Cecilia did the flowers for our wedding this past October. She was such a delight to work with, we met a year prior to my wedding and we discussed my vision and she quickly created a proposal for me within a week. I’m an indecisive person so when I changed my mind a few more times she happily created new ones for me. There was so much uncertainty with the pandemic but Cecilia provided me with updates with floral availability in the months leading up to our day, and created the most beautiful arrangements for us. My bouquet was absolutely stunning, it was better than I could have possibly imagined! Honestly, she can make Pinterest bouquets, arches and any other floral dreams come to life! I highly recommend Cecilia for all your floral needs!

I needed a very special arrangement and gift for my dear Aunt's 94th birthday and wow, did Primrose and Willow ever deliver! I knew I had to go with a local Brockville florist to get the best flowers possible and I'm so very glad I did. They even had a selection of gifts I could choose from and I found an adorable jigsaw puzzle that was perfect for the occasion. When my aunt called to say she received the vase arrangement and the gift, she was thrilled. She went on and on about how beautiful it was and that she was stunned I was able to get a jigsaw delivered with it!! Thank you, Primrose and Willow, for helping me make this a occasion extra special for my Aunt. Just like my aunt, you are a local treasure!

I purchased a cute mug from her online gift shop and she added a lovely arrangement to them. She was so kind and accommodating. My friend loved them! My experience with Cecilia at P&W was incredible. Cecilia had done the florals for our engagement and naturally we booked her for our summer wedding. Cecilia was beyond patient and understanding throughout the entire process (re: covid). We relied heavily on her opinion and have absolutely no regrets! We were especially grateful for her (and her teams) services on the day of the wedding - she stayed after the ceremony to do the 'change over' during cocktail hour; the finishing touches were PERFECT!
