Amazing customer service. The Staff is very friendly and helpful. Called in before closing on a Sunday and not only did they deliver a bouquet within the hour, it was delivered to a store inside Metrotown mall. I called to a lot of other places that would not deliver there.

Buying a bouquet from Anna & Agnes's Garden was a fruitful gamble. I've been unbearably busy as of late and quite abruptly required a bouquet for an occasion; per chance, I found Anna & Agnes's Garden: a service which strictly does only delivery. I found the people at Anna & Agne's Garden with whom I spoke with over the phone very pleasant and helpful. I am not terribly knowledgeable about flowers, I told them the colors I wanted and my price and you can see what they sent me in the photograph.
