Truly impressive service! I live in Ontario and I ordered flowers for a friend. I placed the order around 10 AM Vancouver time and they were delivered to her door by 1 PM. I couldn’t believe it! Staff was friendly. I would be happy to order from here again ????

I came here 3 days ago and the place smells so good and cozy. Their flowers were good quality. I would particularly recommend to look for their florist Malou. She was very accommodating and knows what to do.. even though she was busy at that time, she gave her time generously and did an excellent job on my request for the bouquet and corsage.

Beautiful, fresh cut flowers and friendly knowledgeable staff. We bought a Corsage / Boutonniere combo for our sons high school graduation. Both were amazing but the corsage was absolutely gorgeous!! My sons date is a tiny girl and we didn’t want something bulky or that would wilt quickly. The staff recommended three small roses with babies breath and a beautiful silver ribbon to match the jewel accents of her dress. They hit the nail on the head, it was perfect! We received so many compliments about it, my sons date loved it and the corsage lasted well into the following day. Amazing! We will be back????

This place is amazing! I’ve been coming here for a year and they always have a great selection of flowers and their service is always excellent. I always ask and get help from the owner or anyone else who’s working with picking out a good arrangement - they will always help you based on what you want! I haven't got a clue what the name of the lady who helped me is, but I can say she was super helpful, and gave me a great bouquet of wonderful flowers. The store was a little cramped, buy from those making the bouquets to ringing me up at the register everyone was smiling, and really pleasant.

Quality and look of flowers and vase did not seem congruent to product picture. These flowers were sent to my grandmother for Mother's Day, and receiving it actually made her sad due to the poor aesthetic quality of the gift. This is the opposite of what we wanted her to feel on that special day.

Definitely not recommend. I made a special request for the time of delivery to a business anniversary ceremony. The delivery guy did not show up until 2 hrs later! The reception was near to the end. If you couldn't make it on time, just let me know. I can make other arrangement. By the way, the flower was not fresh.

Touch of FLOWERS truly delivered beyond my expectations. From their customer service, to the actual product, they provide a truly 5 star experience. I had ordered my first bouquet, online, for my grandmother's birthday. I was contacted the day of the scheduled delivery because they hadn't been able to process the payment ( I had provided a US debit card, which their system didn't recognize). As We tried to figure out what the issue was, the lady quickly assured me that despite the problem with card, the flowers had already been delivered, since they knew it was for my grand mother's Birthday. That meant A LOT. I then called back a few weeks later, to order a bouquet for my mom, for Mother's Day. I choose a plant bouquet, based on pictures online, and once again, they delivered beyond my expectation. It's rare that a florist will ever deliver a product that exceeds the pictures shown online, but once again, these ones did. They have definitely earned all of my future business!
