Very nice and helpful florist. I rarely ever buy flowers, but I had to for a funeral. I had no idea what to get. I told them what I needed it for and they asked me how much I wanted to spend. They made an astounding bouquet for me to send with my daughter the next day on the bus. I am surprised I only took one photo of the flowers.

I came here on the spur of the moment to get a bouquet for a grad. Price was based on the price per stem depending on the flower. Reasonably priced. I choose an assortment of peonies and roses. The staff were helpful and accommodating. They did an excellent job putting it all together. They are conveniently located just beside London Drugs on Kingsway off Nelson. They are even open on Sundays which is good to know!

Excellent service and amazing arrangements... The flowers are always extremely fresh as well. I got all my flowers for my engagement event from Hassan (the owner) and we couldn’t have been happier. He went above and beyond to accommodate our requests, our changes, and our taste to make sure we were completely happy. The difference in quality and quantity were also very evident when comparing to received flowers that day from other guests, and they were upset they didn’t know about Tala earlier because of the freshness and value. Thanks again to the Tala team and I’ve been recommending you guys ever since.

I highly recommend Tala florist. I used them for the first time after a friend recommended them, and I very glad I did. I live in Calgary AB and needed to send flowers to my Mother in Burnaby ,for her 80th Birthday. The staff were wonderful very kind and understanding .They said they'd make up a special basket of mixed flowers and plants for her and boy did they ever. She went on and on about how beautiful they were and that she'd never seen a couple of the flowers before , she said now she has something to make her smile when shes sitting in her lonely room at her care home .The staff also were commenting on how beautiful they were. I'd like to thank Tala florist for helping make her 80th birthday a special one.

We have been using Tala Florist services for all of our flower delivery needs for several years now and they have yet to fail us. The arrangements they put together are quite stunning and the people on the receiving end ALWAYS call us and rave about how beautiful and "venue appropriate" they are. I am not sure why there are several reviews about bad service, as I have always been treated with great respect from Tina and staff members; not to mention, their service and delivery has always been professional. Keep up the great work Tala Florist. If you're looking for a beautiful arrangement, this is the place to go. I wouldn't go anywhere else now.

I’ve used Tala Florist for many years… I believe starting of 2012. I always made sure it was known to my friends, family and coworkers to always order any florals from Tala because they always had beautiful flowers. Like many business there were some hiccups along the way. For example once they forgot to deliver my valentines day bouquet which caused hurt feeling, but they had it out the next day. Sometimes it wasn’t what was ordered but it was still beautiful. One time they charged a delivery charge to deliver flowers less than 25 feet away from their North Vancouver location. I always have come back to them because I always appreciated the beautiful work, and their eagerness to fix/repair the situation. BUT this last time has me really upset and not willing to order from them again. I work close to their North Vancouver location, and I decided to stop by to order boutonnieres for my brothers fast approaching wedding. The lady informed me she would leave a message for Tina (part owner along with her husband) to give me a call back because she didn’t understand what I was requesting. This was fine with me because I would often go in to purchase flowers for my co workers, friends etc.… and I knew they were short workers. I waited for a week, and received no call back… so I called the Burnaby location, and Tina answered, she seemed to be in a rush, stated she was busy, it was like I was inconveniencing her. Anyways she informed me she would email me in a day or so after . She took my email address, and said she would forward me some photos on some boutonnieres she had in mind. 4 days later I didn’t receive any emails. I called her and again she said she was busy, and she was more rude and abrupt than the week before. She stated it was my job to email her. I reminded her she took my email address for a reason… she was not kind, and she did not give me the time of day . Could it be possibly because I wanted 6-7 boutonnieres , and my order wasn’t large enough? Well she forgot my partner like clock work on the 19th of every month orders me flowers, and for every special occasion like birthdays, anniversaries etc.… I will not be going back to Tala . They have lost a long term and loyal customer.

RIPPED OFF. I wouldn’t buy any flowers from this shop again. If you want to get a custom flowers, i would recommend checking other florist shop. They’re very expensive and not the best flowers. (Their flowers wont last a day).

They made a very beautiful bouquet and very much worth the price! I know that the blue flowers I requested can be more expensive than others, but I was surprised that they were still able to make such a large bouquet. All of the flowers were in great condition and looked very fresh, and I highly recommend this florist to anyone. The bouquet I requested was $120 including tax, with a blue and purple theme for a graduation which they made up wonderfully.
