Excellent customer service and selection! I came to the shop with my list, they had everything I needed but one flower and swiftly found me a beautiful substitute! As they were wrapping my bouquet and helping other customers efficiently at the same time, they were so genuine with people. I highly recommend this flower shop! We went in looking for an all white bouquet of flowers for a university convocation. Not knowing what to get, the owner helped us pick out one of the most beautiful bouquets we've ever seen. She even came in early the next day so I could come pick it up on the way to the ceremony. The flowers were turning heads at the event and we even had some other graduates ask to take pictures with it! Definitely will be back!

I've been going to this shop for the better part of a year and half and have always been impressed with how professional and polite everyone is here. They work extremely hard to meet their orders on time and pay close attention to detail and personalizing for you. Prices are fair and I had enough confidence with this team to do my fiances engagement bouquet and she absolutely loved it. If you respectfully place your order within a reasonable time they will provide you with a bouquet that exceeds your expectations. I find even their ready to sell bouquets are very respectable and better then anything you'll find at other local shops. Highly recommended.

I could not be happier with the flowers I received from the Surrey Flower shop. I emailed the shop a photo of some flowers my Grandma put together for my Mom's 50th birthday and asked them to replicate it for my Mom's 60th birthday. My mom didnt know this and when she saw the flowers she broke down in tears as it brought her back to her 50th Birthday when my Grandma was able to visit. It was a touching moment. I showed up a few minutes early to pick up the flowers and saw they were putting the bokay together FRESH right before the pickup time so the bokay could last as long as possible. The owner also ensured no ugly flowers were put into the bokay, only the best! A++ It was my first time here but I will be back. THANK YOU

I have purchased flowers here exclusively the last of couple years and I have to say the attention to detail and the flower arrangements have been beautiful. My girlfriend has always been happy receiving the work from this place. However just picked up flowers here for Valentine's day. I spent $110 for a bouqet of red and light pink roses ( pricey for roses) and when I went there they tried to hand me a random bouqet of all red roses they had pre-maid. They didn't have my order ready or even know what my order was. I told them I would pick up at 11:00 am when ordered and they said no problem and when I showed up at 1:00pm the order wasn't ready, I had to wait and it felt like there was no sympathy or any type of customer service to make things right. Other than making my bouqet on the spot there and then. Moreover, they were scrambling to get delivery orders ready on time. So I can only imagine how many other people will have their valentine's day plans not go as they wished. I give 3 stars to try to be fair, since previously the work and service was amazing. Bottom line, I would still recommend this place when it's not a holiday and avoid this place like the plague when it's a on busy holiday like valentine's day or you won't get your flowers on time or might have to settle for the ones you didn't order.

She had the right flowers, but they were in poor condition due to the rainy season we have had. Did not get the opportunity to thank you for the beautiful flower arrangements that you did for my mothers funeral on Feb 12/17. The driver was there before we even got there which was a relief.(one less think to worry about). I am sorry it took this long to respond and say Thank You from the entire family. Mothers for daughters is breath of air and when that was taken away from me, I had to find other reasons to live. I was a mess for a while, getting things back in order, but she will always be in my heart. When we came to your shop you took over immediately making it much easier( as flowers was the last thing in my mind). I've purchased a lot of flowers in my life and for the amount/size, the price is definitely on the higher end. A smaller bouquet (on display in front of the shop) started at 30, and by the time I paid was 39 something with taxes. An arrangement was quoted at 70+. Friendly staff though!

I told them the reason i needed the flowers, my budget and time, and they helped me come up with something that would suit my needs. Terrible!! As a single female, I ordered a bouquet for myself on Valentine's Day as a treat. I placed the order over the phone and opted to pick it up in person to save the $15 delivery charge, given the shop is located less than 10 minutes from my house. Was informed I would not be able to pick it up until 6pm, which was inconvenient to have to pick up so late since the day is close to over at that point, but I agreed. I showed up 10 minutes past 6pm to arrive to an understandably long line up. By the time it was my turn, the ladies could not locate my bouquet, only to eventually find that it had not been made and blamed whomever had taken my order over the phone. If that wasn't bad enough, now they were telling me that they would not be able to create my exact order since they were running low on several flowers because it was the end of the day. As well as having to wait at least another 15 minutes while they scramble around to put it together! At this point I said to forget it since an overpriced Valentines Day bouquet really wasn't worth all that. They did not even apologize for messing up my day. Would not bother with this shop in the future.

First time ordering flowers and coming here, I can't imagine how busy it must have been the past few days (Valentine's Day). Despite this, the owner (I believe her name is Dolly?) still managed to get my order ready even though it was placed last minute. I also decided to add another bouquet and they got it done without any problems. If anything, they gave the courtesy of adding more roses and such to make each bouquet prettier. Service was excellent and they are very welcoming despite the how busy they were. Both my mom and girlfriend loved the flowers! I offered to pay tip just because of the overall great experience but Dolly insisted to just write a review instead and I hope this justifies how great of a flower shop they are!

Dollys (flower shop owner) flowers words can't explain how amazing they are! Out of everything from my wedding her flowers were my absolute favourite! I barely needed decor because Dolly's flowers made my wedding a dream! She did my wedding bouquet and bridesmaids and it was everything I could have asked for and more! After a misunderstanding about what my mother had pre-paid and pre-ordered, we found ourselves without flowers for her burial THE NIGHT BEFORE. The Surrey Flower Shop is very close to our cemetery so I took a chance and ordered a large arrangement at 2:00 in the morning, needed at the cemetery by 1:15 that afternoon. After placing the order on-line, I called their 800 number and let them know that if they couldn't complete the order on such short notice, I would cancel it and buy something in person. When we arrived at the cemetery at 1:00, the arrangement was already there. Not only did they have it to the cemetery well before the appointed time, but the arrangement was larger and fuller than expected and included gladiolas - Mom's favourite flower, which the 1-800 rep wasn't sure they could provide on such short notice. The caring staff at The Surrey Flower Shop went out of their way to get gladiolas for us and to ensure the arrangement was gorgeous and delivered on time. We are especially grateful to them after a mix-up with a different florist left us without flowers for Mom's memorial a few months ago. The Surrey Flower Shop's stunning arrangement made up for that, and then some. Thank you so much for making my mother's final send off so beautiful.

I received phenomenal customer service from the second I walked in. They asked me what kind of bouquet I want and custom made it for me on the spot. I like to add a personal touch to my gifts so the owner of the shop allowed me to come in and customize the arrangement with them as they made it. Considering it was a day before Valentine's day, they were extremely busy. The phone was ringing non stop and they probably had hundreds of orders to fill BUT they were very accommodating. I was able to pick the colour scheme, types of flowers and was given everything I wanted. She gave me her honest input and I left with a gorgeous arrangement, more so than the one I chose from the website. The value was great and I was never once told that it was going to cost me more. I've been buying roses from Surrey flower shop for a year now and they never disappoint. Dolly and her staff are amazing. She has taken last minute orders from me for same day delivery and my girlfriend loves their arrangements every time! I usually get roses delivered to my girlfriend's house or her work. There's never been an issue with delivery. When Dolly says they will be delivered by a certain time, you can bet her driver will deliver it by the time agreed. Dolly is very professional. I've called her when she was pretty busy. Her staff told me she'd call me back in 20 mins. and sure enough, Dolly called back to take my order. My girlfriend and I have always been pleased with flowers from Surrey flower shop and will continue to get flowers from Dolly.

Very Disappointing, I would advise taking your business elsewhere. I initially ordered a $144 Valentines day arrangement to be delivered to my wife's work. I placed this order about 3 week's before valentines day through there website. I called after placing the order just to confirm that they would be able to make the delivery during the hours in which my wife worked (7AM-3PM). Not only did they not make it in time to deliver the flowers, the delivery driver called my wife to ask if he could bring them to a different address, ruining the valentines day surprise. Obviously with the amount I paid I was not very happy. I called and spoke with the owner "Dolly," who offered to have another arrangement of flowers sent out the following week, no charge. I called Dolly at 2PM on the day that those flowers were suppose to be delivered asking if they were going to make it on time, she assured me they were. As of right now my wife has left work without the flowers being received. I would highly recommend not using this company for any of your flower needs. They are unable to deliver flowers regardless if it is busy or not. Huge disappointment, would never use this company again for any form of flower delivery.

I don’t know where to start but I can say this is the worst flower shop I have ever dealt with. I went online to find the perfect flowers for my daughters birthday to give her a smile after a very tough year. I ordered the flowers 10 days ahead of time. What was shown in the picture is not anywhere near what she got. I wanted beautiful and she got an ugly mess. This place is excellent on handling orders, I try to order some Peonies for someone special For her birthday. They tried to get them in and told me straight up that they weren't good, So offer me an alternative flower Garden Roses in the colour i have ask for. Morgan, the owner, was very helpful to me sending condolence flowers from Kentucky, USA. She made the whole process easy, understood what we wanted, made a beautiful arrangement within our budget, and even sent a picture through text before they went out for delivery since I am so far away. Being a wedding planner, I very much appreciated not only her talent, but also her professionalism and above & beyond customer service in a difficult time. I recommend her highly to both locals and those who live away but wanting to send flowers to loved ones in the Surrey area.

I walked in today at 5 pm honestly because this was 1 of the only shops listed as open till 6pm. I needed to get a last minute bouquet for a friend who had just come home from the hospital as a get well gift. The owner was putting together orders, and looked bombarded with work, but still kindly put things aside to help me as a walk in. I told her it's for a man, who loves gardening, and she put together the most lovely bouquet for him. I gave her a price range and a few different flowers I love and she created the nicest yellow toned piece perfect for the occasion. There were orchids, Gerbera daisies, roses, hydrangeas and so much more. He sent my family a picture of the arrangement proudly displayed in his foyer. Despite having over capacity orders she still was kind, talkative and just overall so helpful to me, which means a lot to me. We often pay for a product and don't realize we are missing the service, but with this kind lady, she's got amazing products and great service. She stated her business has picked up over 200% and I can clearly see why.

I ordered flowers for my mom's birthday and my order was immediately confirmed, so I thought everything went smoothly and had no reason to worry. A few days later the flowers were eventually delivered to my mom and they looked absolutely gorgeous. The next day I received an email from Dolly telling me that my payment was declined, turns out that that my payment never went through due to some added security measures on my credit card. On the day of the delivery, Dolly was aware of the payment issue, yet she still delivered my mother's birthday flowers with hopes that I'd eventually pay her back. She said, she knew that the flowers were for my mom (after reading my note) and felt bad. I eventually saw the email and paid her back. Thank you Dolly for your thoughtfulness, I honesty can't thank you enough.

Surrey Flower Shop certainly went over and above in fulfilling my order. The Customer Service Representative's positive attitude was on full display while caring for my Christmas concerns. In particular, reaching out to find a solution to fulfill initial product request which was no longer in stock. I did have a previous experience with another florist (which I won't name) , who simply substituted ''Not In Stock'' item with a product of inferior quality at the same cost. Lovely arrangements and excellent customer service! I missed a delivery today because I had my headphones in for a virtual meeting. My phone was on silent, but the driver called me multiple times and left a voicemail. I noticed 10 minutes later and looked outside. My flowers were very carefully placed next to my door, out of the rain. I got another call just before the shop closed to make sure I received my flowers.
