Great service for same day delivery on a custom gift. While their website could be updated around the checkout process (there were no clear instructions on how to get notified once my order was delivered.) I was able to call customer service and they said they would email me once my flowers were delivered. The flowers were delivered but the email never arrived. I didn't receive a confirmation when the flowers were delivered. I couldn't ask the recipient as I wanted it to be a surprise. I'm on the West Coast, when I called to receive an update, the office was closed. I had to wait over 16 hours to receive a response to my email. I had no idea if the flowers were delivered or not until the next day. However, the flowers were beautiful.

Canada Flowers is reliable, their prices are reasonable, and their arrangements are usually as pictured. I've had disappointments with other florists, but not Canada Flowers. In my experience with them, their customer service is pretty good. The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of a full 5 is due to the high cost of delivery, which may be out of their control. Disappointed. It looked only similar to the photo but about 1/2 the size of what I expected. I order the most expensive option and the flowers looked sparse. The arrangement looked lopsided and the vase was round where the photo showed square. The tappered vase provided far less room for flowers to fit. It was for my anniversary. We were so disappointed that I ran out to a local florist to buy a proper arrangement!

I have used these folks for all occasions for a number of years now, but this time they mixed up the order with someone else’s. The card my mom received with the flowers was the wrong card. The message was intended for someone else - the message wasn’t even close to what it should have aid and was directed for a different name. I don’t believe the flowers were the proper flowers either. I figure that the local florist that delivered the flowers screwed them up and the other person received our flowers and message intended for my mother. ☹️

I was incredibly embarrassed when I saw the pitiful arrangement sitting in a place reserved for family's flowers when I attended my grandmother's funeral by zoom. I gave them an opportunity to make it right and to send a replacement arrangement to her grave but they declined and offered me 15% off my next order and an excuse about substitutions. None of my relatives had a problem finding abundant and beautiful flowers in Scotland, so there was no Covid-19 shortage like they'd like me to believe. I told them I understood the clause about substitutions (it means you can replace a $6 bloom with an equivalent value). It DOESN'T mean you replace flowers with greenery and buds that won't open for another week. I can't recommend this florist. They seem to lack something in the honesty and integrity department.

Horrible experience. The arrangement I ordered looked nothing like the one pictured and given the price, it was really underwhelming. The florist they outsourced the job too is a local one and if I would have know it was them I would not have accepted. The driver came outside the 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM delivery, after curfew (Montreal) hours! He rang the bell, waking up my kids and, on top of that, the vase was all wet. NEVER AGAIN My advice is to take the extra 2 minutes and contact local florists directly.

While the customer service (when speaking to representatives) was good, I was extremely disappointed with both the flowers that were delivered and the delivery itself. I ordered flowers to be delivered on the Tuesday before Mother’s Day, as the recipient was going to be away over Mother’s Day weekend and they were not delivered until late Friday afternoon. We also chose a bouquet that was beautiful online and paid for the premium bouquet and the bouquet that was delivered was smaller than the standard bouquet and did not include many of the flowers ( it was supposed to include at least five different flowers including roses and came with only daisies and alstroemerias). Finally, it appeared to have been thrown together and the water, in delivery, was cloudy and dirty. I am out the money (including a hefty delivery fee of more than $30) but would sincerely appreciate it if this could be made right for the recipient.

I have been the recipient of an arrangement that was not anything like what was ordered online. The flowers looked like a 15$ bouquet you can buy at the grocery store. They paid over 70$ for it.
