Fresh flowers - clean store -great staff

What a wonderful experience it is to shop here! The florist goes out of her way to make sure you are well served. The flowers are always fresh, and last for days. The owner is extremely responsive and knowledgeable, providing little touches that show she cares, such as sparkling embellishments in flowers. Would recommend this place for all your floral needs!

Preordered flowers for pick-up on the day before valentines day as I know these places get busy. I never got a call, they forgot my order entirely. I call on the morning of v-day to see what happened and they said I could come by in an hour to PU my order...which was no big deal, mistakes happen. I showed up on time and was told they had to fulfil another order and my selected flowers were no longer available and to come back in 20mins. I returned and got a completely different colour floral arrangement, they were hardly apologetic and they was no discount or reimbursement of any type. I'll never go back, plenty of other options around.

I ordered flowers to be delivered to my mother on Mother’s Day. They never arrived and no attempts were made to deliver them. I got a call at 10AM on Mother’s Day from a random person asking me if I am the florist because she received a flower order which included my phone number. The order also included my greeting card and other personal information. I spent the whole day calling and emailing the shop to try to get the error rectified because I really wanted my mother to receive her flowers. No answer to my email or phone calls, even though they were open. I tried calling again the next day and finally got through to them. They asked me if I wanted them to deliver the flowers that day (after Mother’s Day). I declined and requested a refund because of the lack of empathy that I felt towards the situation. I value reliability and customer service, and feel that I got neither on my first experience with 181 Florist. Overall, I feel that the least that this company could have in place is somebody available for customer service in case something goes wrong during deliveries.

When ordering flowers from 181 florist, be aware they do not run their own website so the shipped product will probably look different than the picture. In my case, the colour was different, the vase was different and the size was different. Also, if you are not satisfied with the arrangement, they will only provide a replacement or a store credit, not a refund. My bouquet cost $140 ($109 for the flowers plus tax and delivery)

I bought plants for Valentines, they were all dying, not fresh and healthy, it was on the costly side and not worth it at all. Want flowers; go somewhere else.

We received a large bouquet from 181 florist from a relative overseas. They were for christmas but did not deliver until boxing day. The bouquet was limp and sad looking as they were most likely prepared before Christmas and have sat out of refridgeration or water . Lots of the arrangement had to be thrown out with only a few roses and other flowers surviving. Fortinos and other supermarkets have the same or better quality flowers at a fraction of the cost.

Amazing flower arrangements every time, at any occasion, Lina goes above and beyond to make the perfect gift for you to give. My grandmother said it was the nicest bouquet she’s ever seen, it really lifted her spirits and looks beautiful in her home.

I purchased a bouquet on the 26th, over 50$ for a viewing that I was attending. They were garbage by the next day. Big waste of money, I am very disappointed.

Perhaps it was due to the busy time of year (no excuse), but the arrangement I received through this florist from family was rather pathetic and lasted barely 3 days. (In contrast, another arrangement I received on Dec. 24th still looks good a week later.) I sent the florist a complaint email and did not receive a response so the customer service is also pathetic. Disappointing.....

Had an amazing experience with 181 florist, they delivered a very beautiful bouquet to mom, and it was exactly what I asked for! The florist is so sweet and helpful, would definitely work with them again!

Ordered flowers for my mom for Mother's Day to be delivered on the day (no indication on website or in confirmation e-mails that it could be delayed or might not be delivered due to volume of orders). They didn't deliver the order until 2 days later after multiple calls to the store. The store tried to refuse a refund but after insisting (and calling back multiple times more) they finally issued the refund. I tried to be understanding due to COVID and gave them chances to rectify the situation but they failed to do so in a timely manner, very poor customer service. I understand Mother's Day is a very busy occasion for flower shops, but don't take so many orders that you cannot fulfill them. I do not recommend ordering from this shop, especially online/out of town orders.

I just sent a bouquet of flowers to my sister who was just declared cancer free. It was a congratulations bouquet with congratulations in the message and a mylar balloon. The balloon that they sent said 'Happy Birthday'. When I called, their solution was to drive back and change the balloon or send her a couple more roses. I bought a rather expensive bouquet and was very disappointed in their error. No point in changing the balloon after the wrong one was delivered!!! The phone call was very unsatisfactory. "Yes, I was told by the driver that it was the wrong balloon. I was going to call you" was my response.

I phoned in at 5:15pm with a last minute request for a very important bouquet that i wanted made for that night. Without hesitation the lovely lady at the shop put together the bouquet for me and had it ready before closing time (6pm). The bouquet was stunning and she even gave me a single matching rose to surprise my soon to be fiancé with before the bouquet and ring. 11/10 would recommend this shop, based on customer service alone, but the flowers are also stunning. Thank you so much and I will be back!

Wonderful family owned and operated shop that really goes above and beyond! Perfect for all occasions. My brother booked them for his wedding and the flowers were beautiful! You can bet I'm doing the same. They listen to what you want and work within your budget offering different choices and alternate options. Wonderful ladies that care about their buisness.

Was concerned about the current shutdown in Ontario but really wanted to get my sister a birthday arrangement. The florist is directly across from where my sister lives so I thought I would take a chance on a local florist. Easy to order online..(I live in California).arrangement is beautiful but most of all..my sister loved it! Will order again soon!!!
