I use Westgate flowers for my every occassion and they are fabulous???? My recent purchase was single tricolour roses for My Mom, Mother in-law and sisters and they opened early and stayed open until 6pm for customers on Sunday (when they are usually closed). I was beautifully surprised by my fiance and son's dozen roses they purchased when I picked my order up on Valentine's Day! The owner and staff are so warm, welcoming and very helpful. Unfortunately, some of the flowers expired very quickly despite my green thumb and ability to keep cut flowers alive beyond most people's expectation. I had the same experience in December 2020 with a bouquet that was sent from a friend in Peachland for my recuperation from surgery. Again, quick to expire flowers. I wonder where you order your flowers from, Sandra.

I wanted to send my boyfriend some flowers and after being scammed by Ritas flowers I was nervous to try this.. But I called the owner of the flower shop and she was so so kind and told me it'll get delivered on time and when my boyfriend got the flowers they were absolutely gorgeous! Not only the flowers but the vase, ribbon, note.. Everything was so well put together and looked amazing on his desk. That being said, I think the owner of this beautiful little flower shop, Sandra, knows how to succeed; it’s called “costumer service”. Sandra does more for this community than, I think, she gets credit for. Don’t let the small size of the shop fool you; these ladies can get the biggest jobs done, from weddings, graduation, and like today, Valentine’s Day. No order is too big. I’ve heard countless stories of the amazing work Sandra and her crew have done, especially when someone is in a pinch. I recommend you pay them a visit the next time you’re thinking “flowers”!

I went with my sister to get a quote for her wedding flowers. The owner made sure to tell us in every sentence that she does “BEAUTIFUL WORK” and was bashing other local floral shops saying she did a way better job than any of them. She was very pushy and annoying and was making it seem like my sisters wedding wouldn’t be beautiful if we didn’t spend a ton of money with her making elaborate bouquets for us.. even though we told her we want them small and simple. We will not be using her services just because of this experience.

I've been buying my flowers from this store for over 12 years because they're fresh, they last & the service is always outstanding. I was disappointed with my last purchase. It was a beautiful bouquet for our wedding anniversary and the flowers started to fade and dry after one day. Being a typical man I would just start shopping somewhere else from now on.
