Attention the owner of Flower shop: Faye We have tried many many times, texted CALLed -EMAILed and also left you messages about your due invoices to our company for the flowers you picked about 5 months ago from our company for $300- or 400.00..... We heard all stories and excuses for 5months. We also LIVE and need money to do so ....same as our family and kids like yours and our staff and theirs and Farms, Also the delivery guy and plain and Cargo whom your flowers was shipped through... Therefore you should not sell the products without paying to all the above human...but apparently you don't care. We as honest Canadian feel responsible and paid all mentioned people above. And waited so long for you to simply PAY YOUR BILL. You are not Hurting any of the above but your reputation. HOW you treat people and other supplier like us is absolutely WRONG, UNFAIR and will effect our beautiful society as a whole and effect was showed and will be on your work.

The worst customer service ever, my wife ordered a couple of Antique Hydrangeas for a Tuesday, never got a call back to pick them up, she had to keep calling and shows up on Thursday as the dependant said it would be ready ... guess what ? they weren't ...even worst they try to sell her painted ones. Antique are not regular hydrangeas painted... you should know that. “ANTIQUES” ARE BLOOMS LEFT ON THE PLANTS, PRODUCING A NATURALLY MARBLED BLOOM, WITH MANY LAYERS OF COLORS.

Ordered flowers for my daughters birthday, online gives options via pictures and choice of flower colours I picked purple, day of delivery I received a phone call saying they wouldn't get any purple roses until probably late afternoon which were prominent in the bouquet, was offered another colour, since it was the day of, having no choice I went with pink. However, I did still expect the vase to be purple as indicated in the picture. I think I would choose another store next time. I gave a 4 only because the flowers were lovely not because I actually got what I wanted.

By 9:30am, Sandy called to say that they did not have the specific bouquet I had selected in stock, but they could curate a similar one for the same price on my behalf. The flowers were delivered by noon. Overall, very prompt and friendly service, beautiful flowers, and quick delivery. Thank you Sandy and team.

Mother's day update: Flowers arrived a day late. No contact was made to make the delivery or let the recipient know what was going on. Could have been resolved with a simple phone call. Disappointing as I've used this florist before and they communicated very well that the delivery may be late. They can definitely do better. The flowers were nice once they arrived, but had to lower to 3 stars. ----------- Thank you to Sandra and her team for the great customer service, (keeping me in the loop of possible delays) and just generally being a compassionate human being during these troubled times and the passing of a friend. Started great & turned bad! Horrible customer service! I would never order from them again. I placed an order for Mothers Day and phoned to ask approximately what time the flowers will be delivered so I can be sure someone is home to receive them. The woman who I spoke with (assuming she is the owner) told me that if it was easier I could change my order day for today (Friday). I asked if they could be delivered after 3 pm she said, no problem!! Later this evening, still no flowers. I phone back and ask if the flowers are on there way and the woman tells me that they are scheduled for the following day (tomorrow, Saturday) and there is no way she can get them out tonight since she has 25 other orders being sent out!!! I told her that's not what she said to me earlier and that they were supposed to be sent around 3pm. She rudely snaps at me with "I would never tell you a time, but anyway". I tell her to just cancel my order but she tells me that she can have someone deliver them right away. When people are spending quite a bit of money on flowers and you are phoning to ask a simple question you expect to spoken to politely. Overall, just disappointed!!.

Ordered online and my girlfriend received pretty much the same colour roses from the pic . Great price and the roses were beautiful . In the pic the ones with the balloons are the one I received & the other pic are the ones online . I will be ordering from here again . Only thing bad I have to say is the delivering time . It was delivered to my girlfriends house earlier than it was supposed to so she wasn't home to receive them but luckily someone else was home .

They didn’t have the colour selection for the bouquet we wanted, but we got a phone call from the shop and they recommended other options- that was a really nice thing to do, and the colours were perfect for the occasion. Gave this shop a second chance after they made mistakes and offered to fix it. I can guarantee I will not be returning my business here or telling anyone to ever come here. Two out of three orders have been wrong. Delivered on the wrong day one before the surgery even happened and the most recent one delivered the day before mothers day. I've also been double charged in the past. Finally the order is not what it was supposed to be and not worth the $100 spent. Terrible business and run poorly since they can't get an order right. Not once was I contacted about mistakes, only after I emailed was it noted and told its a small company and she would fix it. That a poor review would hurt her business, that she'd fix the issue but would appreciate it if I would change my previous poor review, so it wouldn't effect her business. If it happened once I'd understand but there is no reason to make mistakes consistently. So here I am changing my review to what I should have left it at. Overall completely disappointed!!

I'm an Arizona desert resident in the US who just returned home from a wonderful visit with friends in Burlington. I phoned Monday a.m. requesting a desert cactus collection be delivered when supply and the weather permitted (they didn't have any that morning understandably). Less than 24 hr later I get texts with pictures from my hosts of this beautiful arrange in attractive vases that go perfectly in their bay window plant collection. Sharp, decorative and great value...thank you Burlington Flowers!

I purchased a balloon buquet from this place.....first of all. this is the most un professional establishment I have ever been in. I get my wife a dozen roses a week from Appleby flowers, but noticed this little hole in the wall as I live near the golf course. It was way over priced, Unprofessional and the service was horrific. I will say that the balloons where delivered more or less at the right time. But when my wife recieved them they where only half filled with helium and one was not filled at all? It was not even attempted. So, I decide to call and there was now answer. The voice mail stated that they where extremely busy. So I decided to go down to the shop for myself. The larger lady that I spoke to the previous day was there again and I attempted to call while in the store. She was chatting with a lady (social event, not work) while the phone rang and I watched her avoid answering it. So after two more attempts at calling(while in the store) eventually it went to voice mail and said the mail box was full. I have left the store without an answer as too the unfilled balloons. And I have decided to go home and see how long it takes for her to return my message. I will repost when I hear back........BTW....I will go back to Appleby Family Flowers from now on.

I ordered some flowers through the website on Jan 10th using my credit card. I notice on my Visa statement they also charged me at the store. I call the store and say hey I've been double billed. They apologize and say they will refund the charge. I check a week later - No credit comes up on my Visa statement. I call again, so sorry I'll do it right away - no credit - this happens 3 times - still no credit appears. I then send an email asking for my credit - mid February. No response. Today I had to call Visa and dispute the charge. I went from a happy customer to I'll never use them again.

I ordered a Mother’s Day arrangement that was being featured on their website on the Wednesday BEFORE Mother’s Day. That is plenty of time to prepare for a delivery. The flowers were never delivered and it ruined my 75-yr old Mother’s Day as I am her only child and these would have been the only gift she would be receiving. I’ve barely seen my mother because of COVID lockdowns so the gesture of flowers were to be something to lift her spirits. I called and no one answered so I left messages on their voicemail expressing my disappointment. I will never order flowers from this place again. What a lousy way to run a business.

This shop is the worse place I've ever made a purchase from in all of Burlington. I had very expensive floral arrangements for my wedding and paid a good chunk of money. Not only were the flowers nearly dead and wilted when they arrived but the delivery person had dropped a few of them when delivering. I tried to talk to the owner about it and she keeps telling me that she will call me back and never does to discuss the problem. She is a complete liar and not very professional. Anyway, It is all done now but I just wouldn't want anyone else to experience the same problem. I go to Brant Florist now and its just down the street.

The flowers were delivery to our doorstep (no contact delivery - COVID-19). Flowers were freshly picked and continued to bloom for the next few days. My wife loved them! I would not recommend Burlington flowers. The owner Faye, seemed very nice when I met her. She writes out all her contracts on paper, or rather she scribbles chicken scratch out. My flowers arrived the day of the wedding and one of my bridesmaids bouquets were missing. She was extremely rude and refused to acknowledge she made a mistake, and had to be pressured to deliver the missing bouquet to our photoshoot location. The ribbon on my bouquet was "paper ribbon" rather than proper fabric ribbon which wripped very easily. I would expect to get ribbon that stays on when you pay so much for wedding flowers. She also did my centerpieces that looked great but Burlington Flowers truly caused chaos the morning of my wedding which a bride does not need. If you go with Burlington Flowers, I would recommend asking her to type out your contract before you pay anything; and don't pay the full amount up front; put down a deposit and pay the reminder once your flowers have been delivered.

I ordered flowers on-line based on a picture of a spring basket arrangement that was beautiful and contained flowers such as roses and tulips. My cousin, whom I sent the flowers to, sent me a picture of the arrangement to say thank you and show that she received them. I was very disappointed to see that there was no basket and none of the flowers that I expected based on the description. I sent an e-mail to indicate I was not pleased with the flowers as they were nothing liked what I had selected. I really did not expect a response. However, within a half hour I got a phone call and the owner apologized profusely and agreed the arrangement was not up to par (it had been done by an assistant while the owner was away). She offered to redo the bouquet and also provided a discount to the original cost. The new bouquet was beautiful and I really appreciated that the owner was so responsive and willing make a customer completely satisfied.. Will use them again.

Called in an order in January 2019. Charges were processed on my credit card twice. A month and a half later & 3 phone calls later, the refund is still not done. I had to contact my credit card for assistance on the duplicate billing. If you pay by credit card, verify your account, their service is horrible.

Easy five star rating. They went above and beyond as far as customer service goes, and I was tremendously impressed with the way that they handled my order. There's no doubt in my mind that I will be returning to Burlington Flowers again in the next few months. They put in a lot of work to help assist me with the instructions I had given for a very specific arrangement and didn't charge me extra for it. You get more value here for your dollar than anywhere else, the customer service is direct, and I was amazed at how fast delivery took. You talk about a WOW! customer service experience - this is it. Very happy to have done business with Burlington Flowers and will absolutely be back.

Quite possibly the worst customer service experience I've ever had and I am a pretty understanding and patient customer. Ordered flowers for next day delivery in mid August which they told me were delivered but the recipient (it was supposed to be a surprise) confirmed nothing was ever delivered to her. I called and asked about the discrepancy and they said it was their mistake and would deliver them next day. Flowers never delivered. After multiple calls/emails and them continuously promising to deliver them, I finally gave up on September 2nd and asked them to just cancel the order and refund my money. This took multiple weeks of emailing back and forth and them promising to refund me on multiple occasions ("you should see the refund on your account in a few days!"). I was NEVER refunded any money. I contacted VISA and opened a dispute and FINALLY got my money back on September 25th....... over a month of dealing with this florist. The only reason it got resolved was because I got VISA involved and I truly believe I would have never seen my money if I hadn't. NEVER using this company again and I would not recommend it as it is truly a scam.

I ordered flowers at 10am for same day delivery but they didn't deliver that day. When I called the next day they said that they attempted and no one was home so they will try again today, but this was a lie. I confirmed with the recipient that they were home all day and no one triggered the doorbell camera. There was also no email notification indicating that it was out for delivery like there was with the delivery the next day. I was disappointed with paying for same day delivery and having the store lie to me saying that they attempted delivery when they clearly didn't. The flowers did arrive the next day and were left outside the door.

They charged my credit card twice for the same purchase. I called the owner and she promised it would be taken care of that same day. Received my credit card invoice and the refund was not there. My credit card company is now working at getting my refund. I would not deal with this company again. Very dishonest.

My son placed an order on 28th april for mothers day delivery and requested a delivery date on saturday may 7th. They did not arrive. I called sunday morning and they told me they ran out of flowers and would be delivered today. They arrived Sunday afternoon but was not what my son ordered. He ordered laege pretty in pink bouquet which is supposed to come in a fancy pink vase. He paid $80.00 and what i received was nothing like what he ordered. I guess they did run put...but since he ordered them 10 says earlier than required you would think they had a priority service for on line orders. Will not recommend to use them again.

We were a little disappointed with our experience. The flowers we ordered showed up 4 days later than the date we set online. We received a call on Monday saying they were out of flowers and that they would be sent the next day - our friends received them Friday. The photo online also shows different flowers, than what our friends received. There are options online for standard/deluxe, however it didn't show a photo or description of what the differences are. It seems to us that what we ordered was overpriced for what we received.

I ordered flowers for delivery. They were beautiful but they were delivered a day late. When I called their location on two separate occasions to get an update, I did not get a call back. I still believe in supporting small businesses and the end product was lovely...hopefully their customer service will improve. Who knows...maybe they are understaffed due to the strain from covid. Just plan that your delivery might be a day later than planned.

I had a HORRIBLE experience. I ordered a succulent arrangement and balloon while my friend was in the hospital. They never arrived, I e-mailed the company as it was after hours and heard back the next day - they couldn't figure out what had happened at the hospital with the flowers. My friends boyfriend went to check the hospital front desk and they had no record of a delivery for my friend. They offered to drop off different flowers and add chocolates, which was quite nice and I told them it was appreciated but we decided to get the flowers delivered on the monday when they had what I ordered back in stock. Monday rolls around and no delivery and no communication to either me or my friend. On tuesday I e-mailed 3 times before I got a response and they said they could check once they were back in the office the next day, as they were having day surgery but their staff was supposed to deliver it. At this point, I just wanted a refund so I asked for one and they said they didn't know what happened at the hospital, then five minutes later they e-mail me again and say the hospital delivered them to the wrong person. They then told me they were sorry and the refund had been processed. I was unsure why they couldn't check on my flowers and get them delivered if they could have processed a refund outside of the office. A week goes by and no refund shows up so I e-mail them asking about it and they say so sorry I forgot and then they processed it and I said thank you and their response is "Welcome". This was the worst experience ever, and I tried to do a nice thing while my best friend was in the hospital. If you need flowers I suggest you go elsewhere. I did finally receive my refund but it took a lot of time to figure everything out - they are extremely disorganized.

I ordered a flower arrangement for my moms birthday and they were absolutely beautiful. I ordered the morning of her birthday (February 9th) and the flowers were delivered in the afternoon (same day!). I was very impressed, especially with COVID, I know there are delays in services so I was worried about same day delivery but I had no issues with the delivery. The flowers still look just as beautiful one week after receiving them. Overall, I am very happy with Burlington Flowers and will be making them my go to for any future flower orders. Well done!

I ordered flowers over the phone to be delivered NOV. 10th and everything went as it should have,,Then on Nov 13th my credit card was charged a 2nd time..I reached out to Burlington flowers and spoke with a woman who identified herself as the owner to reverse the extra charge.. She reassured me she would take care of it right away,,a few days pass and no credit..I call again..she tells me a code was not entered properly and she would do it right away herself. And today I called visa NO CREDIT was issued, So Visa is taking steps to resolve this by cancelling the unauthorised charge!! AND for me that means they have to cancel my visa!! Such a run around and a waste of my time,, I now would never use this flower shop again as they have proved to me they can't be trusted!!!

WORST EXPERIENCE!! Terrible customer service, flowers not good quality. I ordered two vases for Valentine’s Day to be delivered ON Valentine’s Day. This order was placed four days prior to the day of delivery. Was not given any timeline or anything. Valentine’s Day comes around and I am stuck at home waiting all day for them to be delivered. I called the store 5-6 times with no answer and could not leave a message as the inbox was full. Emailed the store, and even messaged on Instagram, none of which I received a reply for. Not only was I left furious and disappointed I also had to go out looking for some sort of flower to give to my girlfriend as she had not received anything. Not only was the service terrible and unprofessional, when the flowers arrived (the day after Valentine’s Day), the flowers looked old and burnt, like they had been sitting in the car all night, and neither one of the vases was what I ordered!! This has got to be the worst experience I have ever had buying flowers. Please do yourself a favour and do not order from here! Save your money and energy! It is not worth it. If you do not have the capacity to deliver what your customers ordered on time don’t offer delivery. Especially during trying times like this pandemic when people are trying to support small local businesses. I will never buy anything from this place again.
