This place is a scam! They have multiple "locations" around the Lower Mainland and will take your order online but have no intention of delivering anything. You cannot reply to emails and their voice mailbox is always full. Beware!

Fraudulent company. I ordered flowers May 9th for Mother's Day and it said same day delivery if the order was placed before noon, which it was. The flowers never arrived and the company will not reply to any emails nor will they pick up their phone. DO NOT BUY HERE.

Online ordered, the flowers came on time and very fresh. The driver is very nice and considerate.

NEVER use this florist!!! Called a week before Christmas with a Christmas arrangement to be delivered on the 23rd. Never received, called on Christmas day, they said they were making it up at that moment. Was so disappointed as it was to be on the table for dinner as we couldn't be there. So disrespectful!!! Terrible customer service!!!

I too have been scammed by this place. The name that appears when I try to call the phone number on my receipt is registered to "Deep Cove Flowers", mail box full. The charge on my visa bill is from Triple A Florists, Maple Ridge. Their website says they are closed. Called CIBC Visa and asked them to remove the ability of this pseudo company to bill Visa and was told CIBC does not dot report fraud to Visa Intetnational who is controls this ????

This is a fraud website. My dad went to this address and they said they aren't Sally's Flowers. My dad ordered flowers yesterday with delivery and they didn't arrive today. He spent $92 on flowers and $10 on delivery, he tried calling the number and the call wouldn't go through. This website should be taken down. Be cautious and aware.
