The manager and floral designer, Quan, is amazing at what she does. Everyone is very friendly and always puts 110% into any arrangement they make no matter the size. The flowers are always fresh, and with the recommended care, last quite a while. This is the only place I purchase arrangements from because of the care and pride they're made with, if you're unsure if you should buy from here or not, you definitely should!!! Best florist out there !

Amazing! Wedding was Saturday October 27th. Flower pick up was 745am well before the store was to be open. They helped carry out and load the car. Flowers were amazing. Exactly what we wanted. Simple and elegant. Bride's bouquet and bridesmaid bouquets were beautiful and stayed beautiful all day. All the boutonnieres stayed in great shape all day. She even bagged all the loose/fallen petals and we were able to use them. The price was great and even came in under budget. Thank you for helping make our day perfect. I went in with a fairly specific (but not difficult) request. There were two young ladies working in there. They were very pleasant and attentive but didn't seem to know much about flowers and couldn't offer pricing on anything. I would expect that there would be trained individuals that could assist me with my request. I ended up not purchasing from this store.

The staff was friendly, polite and it was clear she was passionate about flowers. I did a curbside pick-up the same day and the custom bouquets turned out beautiful. I should have gone with this florist to begin with. I had originally ordered flowers for delivery and decided that the delivery cost was a little high. After I learned that florists without delivery costs are built into the price. Interesting. There was a miscommunication with an employee and myself, so our conversation didn't have the effect I wanted it to. However that being said, the flowers that were delivered were absolutely stunning. They matched the website description perfectly and were delivered quickly. The owner/manager is lovely, understood my concerns and did her best to rectify the situation. Thank you so much for a wonderful bouquet and great customer service. Will be ordering again!

Beautiful arrangements and delivery guy was friendly, however disappointed on a couple of things. I was disappointed with flowers being modified without prior notice to the sender. Lastly, I'm surprised to received mixed real flowers with artificial flowers. I think the sender should have been notified that they were changing the flowers and using artificial flowers since these arrangements are custom and has sentimental value to us. Quite disappointed, since the sender would have chosen specific secondary flowers if initial flowers weren't available. Update: Just want to say thank you for reaching out to us and explaining why things happened the way it did. I appreciate your accountability. Also, thanks for understanding why it was important for me to receive specific arrangements. Thanks!

Fresh and beautiful flowers there. Came for last-minute graduation flower. A price range and preferred color/style is all you need and the lovely lady created this stunning mauve pink bouquet! This is exactly how I like it!

Choosing Quan to do our flowers was one of the best decisions we could have made for our wedding. My husband and I had a feeling she would be great when we first walked into her shop, and we couldn't have been more right. The flowers were very important to me and I was so incredibly happy with how beautiful her arrangements looked. Quan is truly an artist. Everything she put together fit in perfectly with the decor and she went above and beyond setting everything up for our wedding at the Hacienda Sarria in Kitchener.
