Love this store! Just check it out and see for yourself. My go to place for cut flowers, but I did buy an orchid plant with enormous blooms for my kitchen. Sipping my tea and enjoying this absolutely beautiful orchid, reminded me of one I admired in a hotel lobby in Hong Kong. Friendly service and excellent selection of Flowers.

I have bought flowers for my wife few times from this place. Overall I found that there service is average and their selection is limited compared to many other places. They also limit access to most of their flowers therefore you have to know what you want (i.e. what flowers you would like them to use) before hand. When we had our first born, I struggled with the sales person trying to come up with a flower arrangement because he seemed to be unwilling to put a little bit of thought into it. I always thought that that was part of their job. I also found during this experience that he was a little rude and very condescending. The pricing is average but due to the poor customer service experience I had during my last visit, I will not be going back to this store.

Husband picked up peony bouquet today for our anniversary. Several leaves were brown and looked diseased when we unpacked them. No flower food included. Not impressed. Hope when they open they will at least last a while. **I am amending my statement to respond to the comments below. There were several brown leaves on the inside (these are NOT guard petals on the peonies, see photo below). There were at least 6 shoots of brown leaves, not just 1-2 leaves. The guard petals are easily overlooked. We know to use sugar for bouquets, that's really not the point.....the quality and care is clearly not evident. I did not mention above that I was afraid they wouldn't open - I mentioned I hoped they would last when they opened. The two peonies with the brown leaves have had to be thrown out already (2 days in) as they immediately sagged after opening and already have brown petals on the inside. You can't demand good reviews and tell customers you're not deserving of a bad review - 2 out of 5 stars is the experience that we had and you can't shut people down by saying you have had other happy customers. I understand you have many satisfied customers (this is why we came to you, for the first time) but we aren't one of them. To charge $15 for five peonies and two already faded and wilted quite badly after one day is just not good enough from what I've experienced from other florists. I understand they are the last of the season and may not last as long, but right out of the package they are already brown. ****

My experience was terrible I was looking for a simple delivery and all I got was a condescending sales representative whom it seemed to much for me to ask a question or two about his service .the selection was very limited I came in looking to spent between 50 and 100 dollars on a bouquet and I thought I would give it a chance even with the sales rep the knows everything, but the selection is very limited . I expected lots of bouquets all ready made up but they don't , also he said if I want I can make my own again with a very condescending tone . I looked around and found nothing that interested me instead I left and went to brant florest which had very friendly staff and where very happy to take my order. Being a local buisness owner myself who knows many people in burlington special the downtown area I will not be recommending your location to anybody .

What an amazing store! The owners and staff are great. They have a huge variety of plants and arrangements to choose from and if you can't find it, they will help make it happen. I have got to know the entire staff as they are the ones that put our flowers together every week for my church and do a great job. They also provide all the flowers for the special times of the year (Christmas, Easter, Thanksgiving etc.). Have a special request, NO Problem. They also now handle all our flower needs for my company and their partners. Again if we need something on a short notice, it's not a problem. Steve and his staff provided all the flower arrangements for Christmas for the dealership, and we had huge compliments and people asking "where did you get this arrangement"?. I like Flowers By The Dozen so much I even volunteered in their shop on Valentines Day for the day and had a great time. You just can't go wrong with these folks!

Love them! We have used their services for our wedding, seasonal arrangements, mother’s day, and funeral arrangements. Our wedding flowers were beautiful and we got so many compliments. They worked with all of our ideas and made them better than we could imagine and way more for the price than the other places we considered. We sent many home with our guests and they all lasted weeks. I always go to them for bouquets for gifts and can never get out of there without buying something for myself too. More recently they made a beautiful custom arrangement for a funeral and it was exactly what I was looking for... only bigger. Cannot recommend enough!!

The flower arrangements are quite lovely. However our recent order had a down side to it which makes us hesitant to purchase from them again. They use an independent service to deliver their flowers. Our order had requested the flowers to be delivered at a particular time. The reason was they were for my mothers 97th birthday, and we had hoped to have the flowers there in time for her birthday lunch at 11 30 am. We understood that the time request on our part was just that, a request. However when the flowers had still not arrived by 1 pm, we were concerned and called. We were told that the flowers were being delivered by the independent service, and that they only start to deliver at noon. That is unfortunate, we did not understand why we were not told that in advance? The delivery service is still an extension of Flowers by the Dozen. The order was placed two days in advance, which did allow time for Flowers by the Dozen to inform us that the timing would not be possible.

They had one simple task. Send flowers to my sister for her birthday. I placed a simple $45.00 bouquet to be delivered 3 days later. I realized a week later that they never charged my credit card and when I called "I was in the system" but no order was placed. This is the first time dealing with this joke of a flower shop and it will be the last. The only response from the gentleman over the phone was "this doesn't make any sense." This place has awful service. I'm pissed. RESPONSE: Steve, according to my cell, I DID place my order with your business on April 30th at 9:56am and the call lasted 6mins 1second so check YOUR records. I was a first time customer. I've never used your business before, I've never had a need to. Your response to my review shows exactly your lack of sympathy and willingness to make things right. Im using another florist moving foreward. And another thing, I didnt swear at your staff, i swore at you. Dont try and pump up your business.

Amazing people and gorgeous quality flowers! These guys treat you with care. Outstanding. I had ordered flowers from elsewhere by mistake via an internet phone search. They were half dead so I brought them in to the store to complain and realized they had come from 24sendflowers. and not Flowers by the Dozen! Although it was no fault of Flowers by the dozen on Brant Street, they felt so bad for me that they insisted on sending me out with an arrangement with a significant discount. I am so thankful to them to be able to bring a proper lovely arrangement to my new daughter in law for her birthday with pride. This is the kind of service that makes for a true customer relationship and I will continue with them as my go to for any and every flower needs. On top of that let me just say that if you go into the store you will see for yourself the quality and selection that is also a cut above. Thankyou so much!!

This place seemed to be a good place to buy flower but unfortunately was not for me . I picked my order today and so disappointed to get half unopened flowers in my bouquet, i had no time to argue the salesman who tried to solve this issue with bad service I’ll never go there again

What a FANTASTIC EXPERIENCE. It's covid, so high expectations in any retail or service industry business should be out the window. BUT... I called on Thursday to deliver flowers to brother n sis in law for 21st Anni for Friday. not expecting it to be possible.. but boom. I asked the florist to make something look nice with the colours yellow, orange and red (fall) for $70-$80... and bam... VERY IMPRESSED. Thank you so much Flowers By The Dozen. Great experience! Sent a arrangement to friend who lost grandmother... Beautiful and great service. I didn't leave a phone number for the person receiving the arrangement but the store called me and had advised that they left on the front door step as per my direction and they wanted to ensure that I gave the person a call to make sure that she received the floral arrangement.
