I have ordered from Metro Flowers in Christmases past when I needed to send a floral arrangement to my parents (who live in Burnaby). This year, I was going to be in town (from Kelowna), and decided to order a large, red pointsettia, decorated, for pick-up. I ordered this from Anita on Friday, Dec. 3rd. When the snow fell on Monday, Dec. 5th, and disrupted the roads and transit, I called Anita to advise that I wouldn't be picking up my order until the following day. She remembered my order, which I had specially ordered for my parents. I arrived the next day, to collect a fabulously decorated, festive pointsettia, assisted by a very helpful Emily. I have never been disappointed by Metro Flowers, and would highly recommend that you support this local florist. The flowers are high quality, and the customer service is exemplary.

Beautiful flower bouquet made with affordable budget! Amazing place to get flowers to bless your loved ones. Emily helped us to get flowers and it was very satisfying. We told her the budget and some combination of colors and she made us a beautiful flower. I was amazed with what we got for the price we paid. She said the business is slow due to Covid 19, so if you want some flowers, I recommend trying them! Thank you again!

Beautiful flower bouquet hand delivered in a vase, exactly as pictured on their website. Extremely easy to order online and the note is hand-written! Although delivery fee was a bit expensive, worth it for such great service unlike other online sites. I received a bouquet from here and also sent one both with the same amazing service and quality. Highly, highly recommended for anyone looking to deliver some personalized flowers in the lower mainland!!

Flowers were beautiful and delivery was amazing. They were delivered Dec 23 and we weren’t home so the lady covered the flowers with a bag and leaned our snow shovel over them. Then she left a phone message that they were there and to bring them in quickly. I really appreciate the effort she went to, and as I said at the start, the flowers were gorgeous. Thank you!

I’ve come here a few times, each time they’re polite and friendly. The flowers are good quality, and do not die after a few days like other flowers from competitor shops. Weird part is they always ask for a credit card if you place an order via phone.

I have been here quite a number of times and have always found the selection great and people very polite and helpful...….except this time! One girl with black hair n pink streaks was very curt and rude, acted like it was asking the world of her to make a bouquet! Reflects badly on the store.

My grieving family went through Metro Floral for sympathy flowers to be delivered in Burnaby. As I was calling from the states I requested to do the transaction on both email and phone. I also asked for an email picture of the flowers and email notification of their delivery. Altogether this involved two phone calls and about four emails. I was in shock and needed a little extra TLC in completing my order. The service was amazingly great and we were thrilled with the flowers. Anita's understanding of the situation and her guidance helped me get it all together. I was sent two pictures of the flowers prior to their delivery. The price was reasonable compared to all other flowers I have ordered in the past five years from other florists. I definitely feel like I got what I paid for - quality arrangement and service. Sincere thanks to Metro Flowers and to Anita specifically for your kindness and excellent service!!!

I ordered flowers this morning for my friend who lost her husband yesterday morning. My friend loves the colour orange so I picked an arrangement with lots of orange in it. She called when she received it and was absolutely thrilled with it. She said it was just beautiful with many different orange coloured flowers. A bonus to this is the arrangement contained two Bird of Paradise flowers and it turned out that her husband had loved those as well. Although I only saw the arrangement in the online photo, I am so pleased that it cheered her up so much!
