Awesome florist. I have them on speed dial in case I screw up something with my wife. The owner is very friendly. She hosts flower arrangement parties for small groups. The cost is inexpensive and it is a great way to meet people. I thoroughly recommend Plush.

Last night my work colleagues and I attended a Christmas Centerpiece class at Plush Floral Studio, and it was awesome! Mandy did an amazing job leading the class, and we had so much fun! The atmosphere in the shop is awesome, the flower arrangements are absolutely stunning, with some very unique designs, and extremely reasonably priced for the amazing quality. I will 100% be a returning customer, and I'm hoping to attend another class in the future!

My family has been sending me flowers from Plush since I moved to Burnaby (5 months ago). Every arrangement that I have received is unique and thoughtfully designed at a fair price. What I love the most about getting flowers from Plush is that each traditional arrangement has a modern and up-to-date look. You can tell that heart and soul was put into it. Also, LARRY, the delivery guy. Oh man, I always look forward to seeing Larry. He is the kindest and most personable man. If you’re looking to send flowers to a loved one I would say Plush is reliable and affordable. They care about making it a personable experience for everyone.

Mandy at plush floral is suchhh an amazing florist! I found out about her because our tv show used her for all of our sets, and every time a bouquet would come in, I’d be so impressed by the creativity of the arrangements! Mandy is an artist! I’ve gone to her for all of my personal arrangements, and it doesn’t matter if it’s a single rose tiny arrangement or an extra large bouquet, an all white arrangement or a deep maroon cow lily arrangement the execution is always inspiring! Some people get all the artistic creative genes! She also offers fun lesson nights which I can’t wait to go to once COVID is over! Oh also...her orchids last for what feels like forever!!!!!! And I know how much we all love our orchids lasting! ???? Thanks for all the wonderful flowers over the years Mandy! You’re actually the best!

Mandy at Plush is a real gem. Her bouquets, potted plants, and floral arrangements are gorgeous, and affordably priced. She is an expert florist that knows tons about flowers and plants, and has a lot of experience with weddings, funerals, and all other special occasions that need beautiful flowers and floral arrangements. Also, she gives back a lot to the community; for example, her 'Project Purse' and 'Duffels for Dudes' campaigns contribute necessities like food and clothes to homeless people on the downtown east side. Her studio is very nice and relaxing; the shop is filled with Mandy's paintings, many of which are for sale at very reasonable prices. Also, she has two tiny dogs that are very cute and well-behaved! A fantastic experience.

would give 6/5 stars if possible. The shop is super cute and just makes you feel happy when you walk in. The owner is friendly and knowledgeable and helps people like myself, who are new to the floral arts, feel informed and confident. I first went in at Valentines day to get some flowers for my girlfriend and her jaw actually dropped when she saw them. Now we try and get a table piece every month to set a positive, fresh spring vibe in our apartment- its so awesome. My dad told me growing up that i needed a good dentist, a good accountant and a good car mechanic, he left out that a man needs a good florist- which i now have.

I went to Plush because of the high ratings and proximity. I initially picked out a bouquet for 60$ but decided to upgrade minutes after walking out; since I wanted something more special for my first wedding anniversary(a few days before V-day). I had seen a gorgeous bouquet with similar colors that was significantly bigger/fuller. I asked how much it was for the upgrade and was quoted 100$, which I paid immediately in good faith. The owner with dark hair and tattoos said she could defintely make the same bouqeut but required a couple of hours. Upon pick up, I was in disbelief as I noticed there had literally been two lilies added to the old bouquet and the model bouqeut she was to match had been now "picked up" by another order. I tried to bite my tongue but felt compelled to say something. She went on impulsively over text to deflect by blaming her own employee that had made it despite the owner's supervision. Then continued insisting "the value is there" while avoiding my question of how many flowers were actually added for the extra 40$. In a hostile tone she asked me if I wanted her to give me flowers for free to which I replied "No I want what I've already paid for". When she realized I wasn't letting up she agreed to add literally one more flower to it, while emphasizing that it was now a final sale. Meanwhile, her employee was a super sweet girl and was empathizing with me the whole time, saying she fully understood where I came from. She tried to say " I just want you to know we don't rip ANYONE off" but she slipped out "everyone" accidentally as she stopped herself. Not the best karma ripping off medical students(she was aware of this) in the middle of a pandemic. Perhaps your experience may be different as there are many good ratings, which doesn't make sense. All statements made here have been truthful with zero exaggeration. I understand it's tough times for everybody but there is business, and then there is dishonesty. Therefor, it is imperative that customers are made aware of such events. I sincerely wish her all the very best, despite her doing me wrong. However, I certainly won't be going back.

I run a bartending service, and have done hundreds of weddings over my past years. You see it all, or you think you do, LOL Earlier this summer, there was one wedding that had to be moved in short notice due to Covid. No problem, except that someone forgot to order the flowers. The bride and her mom were upset. I remembered this fine lady named Mandy that ran a floral studio in Burnaby called Plush Floral Studio. I made the call and told her about what was happening. Told her what color the brides mates dresses were, and how many tables there were. Now I know nothing about flowers, but she got my drift. Within 2 hours a pretty lady and her daughter show up in their jeep. She took charge and in no time everything was taken care of. Bride was happy, the bride's mom was happy, and the girl who caught the bouquet was happy. Mandy was great. She is now on my wedding event contact list, that is on my site. Since then I have found out how much this talented lady gives back to the community. Purses for Mother's day, stockings at Christmas, and bags of toiletries near Father's Day. Pretty disappointed: spent 70 dollars which is quite a bit of money for 5 baby tulips, three other flowers and one orchid (the only impressive part of the bouquet) accompanied with a bunch of greenery. Didn't even get delivery for that price.

My girlfriend sent me a picture of the arrangement(as it was delivered to her office) and it was absolutely beautiful and thank you so much for writing out the card exactly how I wrote, that was a great extra bonus. She was extremely happy and it made her whole week.
