Made three different orders from Triple A Florists. All were exactly what I expected. The most important arrangement was better than I expected. The flowers arrived fresh and on time. I have no complaints with the quality or the service.. I have recommended this florists to family and friends.

Ugh- I should have read the reviews. I ordered flowers for my Mom for Mother’s Day online from my home in Washington State to be delivered by May 9 2020. Today is Sunday, 7pm and she has not received them. I received an order confirmation on Wednesday, but have not received a call or email. I am trying to support the smaller business, especially during this Stay in Place Corona Time, instead of going with a larger 1- 800 dial a florist. Well, came back to kick me in the butt. Unreliable. I will be reporting to my credit card for a service not received. Do not order flowers from them. I am so disappointed that I couldn’t share some happiness with my mom this Mother’s Day.

Ordered with them because they guaranteed same day delivery. It was not delivered on the day they promised, and they also ruined the surprise of flower delivery by calling the person RECEIVING the flowers and asking them if it was okay for them to deliver a day late.

I bought 3 apples today. 3 different varieties to compare them all. All 3 appeared to be good from the outside. All 3 were rotten or partially rotten inside, one of them had a worm. I wasn't willing to check all of them more thoroughly for worms, but all 3 were bad apples. Coincidence? I also noticed there was a hole in one of the apples under the sticker. Could be the farm(s) fault... or they probably buy cheap stuff the keep the prices low. I've bought apples down the street before and never had a problem, but 3 different varieties in one day. This store has good hours and prices are lower than other produce stores, but I don't know about quality. Sometimes you really do get what you pay for. Today I got rotten apples.

Please DO NOT ORDER. I ordered flowers from Mother’s Day and the flowers did not arrive. I called and no answering machine. I emailed and no response. After two weeks the company emailed from with a different company name saying they will finally deliver. But who knows. It all sounds very unprofessional.

I order flowers allot, this time I tried Triple A since they were close to the delivery location....what a mistake! I ordered 'Love's Destiny Bouquet', a premium arrangement for my partners Birthday. It cost $150 and it looks like it was thrown into the vase by a child. The flowers are OK, although not all the right colour. Delivery was also very late. Definitely the worst flower delivery service I have ever used. DO NOT order from this company!

Placed an order online for a birthday. they called 2 hours before delivery to say they don't have the plants in stock, can they replace? However, the replacements are not visible on site so it's buy stuff unseen

i ordered an expensive bouquet of flowers to be delivered on may 9th for mother's day. it is now the 11th and no sign of the flowers yet. called them multiple times (at least 10) and no response. emailed them and also no response. a total scam and waste of money

I ordered flowers for Mother's Day and order was accepted despite not being able to be fulfilled by the day I ordered them. Tried to cancel order on Monday after Mother's Day, but no one picked up phone (despite numerous calls) or responded to e-mail inquiry. Florist claims flowers were delivered at 6:40 pm Monday (after their listed delivery hours), but no flowers have been delivered (did not see e-mail until 7:15 pm). Despite other good reviews, best I can tell they are a scam as I still have not been able to reach them by phone.

Ordered flowers for Valentine's Day, they did not deliver the flowers, did not call either myself or my girlfriend regarding delivery of flowers. I ordered the morning of Valentine's Day so I get it that they might have been busy to not be able to do same day delivery, if that was the case I was ok off they called me that they can do it and all if I wanted to just cancel order to get flowers somewhere else. Instead they didn't call either sender or recipient. Absolutely horrible. If they know they can not deliver they need to contact client right away.

I had ordered flowers for a client for an event, but did not receive any confirmation emails or any updates on my purchase (not anywhere in junk either). Days leading up to my event, I called and emailed a several times but did not hear back, so eventually I ordered from somewhere else to ensure I had something to give to the client. Finally, I got a hold of someone to let them know that I'd like to cancel my order since I ordered from somewhere else due to urgency. The representative on the phone was really understanding and offered the refund without argument - which I fully appreciate and respect. I only received the order confirmation email and refund email all on the same day - after being speaking to the rep. Today, I just checked my credit card statement and they did refund me but they kept the pre-paid tips I added to the order. I find this quite ill-mannered!

Great quality for value! I always get super shocked when I see people doing their produce shopping at Safeway, because this gem is less than 2 minute walk away with prices that are half of Safeway's. I do all my vegetable and fruit shopping here. They have good quality produce at unbeatable prices. Once I got a box of strawberries for $1!! Then I went over to Safeway to buy eggs, and I noticed they had the same strawberries for $4.99. Solid selection of fresh produce.

From the outside it looks like a dingy little store, but wow the amount of selection and flowers is amazing I will definitely be buying all my flowers from here from now on. Might as well grocery shop too cuz there's a well-stocked store full of Asian foodstuffs

Ordered flowers in advance for my mom and they failed to deliver them on the day they were suppose to!!! Called to ask and they said they are too busy and just hung up. Called back again and they never pick up. What horrible customer service!!! Forces us to reject this bill with credit card company

I received a call from the florist advising that they have a delivery scheduled for tomorrow and whether they can deliver today. I didn't order the flowers and I believe it's a friend or a loved one ordering flowers on my birthday. That inquiry should be directed to the sender, not the recipient. Now they have removed the surprise element. Imagine if this is for a marriage proposal.

I ordered an arrangement over $150 to be delivered one day before Mother's Day to avoid ANYTHING coming late and guess what? It never came and neither did it come today on MOTHERS DAY. I tried calling the store and they literally took the phone off the hook instead of picking up. Emailed them tons of times. Definitely gonna put them on blast on FB marketplace etc. Literally scamming people ... what?? On a holiday??? Where you're supposed to be promoting business??? Soooo weird. Anyways they deserve --------0 stars. Will probably have to file with the bank to have it reversed. What an awful experience for not only me but my poor mother. She probably sat at home all day thinking her kids don't care for her when in reality our order was neglected. Super bummed especially since I can't visit her during this time. What a shame because the flower business is supposed to fuel joy into peoples lives. I’m just fueled with rage now :D

DO NOT USE THIS FLOWER SHOP. I ordered flowers online to be delivered May 9th, it is now may 12th and they still haven’t been received. I received a delivery notification at 10 Pm on the night of May 11 (but no delivery or calls from them despite instructions to call prior to delivery). Numerous attempts to contact the store have been unsuccessful because no one is picking up the phone or answering emails and my credit card has been charged $112. Not impressed

Absolute worst experience and customer service I have ever come across. Placed an order yesterday and was reassured that the order would be delivered today before 3:00 pm for sure, or else I would have gone somewhere else. Called in the morning and early afternoon to check the status on the delivery and was given the run around by the employees who answer the phone. When asked to speak to a manager about a refund I was told there is no manager on shift and that nobody can help me with my situation.This will be the first and last order I place at this business. It is now almost 5pm and they still cannot give me an update on my order nor do anything for me. ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS
