Quick efficient service. I called them at 530p and they were just about to close but the owner kept the store open for me. Such a great experience with Hepatica! I was looking for some last minute flowers for my mums birthday, and was struggling to get somewhere that did next day delivery. I found Hepatica, and was able to order the flowers. I currenty live in England which is 8 hours ahead, so its always difficult to cooridnate times for things like this. Simon made it very easy for me to order the flowers, and a beautiful arrangement was delivered right to her house for when she arrived back from work. Would definitely recommend!

What a great experience with Simon at Hepatica. For a big day for my wife at work, I ordered a box of flowers for delivery a day ahead and was blown away by the service, the arrangement, and the value I received. Simon was friendly, helpful, and gave suggestions that ended up being perfect. The arrangement itself was very full and just bursting with colour. Delivery was carried out without a hitch. Overall I couldn't have been happier. As an aside, his box-arrangements are just different enough from the usual to really pop as a centrepiece. Highly recommended!

I found Simon at Hepatica Florist online and called him to send two sympathy bouquets to my friends who recently lost their brother. Simon was incredibly helpful and he suggested making a bouquet that was a little more personal than the standard arrangement featured than the ones on the website. He was able to make two very distinct elegant bouquets and was respectful of my budget. He sent me photos during and asked me questions while as he planned for the arrangement. He also recommend using calla lilies instead of the standard lilies because they are less likely to bother someone with a pollen allergy. He was a really lovely person to work with. The flowers were just dropped off just now and the recipients were really touched by the gesture and loved their arrangement. Thank you, Simon, I will reach out to you next time I need an arrangement. You made a difficult time a little less daunting with your help.

Simon helped me with a last minute purchase for Mother's day (yes, my bad). Other flower shops were sold out and so was Hepatica, but Simon told me he could cobble together a bouquet. He actually created 2 bouquet for me (making up for last year's pandemic where I was too scared to send a stranger to drop off flowers). I got my mom these flowers for mother's day - and all my siblings were giving me a hard time because they were so beautiful they wanted to know the cost of it, my mom said it doesn't matter the cost - its the thought that counts :) I had private messages from 2 of my siblings the next day - asking me what was the cost and where was it from? I guess the flowers made an great impression! I have been to other florists before - take my word... you won't find someone who is better at what he does. If your looking for flowers for any occasions for your loved ones. 1. You will not get better value anywhere else - go check prices elsewhere, I have! Not too mention, their arrangements are ....................... not as nice? To be nice about it. 2. You are supporting a local business and independent business. 3. You will work with the florist - who replies with in seconds/minutes and customizes your order. And I'm not saying you need to know what you're doing, just give him the gist of what your looking for, and let the professional handle it. I am a returning customer for sure. It's just like when you find that "your" coffee shop, that bar that knows your drink when you sit down, that restaurant you've going to for years with your go-to order. This shop is just like that, but for your florist needs!

First of all I had a very last minute order for a flower delivery for my boyfriends mother. He was visiting from Europe so he didn’t know who to call. Luckily I found Hepatica Florist. The florist was on the phone but was able to text me back. The website was very helpful and I found the right arrangement in no time. They had sold out of a certain coloured orchid but replaced it with the same quality orchid in light pink . The florist was professional and pleasant and delivered the flowers not only as promised but delivered 2 hours sooner than I initially requested. His mother loved the flowers. Simon provided excellent step-by-step customer service--from phoning me back promptly, to walking me through my order, to sending me a copy of the receipt, etc. Due to error on my part, he ended up with the incorrect delivery address, and Simon went through the lengths of tracking down the recipient and delivering the arrangement to her correct address. I really appreciate all the little touches that made me feel like a valued customer, even though this was my first order with Hepatica. It will certainly not be the last!

Had a great experience with Hepatica Florist, and Simon. First time ordering flowers for delivery and was worried I'd be one of those horror stories you read about but nope! Simon made the whole process simple, efficient, and relaxing. Same day delivery cut off is 2pm which is exceedingly reasonable and much later than other locations I found. Best yet the price is reasonable and the bouquet is gorgeous, I mean look at it! Highly recommend and thank you Simon for the great customer experience.

I called the store late on a Saturday afternoon hoping to get flowers delivered Sunday morning (which I realize is very last minute!) Simon (owner) was very kind and accommodating. He helped me find a nice flower arrangement that worked within my budget and sent me a text message confirmation when the flowers were delivered. Honestly, 10/10 for professionalism and customer service. My friend received the flowers in the promised delivery window and loved the flowers. The pricing was cheaper too compared to other places, however that did not reflect on the quality of the product as it still surpassed by expectations greatly. Absolutely amazing service! I was looking for a specific flower and when I called they told me it was out of season. Simon immediately offered to look for alternatives and texted me ideas and pictures within minutes. He was so accommodating and by the time I got there (20 minutes later) the bouquet was ready to go! I haven’t bought a bouquet, but wandered in to buy a potted plant that was displayed in the window. This guy really know his stuff! I forgot to check if the plant was toxic to cats and asked, he said didn’t think so (meaning he has a list of plants that are toxic and this one wasn’t on it) but took the time to look it up on the on the spot to double check that it wasn’t. Very knowledgeable and friendly, made me pleased to support such a business.
