Omg. Honestly, gentlemen...if you want to bring your A game and impress a special lady...this is...by FAR the best flower shop in town, if not ever! You would not believe how beautiful the lilies and roses I got were. Then I got more and more and MORE! Absolutely top quality and very much worth the price!!!! I love to support a local family business and these lovely people put their heart and soul into your bouquets! I will say that I've never received more beautiful flowers - not even on my wedding day! Totally recommend this shop 1000%!!!!!

I saw the 5/5 rating for this company and thought what a good effort they must have made to have all their employees and friends submit sterling reviews. Boy, was I wrong! I ordered a bouquet on line for my daughter at just after 9 AM. In less than 3 hours, I got a WhatsUp message with photos and video from my daughter and grandson of the bouquet at their house on the north shore. And the bouquet was way better than the photos on their website. I hate ordering flowers online. The pretty pictures on the website seldom resemble what gets delivered. These guys are exactly the opposite. It was great! Well done "The Flower Company". I'll remember this.

My friend from Burnaby sent me flowers yesterday for my birthday using The Flower Company in Kamloops. First off the flowers were beautiful ! And secondly the gentleman who delivered the flowers was so kind and we had a wonderful conversation about life for 30 min on the front steps. Lots of laughs as well! Bought my grandma a birthday cake inspired flower bouquet. She was thrilled and shocked that flowers could be arranged in such a way! I paid for express delivery, however, it did not get delivered within the two hours. I called and was told they didn't have the product in stock so had to make it to order that day. I really appreciate the job they were able to do on such short notice, and was refunded for the express delivery, after following up. Would definitely order again.

Excellent customer service on multiple occasions. Most recently, i called TFL on Sunday around 2:00ish pm, with the hopes of having a bouquet of flowers delivered on the same day. A long shot, but the owner assured me that after he was back from deliveries, he would round up my order and head my way to drop them off personally ASAP. I called way beyond the guaranteed same day delivery time, and i was still able to have my order accommodated - on a Sunday! Not to mention, the flowers were beautifully prepared and presented. Very, very satisfied.

Fantastic experience!!! I needed an order last minute for my sister-in-laws birthday and I was not disappointed. Start to finish a very easy and effortless transaction. Before contacting TFC I was online at other shops and almost all needed minimum 24 hours to get anything together. I sent an email and within a matter of minutes I had a response reassuring me that my preferred arrangement style AND pick up time would be no issue. I was also provided with a cell phone number that I could text which was super convenient. My order was ready as promised and he even met me to deliver the flowers because it was easier and faster for me. Exceptional customer service!!! I got a hand made greeting card to go with it. He called me back and took the details, assured me, spoke about how he views his work. It was a lofty standard but the following day he delivered what turned out to be mote than flowers but an experience. He has earned my business and future business.
