Love this place! Beautiful arrangements and great customer service. Was greeted by a blond lady in a turtleneck. She was very bubbly and helpful. It was my first time here and she showed me around. I told her the type of arrangement I was looking for and she was able to find me one that was perfect! Coming back for sure, and will definitely recommend!

was walking down the street a few weeks ago and decided to pick up a bouquet started to take a look around at the faux flowers i went to grab a stem, when a man in the back yells super loudly and VERY rudely "DONT TOUCH THE FLOWERS" i said i wanted to get some of these faux stems, he thought i was touching some of the arrangements for a wedding party that were nearby, and i said i was looking at the faux flowers, he said make sure u don't touch the other flowers in a rude tone again, another woman comes and says, they were for a client and they are trying to be careful, she didn't apologise for his behaviour and now for the third time told me to be careful, i have been an award winning florist and designer for years, and i have NEVER treated clients the way i was treated, im leaving this review now because i left so quick i didn't remember the name till i passed by today (i will never recommend this place to my oakville clients)

I know this business over 17 years...working in the same industry and supplied many stores around GTA. Great family to deal with, respectfull, polite and caring even before I started in the floral industry back in 2003. One of the unique shop in Downtown Oakville with a successful record of great customer service and business. There were many shops in the same area which they don't exist any more but Firoi florist every year better than year before. Sometimes we just passing by and my wife always ask to at least stop by and look for FIORI, and she praises them on the highend taste and unique products!!!. Freshcutflower industry is one of the most delicate businesses to run. you need to wake up 4 AM...and get home late afternoon/evening, and 6-7days per week you need to constantly babysit your products. Moreover, no one is perfect and businesses like this, specially dealing with perishable luxury product like FLOWERS has many challenges every single day. So please remember everything and be kinder when reviewing a good business model like Fiori. Thanks and Bravo to Fiori Team.

The ladies here are so talented and are able to create the most gorgeous floral arrangements that are always jaw dropping and last weeks! Flowers are beautiful and fresh but the lady/girl that answers the phone and takes the orders is a complete potato , i suggest you take time to train your employees some manners and simple respect while dealing with clientele especially when spending top dollar on flowers that don’t last forever !

From the second you enter the shop you are greeted by a friendly team members. If you are not sure what you are looking for the staff are very knowledgeable and can help you choose something you may not have thought about. I often go in unsure of what I am looking for and come out with a beautiful flowers and plants. They have something for everyone from stylish to creative. Love, love this store! Fiori has a huge selection of stunning flawless flowers! I really like that there are lots of fresh, hand-made, ready to go arrangements made up of beautiful seasonal flowers, hydrangeas roses, Lilies, peonies, freesia, ranunculus, orchids, etc.... in a variety of colours you can choose from. You can also order any custom arrangement your heart desires. Their staff are very friendly, helpful and efficient. They also have an excellent prompt same day delivery service. Can't say enough good things about this store!!!

I cannot remember a time when I felt so let down by a company. I ordered a bouquet and flower crown from this location. My brother who lives overseas was getting married and the bouquet and crown were a gift to his new wife. I had emailed and ordered over a month out and then called the week prior to confirm. Everything was fine. On the day of the wedding when we went to pick up the flowers they had not been done... there was nothing to pick up. I was mortified. They said they tried to call the day prior to confirm and when they didn't hear back they assumed we didn't want them and did not complete them. I was at a loss. How could you make an assumption like that???? I was embarrassed to have to go back to my family and my new sister-in-law and tell her that I had nothing. My husband went back to the shop and they put something together quickly. Not only did it delay the whole day by an hour, it put a cloud over everything. I felt I let everyone down by putting my trust in this company. On the day of, after the issue had been realized they showed no real remorse or concern and charged the full amount. As I mentioned before, I cannot remember a time when I've been so let down by a company

I didn't even want to give a 1 star review. Whoever you had in today manning the counter was by far the rudest person ever. If you don't want people taking photo of your flowers, then give up the business cause free publicity is how marketing works at it's finest and I'm a social media manager of my own business and would've posted on all my channels which has many followers. Learn some customer service skills and here's a top, allow people to post about you. Will never give you my business

This place is beautiful and I was so impressed by ambiance of the place. I decided to take a video as I wanted to share this place on my instagram accounts with my 300K + followers. As soon as I began to take a video of an "orchid" on my cell phone, a man's voice yelled from the back " no photos, there's a sign that says no photos" . His tone was very unprofessional. For one, I didn't see the sign and secondly, as a business owner of a flower shop you clearly understand that just as delicate as your flowers may be, so is your reputation and the way you treat your clients. I was so turned off by his rude demeanor, I ofcourse would not promote his business on my page, nor would I purchase anything from his shop simply for his lack of tact, and his poor customer service. And I don't understand why a video of his store would upset him, for one, you didn't CREATE the ORCHID.... yess you make arrangements which are beautiful but they are clearly displayed on your website and people can recreate them if that is your concern. Secondly, you just lost an opportunity for a huge free promotion of your business. Learn how to treat your customers with respect and your flowers and your business will always flourish!

This is my absolute favourite floral shop not only in Oakville, but in Toronto and the GTA. Designs are so beautiful and last long! They are my go to shop to send flowers; the recipients are always impressed with the beauty and quality of these works of art. Walking past the shop is my favourite part of walking along the Lakeshore- it is beautiful. Beyond all that, they provide the best customer service. They are quick to respond to inquiries and are always kind. You can tell the business is their joy and it shows in their arrangements and attitude. A purchase from Fiori is worth every penny!

I had order flowers and they were wilted at the edges and clearly old. I expected much more from this florist, especially with how much I paid. I also sent an email the following day voicing my displeasure and did not even receive a follow up call or email to date, as I write this review. Poor customer service guys, I will not be giving you my business again.

Excellent customer experience provided by Tony during COVID-19! Tony made some great recommendations that really allowed me to visualize what I was ordering while over the phone, which helped me choose what I wanted. As well, he was able to get my order processed and delivered same day even though I was passed the "same-day delivery" time cutoff. Would definitely recommend to a friend!

I have never been big on floral gifting prior to COVID times but upon receiving a garden rose bouquet by Fiori for my birthday last November from a good friend, I was taken by how gorgeous it was! It also lasted a long time. I decided to treat the same friend to a Fiori tulip bouquet and a Namaste candle for her birthday, last week. My friend is a professional yogi and loved it! My sister's birthday is coming up (Feb 5th) and I will be ordering from Fiori again. They are accommodating and make beautiful bouquets. Their prices are moderate to high but if you can catch an online sale (like the one they currently have on), you're golden!

When my then boyfriend first bought me flowers from here a few years ago I knew I wanted them for my wedding. I got married earlier this month and I really don’t know much about flowers. I only requested 2-3 types of flowers and I cannot praise Tony enough for putting together such nice pieces for my wedding. Their flowers are just beautiful, I wanted to keep one of the gold bowls from the centre pieces and head table for myself and not one was left, all the guests had taken everything!
