. I know due to the world I know that flowers are harder to get. I made it Designers Choice bouquet and I don’t refer letting them design the bouquet! I made the right choice with florists and will order again.

This location reminds me of the way Calgary used to be. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable and the selection is always excellent with a great selection. Jo and team make you feel like family each time you drop in and are able to easily accommodate special requests. The team provides expert knowledge (and patience) each time I struggle decide on the perfect gift for special occasions. Panda Flowers Country Hills is my 'go to' when I want to show appreciation for the woman I love, or need ammo to get myself out of the dog house :).

I called within an hour of their closing and spoke with Marge. I requested orange flowers with a Vause, $60 range (nothing more specific). Marge had the perfect bouquet ready for me in 20 min (picture posted). Will definitely order from then again.

The woman working the desk was extremely rude and made me feel as if I wasn't welcome. I had walked in prepared to spend a few hundred dollars. After her incredibly rude and off-putting behavior, I decided to leave. Instead, now I'm gonna spend a few hundred dollars on ads letting ppl know to never waste their time here... I truly hope this woman was not the owner, disgusting and irreprehensible conduct.

I would strongly urge consumers to avoid using this company, at least for their delivery service or online purchases. I ordered flowers for my mom for Mother's Day which was placed Saturday morning (Dubai time). I received an email confirmation that my order had been successfully placed using delivery address in Priddis Alberta. By Monday afternoon my mom had still not received her flowers or any notice from Panda Flowers. We sent an email inquiry to Panda to try to find out what happened to the order and by 2:30pm Alberta time, an email was sent with no name or signature card, claiming that the order was cancelled because they don't offer delivery service to Priddis. I find it amazing that with today's technology, the web designers at Panda Flowers can't figure out how to warn consumers that their order will not be accepted as the address doesn't fall within delivery boundaries. What's more surprising is the length of time it takes the staff to notify us of this error. I think Panda Flowers needs to invest a bit more resources into protecting their reputation and future client base by correcting their communication flaws and perhaps increasing their response time, especially during important times like Mother's Day.

Overall the lady or the owner was not very welcoming and quite rude. She got mad at me for taking a picture of their flowers - I was sorry and offered to delete it (only took a pic to ask my sis what she thinks of it). She also got annoyed when she found out I was just at different flower shop beforehand. I left the store feeling so upset. I would’ve bought the $75 roses (even though it was just basic arrangement) you had in store but Im glad I didnt because I got a better flower arrangement and nicer interaction from the other shop nearby.

Not a great experience. Terrible customer service. Placed order for sons graduation. They messed up the order, so we did not get the flowers we ordered for him and his girlfriend. Even though they did not fill the order....the operators refused to give a refund.

I was trying to give local Calgary small business some business, since I know small business are hurting amidst COVID. But with such poor customer service; the lady hung up on me while I looked for my credit card number (less than 30 secs), then the second lady was short and harsh. So I decided not to spend my money here. NO THANKS! I’ll take my $$ to Costco.

Go elsewhere, bad vibes and customer service. Won't serve you if you don't have your mask over your nose after freezing outside and can't see with your glasses but she can wear a plastic face shield without a mask. Poor business service. Won't go ever again.

This place was better with the previous owner. My husband used to frequent this shop and loved it. He went in February and had a horrible experience. The flowers were beautiful, but he did not like the new owner. He said that she had horrible customer service skills. Talked like she was better than him and not pleasant to deal with. So I went last weekend to see for myself. My husband was right. The new owner is not pleasant to deal with al all. The flowers were beautiful but her customer service skills are lacking. If you are going to be an owner maybe take a customer service class. Or maybe she should be a customer of the Cannabis store next door. Definitely never going back.

My friend and I went earlier today to buy flowers for the Valentine's day. One of the ladies in the shop wasn't friendly and has a very poor customer service. I'm not sure if she is the owner. The lady was very irritated every time we ask her a question. She wasn't approachable at all. When I went to the cashier to pay for my flowers, I decided to add some roses; the lady came up and told me "to make up my mind." I was about to cancel my overall order because of her rudeness, but the other lady in the cashier look very apologetic.. I never had experience like this in the past. I'm not sure if they changed the management but I don't think I will go back to this location again.

New owner Marge very personable; announced she is the new owner and outright told me to go in the cooler to look for what i wanted. Vert bossy and will speak over me. I bought flowers there and they arrived half dead. She was willing to replace it but the replacement flowers died within 2 days. This shop is close to another flower shop and it was my loss i went to the wrong one. Never never will i go back.
